Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Very reasonably priced especially for a Deluxe Suite. The bathroom looked as if it had been recently refurbished with a shower, 2 wash hand basins and a jacuzzi bath. Oh and it also had a toilet.
The hotel was rather dated with a lot of dark wood panelling but clean and lovely staff. We normally like to treat ourselves by booking a deluxe room or suite but this was the first time there were no bath robes or slippers nor a safe.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Kee’s Hotel has a lovely welcoming atmosphere. The staff are really helpful and pleasant. Our room was very comfortable and clean with spacious bathroom. At breakfast we had a wide selection from continental choice to full Irish buffet and I noticed that quantity and choice were available right up to end of service.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The rooms were spacious clean and bed comfortable breakfast was amazing and plenty of it dinner was amazing also plenty of options to choose from all the staff that we encountered were so helpful friendly courteous went above and beyond to make your stay perfect the location is perfect for exploring other parts of donegal will definitely recommend to family and friends and will hopefully return again keep up the amazing work that you all do

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026I know the area well but this was my first time in Kee’s Hotel. The hotel has a lovely quaintness and history which l really liked. The relaxed sitting/conservatory area was lovely to sit in to read/relax/chat. Room was great, looked over rear gardens. House keeping staff were excellent. Room was clean and tidy. Mildred and her colleagues work hard to keep high standards. All of the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast/dinner was fantastic. Great choices at breakfast and the dinner menu too. Again staff were very efficient and friendly even at busy times. Great location. Enjoyed a daily walk in Drumboe Woods which was nearby.
Bathroom was perfectly fine however sealant around bath needs replaced as it’s gone black, over time - an easy fix. Sometimes getting out of car park was challenging due to restricted views. Mostly looking right - due to tour bus parking close to entrance on main road. If bus could park in further away space it would help. Both of these didn’t in anyway detract from our lovely stay at Kee’s.

Het ontbijt was niet overdreven lekker. We hadden twee kamers waarvan één een vreselijke chemische geur had waar je niet in kon slapen. De manager kon het ook niet meteen plaatsen maar zorgde wel voor een extra bed in onze tweede kamer zodat we met z’n vieren konden samenhokken. (Extra kamers waren niet meer beschikbaar) Een terugbetaling van de ongebruikte kamer bleef echter uit.

In my Personal Opinion the car park needs to make lined parking spaces where you park your vehicle inside the lines. Didn't like getting a phone call on Friday lunchtime asking was I having dinner Friday or Saturday nights as hadn't arrived into the hotel to late evening etc.
