The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They made sure, that our room stayed nice, and our time in the Riad were flawless. In case of returning to Marrakech, I would gladly stay in this Riad again. The Moroccan tea they served was one of the best for us. The pool are was nice and even in the hot summer this place was a safe cool point.
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful riad. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The transfers they arranged were seamless and made getting to and from the riad very easy. Mohammad took time to explain everything to us, organise activities for us and answer any questions we had. We felt super safe as the staff would walk us to our taxis and said if we ever felt unsafe to send a message and they would come to us! The location is excellent—right in the heart of the medina, but still felt like a peaceful retreat. The property itself is spotless, tastefully decorated, and full of character. Highly recommend and we will definetley be back!
An unforgettable stay in a dreamy riad ✨ Our stay at this riad was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped inside, we were embraced by a warm, gentle scent that lingered in the air—subtle, unique, and deeply comforting. Every corner of the riad is curated with such care and love: vibrant colors, intricate details, and an atmosphere that feels both elegant and soulfully Moroccan. The staff welcomed us with heartfelt kindness, offering us traditional mint tea and the most delicious Moroccan cookies. Their hospitality made us feel at home right away and truly elevated our entire trip. Each morning began with a delightful breakfast served on the rooftop. The view over the city was breathtaking, and the breakfast was always fresh, abundant, and made with care. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the riad, with everything feeling fresh, hygienic, and lovingly maintained. This place isn’t just accommodation—it’s an experience. A peaceful retreat in the heart of Marrakech, where every detail whispers beauty, warmth, and authenticity. We couldn’t recommend it more and will always keep it in our hearts ❤️❤️🥹
Absolutely wonderful experience! The place was spotless — everything was incredibly clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The staff were truly amazing: so kind, welcoming, and flexible with everything we needed. You can really tell they care about making your stay special. And the food was absolutely delicious. We had dinner there one evening and were so glad we did. It honestly felt like a hidden gem. Whether you’re staying for a night or longer, I highly recommend taking the time to enjoy a meal here. Overall, an outstanding experience from start to finish. We left feeling happy, relaxed, and so well taken care of. Can’t wait to come back!

It was a lovely stay at the riad Everything was great and beautiful Specially the staff Omar and hamza also the manager Mohamed Thank you so much
Had an amazing stay at Riad Tzizwit in Marrakesh. The staff was very professional, the manager was kind and welcoming, and Othmane at reception was super helpful and friendly. The riad is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. a perfect spot in the heart of the medina. Highly recommend!

The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Youssef, Hansof and the person that served breakfast, the property was beautiful and really strategic as it is located in the heart of the medina. I really lived my Moroccan dream in this riad and I want to go back. If you have the chance to stay at this riad, please do so.
Nothing it was amazing
The Riad is beautiful and clean and in a fantastic location , with the most friendly helpful staff
Nothing
This Riad was very difficult to find. The doors of the room don’t have a proper lock and have a large gap in the middle that someone can peak through. The walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors cough. The bathroom is tiny and awkward to get in and out of, also the shower drain doesn’t work well and floods the entire bathroom when showering. The mattress is rock hard and there’s no headboard or proper night stands. Also no mini fridge or tv in the rooms. Waited 40+ min for breakfast… nobody came up and once I was finally served it was all very tasteless and cold. Only stayed one night coz I was horrified with the room and lack of service…. still waiting to get refunded for the rest. There are many better riads in the medina for less, I wouldn’t stay here again.
The location was very central and close to popular sites. Only a 15min drive from the airport. The Riad was beautifully decorated and offered a wide range of services. Staff were very attentive from the moment we stepped into the Riad. Hamza at reception was amazing- even if he didn’t know something he would go out his way to find out for us.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good location.
Location of riad is excellent and also staff was friendly, helped with few arrangments and also preapared takeaway breakfast in the morning for us, before we left earlier.
Price value was a bit dissapointing.
Relaxing hotel
The property was very beautiful and the staff were absolutely amazing, the welcome and check in was easy and relaxing and the staff were very helpful. I wish i had stayed longer to try out the activities offered by the hotel.
Nothing, it was great
The Riad was very close to everything. We could walk around and feel very safe. The staff was very nice and helpful.
NA
The staff and Riad were both amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. Situated in the quieter part of the medina with everything close by. It was perfect in every way. Thank you for having us.
I loved staying at Riad Tzizwit in Marrakech because of its warm and welcoming atmosphere, stunning traditional Moroccan decor, and peaceful escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. The hospitality was exceptional, with friendly staff who made me feel at home. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring
The riad is located conveniently, just a short walk from the main square and local attractions. The interior is beautifully decorated and well cared for. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, with lots of tips on how to enjoy your stay. I loved taking breakfast on the rooftop in the morning sun. Great value for money in a great spot.
Great location, very helpful staff
For the price? Not much to dislike.
Location and friendly staff
Laid back atmosphere
Beautiful place in a great location.
The staff is amazing, very nice and helpful and really really kind! They organized me a surprise for my birthday and it was special! The breakfasts are astonishing, the best we had in Marrakech!! The room was beautiful and clean, the terrace very nice! Naima was the perfect host ! I highly recommend the place!!
Just the pool water is very cold, so you can use it only in summer, even if is open all year!
We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tzizwit! Traveling from Agadir to Marrakech, a car was arranged for us, making our arrival seamless. Upon reaching the city, a team member met us and guided us through the maze of streets to the riad, which was greatly appreciated. Tzizwit is ideally located just a few hundred meters south of the main square—close to the action but peaceful at night. The riad itself is stunning, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was breakfast on the rooftop, where we enjoyed delicious food with breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains. Everything about our stay was perfect—10 out of 10! We will definitely be back.
Loved everything.
The staff were so very happy and friendly and could not do more for us
Location. Staff are wonderful, hekpful, and joyful. Breakfast is fine (not great).
Spa treatent and hammam experience was not great. Was there with a friend. 2 masseuses administed the massages on 2 tables so close together, There was very little space between the tables and made the experience uncomfortable for both of us. They should have told us before the massage and we would have scheduled them separately. Need to upgrade their spa services in the Riad.
Very nice hotel, rooms fairly spacious
Where do I begin! The property itself was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean and in a fantastic location. The terrace was stunning, offering great views over Marrakech as well as a lovely place to relax in the sun. What made the trip for us both though was the outstanding service from all of the staff. We were made to feel so comfortable from the second we walked into the riad - they were so attentive and caring. Such a lovely group of people… it was hard to say goodbye :) We will definitely be returning in the future and want to offer our biggest thanks to the staff for going out of their way to make our short stay in Marrakech as wonderful as it could be!
I cannot fault this property. It was truly special!!
The staff were so friendly and did everything to make our trip smooth and easy. Allways happy and smiling. The location was perfect and the hotel itself had all the typical cute morrocan designs and furnishings. We were very pleased with our experience
The riad is in a very good location, just 1 minute from the Jemaa el-Fna, in a silent, cozy street. The accomodation is very nice, the view from the roof is beautiful. The staff is very helpful. Abdul is the BEST RECEPCIONIST ever. Thank you for your help. Special thanks for the cook/waiter, the breakfast and dinner were delicious.

They are very helpful
Nothing
Location is good. Front office staff is good. The only good thing is Khaled 😊 helpful, courteous and respectful.
Stench. Dingy and Dirty bathrooms. “I don’t know what “ kind of a breakfast 🤔 The guy who served us the breakfast was snobbish and looked very upset about requesting anything extra like a piece of bread.
Perfect position in the center but not in the crowdy area Great staff, always kind and ready to answer our needs (especially Abdul) Good cleaning and breakfast service
Just a problem with the payment that has been charged totally a few days before the deadline for the free cancellation but not for staffs fault
The location is in middle of medina and souks so a good place to be in to enjoy marrakech. The staff is super friendly and they also help with any tours or airport drop off
The common area of Riad is pretty including terrace for breakfast and the swimming pool. The room we stayed in was very basic and the bathroom was also old, it was clean but the shower area should be separate so that water doesn’t spread in the whole bathroom.
It is a beautiful place and very central. The roof is lovely and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast was cooked freshly as you arrived in the morning, varied daily and was delicious!
The staff were lovely, but I would not recommend booking an airport transfer with them back to the airport. It’s about double the price of a normal taxi, which I was happy to pay for the connivence and (what i assumed) reliability. I booked the transfer 24 hours in advance with them and paid, however when the time arrived no one was available. I ended up trying to convince a staff member for 20 minutes to get us the taxi for to the airport, which unfortunately made for a slightly stressful end to the trip. Id happily stay again, but I’d recommend booking any transfer through GetYourGuide instead, which we booked to move around Morocco. This was a cheaper and very reliable service.
Beautiful rooms and very helpful staff amazing location and lovely roof top
The staff were so friendly and helpful.
I found nothing to complain about.
We loved everything, especially the service, its proximity to the center and the breakfast!!
Great location, very friendly and helpful staff
Good breakfast, the staff is so polite and always wanted to help. They have a transfer to the airport that you can pay by card at the reception. 4min walking to the main square (jemma el fna) and to the souks. 10min walking to bahia palace…
The bathroom gets all wet when you shower, because there’s no protection.. and There are some pillars in the hotel that you need to be careful not to hit your head on , for real! 🤣
The guy that welcome us was super nice and explained a lot about the city. The location is good too
The door didn’t close well
Good location and friendly staff. Air-conditioning. Courtyard was beautiful.
Was hard to find. Our room was on the ground floor so it wasnt very private and the sound of people in the courtyard woke us up. Was hard to stop the water from the shower going all over the bathroom.
Beautiful cosy Riad, clean and comfortable room, great location, super friendly and helpful staff, nice rooftop.
Live music in the evenings in a restaurant next door, but they shut it down at 23:00 every time.
Extremely helpful staff everyone is so helpful and friendly excellent location, rooftop terrace is lovely for dining, breakfast is very good
Nothing
The riad was spectacular. When we arrived, Khalid welcomed us with tea and Moroccan delicacies and explained us the city and the most important places to visit. On the other hand, Abdessalam was attentive at all times for our tranquility and safety, in addition to telling us many things about his culture. They are exceptional guys, we will visit them again without a doubt!
Everything was perfect!
Lovely staff and location.
The location, the staff, the rooftop , the spa and the food!
Nothing!
Very traditional and relaxing. Lovely welcome Arranged to be picked up from the airport, and there was a couple of minutes walk through the warrens of Marrakesh which I was a bbt apprehensive about as we he not been introduced to the guide. But it was bang on The breakfast was excellent
A lovely Riad just off the main square. Very quiet location but close to the markets. A lovely room and excellent breakfast on the roof terrace
The riad is beautiful and an easy walk from the main square. Comfy beds, very attentive staff, and a tasty breakfast on the roof terrace. I was taking a Supratours bus to Agadir and the riad staff organized a taxi from the riad to the Supratours bus station. They walk with you to the awaiting car and the fare is already agreed upon - very easy. I was in room 1 on the ground level and it was very nice. In the evening, I could slightly hear the music from La Pergola next door.
Nothing.
Excellent location close to the main square, good breakfast and comfortable room. They put petals out for our anniversary which was a lovely touch! The staff were friendly and helpful.
Perhaps we expected more from the property, this was our first experience of a Riad so we could have expected too much.
Service was exceptional
The riad was very beautiful, with a small pool and rooftop. The room was comfortable and a good size. The location is good - just a short walk to the main square. The staff were very nice and friendly. Mint tea and sweets were provided on arrival, and one staff member sat down with us to discuss services/tours and draw on a map different sites of interest. Breakfast was bread, cake, fruit, juice and yogurt. We had dinner on the rooftop and it was ok, but could be better for the price.
The two mirrors in the room were small and only showed from the shoulders up. It would be nice to have a full length mirror somewhere, if not in the room, then at least somewhere in the shared areas. There were no space in the bathroom to put your toiletries and only one hook to hang a towel. The bed was a little bit hard.
The breakfast was great, the staff- particularly Ayoub were incredible. We had the most amazing time and wish we would stay again on a heartbeat!! Thank you! We really enjoyed our time
Very clean. Friendly staff who were very accomodating. Beautiful plunge pool, quiet location and lovely terrace.
The only tiny thing was the wifi not reaching the bed in the room, but it wasn’t really an issue.
Me and my family recently stayed in tzizwit , and we cannot say enough good things about my experience, especially thanks to the incredible host, Khalid. From the moment I arrived, Khalid went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. He was always available, incredibly friendly, and made me feel right at home.Khalid’s attention to detail and willingness to help with anything I needed truly set this stay apart from any other. Whether it was, simply engaging in pleasant conversation, Khalid was simply amazing.I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in Morocco where you’ll feel welcomed and cared for. Khalid made this trip unforgettable, and I can’t thank him enough for his hospitality. He truly is an awesome host, and I’m so grateful for the experience. Next time I'm in the marrakech are I will definitely book at tzizwit again! Thanks, Joynal.
Lovely property in a typically Moroccan style. Spotlessly clean.. you could see the Kitchen and chief and great hygiene standard observed..Lovely tasty Tagines served for dinner and healthy cold breakfast served on the roof top restaurant… crisp bedding/towels changed regularly.. all staff friendly and helpful. A hidden gem is next door for a relaxing drink .. Pergola Jazz bar..
The pool shown in the photos looked a lot bigger..
Closeness to main square
Smaller than expected. Poor access and no parking space.
Everything
Everything was good
The property was traditionally decorated with a European flare. It felt quite modern, even though it was tucked away in the old part of town. The location was ideal. It was one street away from the market and just a short walk away from the town Square, which is festive and bustling with vendors, performers, juice, bars, restaurants, and and other entertainment through the night. The spa was amazing and it was a treat to have a relaxing, very professional massage – I got a deep version – just a few steps away from our room. The facility was extremely clean, and although it has a small footprint – each level has its own bit of magic and was very comfortable. But the best part of our stay was the incredibly attentive and caring staff. For the one night we were there they went above very well, taken care of when they transport us, handled all of our high maintenance issues with Grace, humor, and care.
The only thing we did not like was really not the fault of the property. It was extremely hot and it does take a while for the small air conditioner to cool the room. Also the power went in and out. Again, not the property’s fault. Comment we had was kind of funny. The mirrors in the bathroom and the main area and the shower were all made for very tall people. We had to stand on stools just to see ourselves and could not reach the shower so water kind of sprayed everywhere. Other than that everything was wonderful!
Everything is unique there. Me and my wife really enjoyed it and we will go there again.
The Riad itself is a bit hidden, which is good since you get some peace and quietness from the buzzling market. The owners and staff are super friendly, extremely helpful (even with small things) and always up for a fun small chat. Beautiful Riad itself and always very clean and everything is nicely arranged so you really feel at home. The staff is eager to help with advice on what to do and can arrange tours, etc. super quickly at a really good price. Beautiful terrace on which a typical local breakfast is served. The staff even guided us from and to the taxi pickup point and gave us a to-go breakfast when we had to leave in the middle of the night to go to the airport. I have stayed in many hotels (small, large, cheap, expensive, etc.), but this is hands down the best place I have ever stayed at in every aspect - they deserve the praise :)
Clean and new. Staff were amazing
There was no bidet in the toilet ☹️
The place was cozy and clean .. the staff was friendly and helpful .. the place is close to saha el fena
The parking was too far .. the place is hard to find but the staff helped us to find the place
Staff
Mosquitos
They treated me very well, they even sent a gentleman to come meet me when I couldn’t quite find the property. When I got there everything was clean and they accommodated me even outside of normal hours.
Everything was great.
