I’d have loved two pillows (personal preference), this is genuinely the only downside - it was a great stay!

Einige Möbel (z.B. Couch/Terassenliege/Kühlschrank/Backbleche) benötigen dringend eine Sanierung. Couch war trotzdem nutzbar, Terassenliege leider nicht.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Very nice house, having everything you need. Having a parking lot is very handy. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk away, and gets you easily to the city centre. Communication with the host was very easy, responds quickly.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Tolle Lage. Schönes Villenviertel. Herrlich um mit dem Rad nach Malmö rein zu fahren ( am Meer entlang). Sehr großzügige Wohnung.
Es geht über eine Wendeltreppe zur Haustür. Wer fit ist, für den ist das kein Problem. Leider wurde bei der Reinigung vor unserer Ankunft einiger Schmutz übersehen.

Der var en del støj fra haven som først stoppede omkring klokken 01.30. Det ville have været rart at vide der skulle holdes selskab, så vi kunne tage forbehold.

The spiral staircase up to the property was a bit challenging for luggage and for our mother, but not a deal breaker. We couldn't find any kitchen towels or paper towels- this was really the only thing we lacked.

Küchenausstattung liesse sich verbessern (z.B. mehr Teller, Kühlschrank entspricht nicht mehr heutigem Standard). Kein Fernseher

Ungepflegte und schlecht ausgestattete Küche, alles nicht sauber genug, Sonnenschutz nur in den Schlafzimmern, so dass es sehr heiß wurde. AußerW-Lan-Passwort keinerlei Infos in der Wohnung, z. B. zum Müll-System o. ä. Kein Radio, kein Fernseher.

There was a super market about half a mile away but almost no choice in terms of restaurants, coffee shops etc - almost none in the local area. Malmo was pretty boring, not much to do and I wouldn't go back.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2024Everything just perfect. Very clean, has all utilities,... Excellent for a family of 4 or 5. Kitchen has everything, including basic set of spices, oil etc. Bathroom is very spacious, with washer and dryer. Location is not in the center, you will need the car to move around, but tje neighborhood is very quiet and feels super-safe.
The TV did not work. To be fair, the apartment was not advertised as the one with TV. Not a big deal but would be nice to have one.
