1. The location is near to the Legoland. 2. There is Netflix on the TV for kids to watch. 3. The price is reasonable and acceptable.

1. The property needs to refurnish as the paint on the wall is peel off, is visible in the master bedroom. The toilet door of the master bedroom unable to close and lock due to spoil since we check in. 2. No travel toothbrush is provided. Not a big issue to me since I bought my own. 3. We booked two nights and our first day already found out no toilet paper in the master bedroom. There is no extra in the unit. Contact host to assist and the helper only comes in the next day to replenish. Quite stressful when there is no toilet paper. 4. Not sure how to use the game controller provided as we can’t find the game on tv to play with it. 5. The multi storey car park in the property is located in 5th floor but it’s goes round and round too much and makes us have a temporary car sickness. However, the ground floor open car park always full, so we don’t have choice but park in the multi storey car park.

The only saving grace was that the property was near to Legoland.

The room didn't look like what was advertised. The sofa had a cover over it as it was damaged. The mattresses had black spots which we think could be bed bugs. Felt itchy in tbe morning. The bedsheets did not look and feel clean, fresh and changed. Lodged a complaint with the owner. The owner then arranged some cleaners to come over to change the bedsheets. The owner did stress that the bedsheets were changed before we check - in, which we found odd as it certainly did not look and feel that way when we first check-in. We were also informed than only 4 towels will be provided despite paying for 7 pax, the owner upon enquiry by us, did provide 7 towels after informing the owner that we booked for 7. The remedial action taken by the owner was commendable but it would've been better if a little more attention was given to the room before guest check-in.

Bilik luas dan selesa, bersih... Cuma pemandangan tasik tu agak scary sikit... Tp mmg baby friendly sbb segala permainan dan alatan baby disediakan...

Parking yang agak teruk, xboleh parking bawah... Parking memang seram ya nak naik jika xpandai mmg habis kereta tergesel...

location is close to legoland. no complaint there

the parking is so scary even for a seasoned driver like myself. it is stories of spiral ramp.

Strategic location for those plans for Legoland adventures. Just walking distance to Legoland (less than 10mins).

Multi Storey parking is a bit too much for a big car and I choose to park the open space parking.

Location was really near to Legoland. Cosy apartment. Lego blocks provided some entertainment for my kids.

Had a few near falling incidents when entering the ensuite bathroom, which had a step down from the bedroom, especially when floor is wet. To consider placing an antislip mat.

Location is near Legoland and Medini Mall and near grocery stores. Can easily access by grab and go to anywhere like JPO or JB. The room is neat and tidy. With kitchen utensils, electric kettle, iron, washing machine, toilet papers, heater. With aircon in the bedrooms and in the living room. Room is big for my family of 4. With huge Smart TV and wifi is good and can play 1080p but not 4k. Security is nice especially the security guards are helpful to foreigners like us. We were allowed to check in early just request to the owner and they will consider as long as there is no one is renting the unit. We will come back for sure if the price is lower.

It would be best if Legoland view instead of lakeview. There is no shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste provided but can easily buy from grocery stores. A little expensive after taxes and actual currency exchange fees were considered.

Location was very good. Really convenient to travel with kids, elderly and a baby. Otherwise, hosts and location of the apartment was super convenient.

However, was told a day before that the room we booked had an electrical failure and they had to change us to another room. Requested for the same type of room as we had elderly, kids and a baby travelling with us. Request granted, but upon arrival, there was no water and the aircon in the master bedroom was hot and humid. There was an issue apparently and there was no aircon at all in the end. Called the technician but he mentioned that it was not the first time. Kinda disappointed with that. There is also construction going on around the apartment, so it can get quite dark and quiet if you walk back home at night.

Everything is perfect. It is very easy to check in and check out. Location is very near to Leagoland. If I have problem , host can help us everything.

Very good value for money. Much better than booking Legoland hotel, which is 3 times the price. Wifi worked well. Apartment was decent sized and clean. Walking distance from Mall of Medini which has great supermarket, play area for kids and a few eateries. Parking at Level 5 seemed pretty safe. Security guard was helpful. The host Khimz was excellent and provided prompt responses, updates and assistance. Would highly recommend for a Legoland trip.

TV wasn't working well but didn't bother us. We just used our own devices. A few ants running around. But host promptly provided pesticide spray when alerted about this.

Very close distance to legoland and mall of medini. The host is friendly, house is clean and cosy.

Spacious clean apartment

Some ongoing works at first storey and need to walk outside around the building to go Legoland during our stay in end Sep 23 (not the fault of the apartment though).

The apartment.is very nice and homey. Its big and comfortable.enough for the 4 of us. The place is clean. They even have lego toys and plushies which my kids enjoyed playing with. The location is nice since it is very near Legoland and there are couple of restaurants where you can eat, theres a nearby supermarket too. Lastly, the host is very helpful and responsive to my questions. Hes been offering help since the day I booked the place few weeks in advance. Will definitely recommend to my families and friends planning to go to Legoland.

The pillowsand blankets are a bit.worn out already and smelly. The sockets are MY customised and we were not able to use our phone charger.

The location is great. We had a special arrangement and the host was very helpful to accommodate. Thank you. The apartment is spacious, more than enough for a family with two kids. The host gave us all the info we need at the moment and respond quite quickly which is really helpful.

The apartment is close to the lift. You can hear the beeping sound from both bedrooms. However if you are not light sleeper or sleep after 10pm, it shouldn't be a problem. Since I am a light sleeper, it did bother me the first night. It would be better if the quilt covet is cotton rather than fleece, which feels a bit uncomfortable to sleep in at night.

The way to the parking level 5 is too small for SUV/MPV.

after booked, landloard keep changing the stay location as many reasons highlighted and the replacement is even worse than expectation. Suppose that landlord to make it clear before advertise it. Too many excuses that is unacceptable.

Perfect location for those are visiting the Legoland, for its only about 10 mins walk, including time spent waiting for traffic light. There's a small mall with B.I.G. and a few eateries, right opposite the apartment which makes simple meals and shopping for necessities rather convenient. Host is kind enough to accommodate an early check-in when it's possible. The apartment is sparkling clean when we arrive. The game console is good to keep the kids occupied. The washing machine in the unit saved us lots of post-holiday laundry!

Beds are a little hard for our liking, and some pillows are a little old.

Good space for 2 family in the apartment. Easy to check in and near to medini mall and legoland.

the water filter was broken as owner wasn’t aware about it but owner provide us drinking water immediately.

The kids friendly decor and provision of toys were great for our kids! The location is also within 10 minutes' walking distance to Legoland Themepark, which is great for cost savings vs the hotel which is 10 times more expensive!

The building has some unfinished facade probably due to covid affecting business, but everything else is good.

A cosy family apartment with amenities enough for everyone to use. Host even provide bottles of water for us too. There is a basket of lego that keeps the children entertaining while adults get busy preparing. The WiFi signal is good and host is responsive when I needed some help from his end too. We didn't managed to swim in the pool as it was under maintenance during our stay. However the pool looks great and clean. Hopefully the next round when we are back, we will be able to experience the pool for the children. 😁

Walkable distance from Legoland. Host is very friendly and accommodating. very quick and fuss free check in. Host is also very knowledgeable about places to go for visit. The stay was exceptional. Would definitely come back to stay again if we are visiting Legoland!
