Nothing everything was fine

Kind staff & excellent service

Nothing

Location, service, good food and reasonably priced, friendly and accommodating manager and staff, good facilities.

Nothing.

Location - close to Medanta hospital, not far from Ambience Mall, close to the main road, nearby market and pharmacies. Service - Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room - Spacious and well-equipped. Fooding - Good variety, tasty and reasonably priced. Housekeeping - Regular.

Nothing really.

Good ambience, good food, prompt service (most of the time), and very friendly staff. A good variety of rooms to choose from and the location is very convenient for medical visit to Medanta hospital. Very close to the main street but don't really hear the noise/traffic.

The cleaning team could do a more thorough job. The TV remote connectivity needs an upgrade.

Clean room, location

Nothing

Property is too good and hygeine.and safety are there.

But service is not satisfactory and the female staff who are at reception are rude.

The staff at this place were very friendly and responsive. Their breakfast timings are 7:30 am onwards, however, I had requested for an early breakfast as I had to check out early. They fulfilled my request.

Amenities in the room for eg. slippers (which they did provide when I requested for it, but these were not available by default). The toileteries provided could have been better.

They try to fool you Don't book rooms there

They tried to fool I booked the hotel online they give me a single room despite showing my booking on app they are saying to me cancel the booking and book again on app at the same price if you can do that I need to message with them for 1 hour after that they change my room even their staff knows they switch our room and told us you paid for good room not this one but they still didn't agree and we had to fight

Quite place, not too many people

Not value for money, property was no clean, one of our room had no hot water, fan regulator was not working, staff lacking professionalism, one of the ordered food item was never delivered.

I had an incredible experience staying at Zen Hotel Apartment. The services provided were simply top-notch. From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location is superb, especially for those visiting Medicity. It's within close proximity, making it convenient for anyone needing to be near the hospital. Despite being centrally located, the hotel still manages to offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, which is perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall Good exp, Nice property. comfortable stay.

Stay and staff

Location was easy to reach at medanta, people at reception were kind in behavior, property was clean, room was specious and staff was helping. I prefer to stay again the same, whenever I will come. Completely value for money.

.

I liked the hotel's cleanliness and homely atmosphere. The staff was very serviceable. The room was very comfortable.

The maintenance of the air-conditioner was not upto the mark. The hotel was unable to arrange a taxi for airport drop early in the morning.

I am thankful for the hospitality. The meals served for lunch, dinner and breakfast were outstanding. The location of the property is excellent as well.

Everything

Everything

Great place. Really comfortable place with good vibes and homely food l.

Nothing wrong.

Service of the property and behavior of the staffs are very fine. Rates for the rooms seems to be fine, but in my opinion there should be some more concession for senior citizens! Anyway Good.

the rooms are made to be aesthetically pleasing and not gonna lie they're pretty and good for what you paid for , very natural and nice lighting, polite staff , and they give you plenty of toiletries like dental, shaving,, soap towels and shampoo which is very mindful ,they have seating in the balcony which i liked

it's the little things to be honest there wasn't much to not like, the folded towels they put on the bed when I opened them, they were wet (not soaking wet) then i went to check the bathroom in the shower area there was a used toothbrush which i think they forgot to pickup ,

The service, food and cleanliness of the room were superb. Food was exceptional and the portions very generous. The pricing is very very reasonable as well. The breakfast alone is good enough to keep you going throughout most of the day. The staff were always smiling, and ready to help, day or night. The location is also very good, and just away from the main road on Sector 38 with connectivity in all directions. All in all, great experience!

Nothing to really complain about. The room was very clean and neat, but a bit on the smaller size. Good for a solo traveller, but maybe small for couples. Family needs much larger room. Once suggestion that I would like to leave is that there needs to be some place where the suitcase can be laid flat to unpack. That will make a very big difference.

the staff are amazing, room bright and clean.

It can be very noisy if too many guests, my last night one of the room blasted tv until 3am 😢

As such nothing.

Had a great experience over my staycation at Zen saty Sector 38 Gurgaon. Staff was nice and food was delicious. Ambience of rooms are elegant and classy with balancony attached. A must visit place for vacations.

"I recently had a wonderful stay at Zen Medicity The service was exceptional, the staff was friendly, and the accommodations were comfortable. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay." Looking forward to returning for another fantastic stay!"

We had a wonderful stay in a brand-new, tastefully designed room during my business trip. The location is prime, and the attentive team took care of every detail from reservation to check-out. They were available at all times to ensure a comfortable stay. The in-house restaurant served delicious food, and they welcomed feedback to continually improve their already excellent hospitality. This has been my best hotel stay ever, and I highly recommend it for our office's future business stays.

I was there for one day. It's a really nice hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was quite good and much better that I expected. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. Hotel is also near to the main road so getting transport is quite easy.

Nothing as such.
