Reviewed Dec 10, 2024A beautiful apartment, was excellent, highly recommend. The apartment is new and impeccably designed with a balcony. It was incredibly well-equipped, you could see they put a lot of thought into it. The location is great near Jaffa Street and Mahane Yehuda Market, close to bars and restaurants. The hosts were very kind and available. I had the perfect experience. I will come back again

When we've arrived at the apartment, the smoke detector was beeping cause it needed a battery change. When we informed the host, they instructed us to extract the battery and sent us to buy a new one to try and change it ourselves, which was not trivial and took almost 2 hours of our time. Eventually, they sent someone who didn't even know how to deal with the smoke detector to disconnect it and take it completely away. The whole experience was very, very unpleasant and upsetting. The host was very rude, unhelpful, and acted like he was doing us a favor. NOT RECOMMENDED!
