Los alrededores del conjunto no son bonitos , el apto no tiene aire acondicionado no se pueden abrir las ventanas por el mal olor externo mucho calor.

Que el aire de la habitación principal no funcionaba y que no tenía lavadora del resto bien.

La verdad, el anfitrion pesimo, Nos vendieron publicidad engañosa, nos cobraron de más por algo que no nos dieron, no contaba con aire acondicionado y cuando lo reportamos, nos dijeron solo mentiras, nunca llegaron a arreglarnos el aire. La verdad no lo recomiendo, super incomodo y no ayudan a solucionar

Nos cambiaron el tipo de alojamiento por falta de disponibilidad pero nos avisaron prácticamente a la hora de la entrega así que no tuvimos más opción que aceptarlo. Adicional a eso el aseo del apartamento dejó mucho que desear, las cobijas se notó por el olor que no se habían lavado bien, las sábanas sucias y no dejaron ni llevaron la escoba cuando se solicitó.

Nos hubiera gustado aire acondicionado, aunque hay varios ventiladores en el apartamento que funcionaban bien.

La verdad, mucho calor, debe de tener aire acondicionad, los baños estaban muy sucios, el desagüe de la ducha se estancaba el agua, las cortinas súper cortas y entraban mucha luz, y queda muy lejos de pana a, y del parque del café y no es en Armenia es afuera

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026La atencion del señor norbey es exepcional, siempre presto a que la estancia sea plasentera, el apto tienes 3 comodas habitaciones dos baños con ducha toda la indumentaria, recomendacion llevar del supermercado, o pedir domicilio hay un servicoo que te lleva todo lo que necesites y es económico, las piscinas y areas humedas son esoectaculares. Tambien tienen un asadador super 👌

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Este alojamiento superó todas mis expectativas. Desde la llegada nos recibieron con un delicioso café de origen y nos acompañaron hasta el condominio para realizar el ingreso. El lugar cuenta con excelentes instalaciones: cuatro piscinas incluida una para niños y otra con tobogán, jacuzzis y saunas. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento durante la estadía. Además, tuve la oportunidad de realizar un tour con ellos y fue una experiencia espectacular. Jeffer capturó momentos únicos con dron y cámaras profesionales. El recorrido fue completamente privado, sin prisas y adaptado a nuestro ritmo. Sin duda, volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2025While our stay had enjoyable moments, unfortunately, our overall experience with Molca Xperiences was overshadowed by the owner’s behavior. Let me start with the positive: The employees and associates we interacted with throughout our trip were exceptional—friendly, responsive, and truly 5-star service. They went above and beyond to help coordinate transportation, experiences, and ensure we were comfortable. For that, we’re genuinely grateful. However, the attitude and approach of the owner left a lot to be desired. Eager to complete payment upon arrival Friday evening, I submitted the full amount via bank transfer to the first account they provided. Immediately after making the transfer, I sent them the payment confirmation, and they acknowledged it with a “thank you.” The next day, Saturday, they began pressuring us to make an additional full payment via credit card—with a 5% surcharge—because the original transfer had not yet appeared in their account. They threatened that we wouldn’t be allowed to leave the property if we didn’t comply. At that point, they highlighted that their payment instructions stated external bank transfers were not accepted. Oops—my mistake. I acknowledged this oversight and explained that the funds would appear on Monday, as expected with interbank transfers. I also provided additional proof and bank references to support this. Despite that, our explanations were ignored, and the threats continued. To avoid further conflict during our short weekend getaway, we conceded and made the additional payment. The whole situation created unnecessary stress during what should have been a relaxing trip. While they did refund the duplicate payment once the original transfer posted Monday morning—just as we had communicated would happen—the situation could have been handled with much more professionalism and trust. At no point during or after the ordeal did the owner offer an apology for the stress caused.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2025We had a great stopover. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Very spacious, bright and spotlessy cleaned. The staff are really nice, Leonardo was very caring and helpful. The security guards and the life guard in the pool were also very friendly.
We book again few days after, as we were still in the area, and although on Booking.com website the reservation was confirmed, they contacted us on WhatsApp telling us the they had some technical issues and they went on overbooking and cancelled our reservation. They were very unprofessional and rude. Also according to other reviews on booking.com it is something that it happens quite often with the way they handle reservation. Overall I would not trust the seriousness of this company as they may tell you that your reservation is cancelled on the day of your arrival.
