Reviewed Apr 29, 2025The house is very spacious and clean. Even the bathroom is very luas and big so comfortable for the family who has little baby.
The location of the parking provided is far away from the lift that is supposed to bring you to the house. Hence, those who's coming with old parents should drop off at the correct lift or the staff should provide the nearest parking. One more thing, the tv (netflix) is there but should install it back which got me a little hard to watch the tv.

The property was poorly maintained. 1. The refrigerator is not functioning 2. A lot of cockroaches 3. Air conditioning is not cold despite of adjusting to the lowest temperature 4. The blanket is too thin to be used as blankets

Reviewed May 27, 2024Near to Sungai Buloh Hospital. It’s very convenient to reach the destination and escaped morning traffic. Near to highway too for you to move around.
Maybe an upgraded version of the matress, pillow and their covers. The one they have is okay, just my wish list if I need to stay longer days.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2023This Condo is situated right opposite to the MRT kampung Selamat. From the MRT station, the walkway is fully covered and it is connected to the level 2 of the premise. The condo has an attached shop lots which sell an array of groceries. Check in is fully self service. The house has basic amenities like shampoo and shower gel, blanket, clothes hangers, cutleries, plates, bowls and a set of cookery. The only facility available is the gym which is kinda user friendly. The host / agent is very efficient and friendly. He replies to WhatsApp within minutes and always answers my queries promptly. I also appreciate that he is easy to deal with, flexible with my impromptu change of plan during my check out Overall cleanliness is pretty good. Although I did find a few strains of hair on the floor in the bedroom. Lastly, internet speed is superb. Connectivity is stable too.
I wish they had a water filter installed. I rely on mineral water bottles bought from the grocery stores downstairs every day. Another thing is about the facilities, apart from the gym, I wish I could have access to the swimming pool as well. Lastly, as mentioned above I saw some strains of hair on the floor. Could have been missed by the cleaner. Otherwise the whole house actually looks clean and tidy. Netflix wasn't supported on the TV, although Netflix is available in the TV box.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2023It's a bit complicated. Once you go in you need to park and collect the key. Then use the key to access parking for residents. The instructions should have mentioned park at the 7 elevan store and walk to the lobby at basement 2.
The TV android box wasn't functioning properly. The room only had AC but no fan. Not everyone can use AC for the whole night.
