Francisca was very friendly and helpful. She advised us about trips and excursions and also book a trip to Moyenne island for us. Highly recommend.

The hosts are so lovely, they let us use the room on our departure day so we could shower at the end of the day and enjoy our last day on the island. The view from the room is gorgeous. The room itself is cosy and clean. We stayed at three different places during our holiday and this one was definitely our favourite.

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado y de lo anunciado en la publicación. El desayuno, que se ofrece como “continental”, fue extremadamente básico: una taza pequeña de café por persona, un vaso muy pequeño de jugo prácticamente lleno de hielo, dos tostadas y una pequeña porción de fruta. El primer día nos sirvieron huevos, pero al día siguiente nos informaron que no correspondían y que habían sido una “cortesía”, lo que demuestra una falta de claridad sobre lo que realmente está incluido.Además, los amenities ofrecidos resultan engañosos: en la habitación solo hay una pequeña pava eléctrica, pero no se proporciona café, té ni azúcar; el agua únicamente se entrega como bienvenida y luego no se repone; y tampoco hay jabón ni shampoo, elementos básicos que cualquier huésped espera encontrar.Al llegar, se nos exigió un depósito de 100 USD por posibles daños, algo que no estaba claramente informado. También se nos aplicó un tipo de cambio aproximadamente un 30% superior al valor real por no pagar en efectivo en euros, y no se nos ofreció una alternativa clara para pagar con tarjeta en la moneda local.Durante toda la estadía no se realizó limpieza de la habitación, no se cambiaron las toallas ni se retiró la basura. La comunicación por parte de la propietaria fue excesiva desde varios días antes de nuestra llegada, enviando constantemente mensajes preguntando horarios, medios de transporte y planes, lo que resultó invasivo.Lo más grave fue el trato recibido cuando manifestamos nuestra disconformidad. En lugar de escuchar nuestras observaciones, la propietaria nos respondió que, como teníamos un descuento Genius y Booking le cobraba comisión, debíamos estar agradecidas y no quejarnos del servicio recibido. Considero completamente inapropiado trasladar al huésped cuestiones comerciales entre el alojamiento y Booking para justificar deficiencias en el servicio.

Pokój widać, że świeżo po remoncie, był ogromny. Świetny na dłuższe pobyty, sama garderoba była wielkości łazienki. Ogromny plus za świetne śniadania, codziennie coś innego. Obsługa przemiła. Na miejscu możliwość zamawiania cateringu, który jest przepyszny

L’accueil, le service et la disponibilité et surtout la sympaathie des accueillant etait juste à la mesure de ce que j’ai pu lire moi mêmm

L'accueil avec une infusion rafraîchissante Bio provenant tout droit du jardin. Peyma et sa maman sont des hôtes adorables. Le logement est idéalement situé, vous serez à 20 minutes max de l'aéroport mais surtout à 15 minutes de Anse Intendance ou de Baie Lazare. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet établissement... Beaucoup beaucoup mieux que certains hôtels. Le logement est méga propre, douche, lavabo, WC, lit, dressing, mini frigo, terrasse avec vue sur la mer et au calme. Climatisation silencieuse et très, même trop efficace. Les petits déjeuners servis sur la terrasse chaque matin, avec souvent des fruits nouveaux à découvrir... Mais surtout une confiture de Papaye Maison avec une touche de Vanille... Mama Mia on en mangerait des bocaux 😋😋😋. La possibilité de commander de délicieux repas cuisinés par un vrai petit chef. Je recommande à 1000% cet établissement et je n'ai aucun mauvais point à leur attribuer, sauf la tristesse de devoir quitter les lieux pour revenir à la dure réalité.

Das Guesthouse liegt an einem Hang was zu einem atemberaubenden Ausblick mit Sonnenaufgang führt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Badezimmer grossartig. Die Gastgeberin Francisca war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. So hat sie jeden Tag eine liebevolles Frühstück auf dem Balkon zubereitet, hat uns eine Bus Karte ausgeliehen. Keine Frage blieb unbeantwortet. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen, da die Straße zum guesthouse relativ steil ist.

Me he sentido intimidada toda la estancia… lo he visto una cosa igual jamás… Te piden 100€ de depósito… ni que yo fuera una cría de 10 años… y estás toda la estancia pendiente de no manchar ni romper nada… En el check in una señora bastante desagradable te hace sentir como si fueras tonta explicándote cómo funciona una TV o una caja fuerte. Te dice que ninguna hotel tiene botiquín de primeros auxilios pero no te ofrecen amenities tal y como se indica… y solo te ponen una toalla… y cuando pedí una segunda me preguntaron si llevaba el pelo teñido para no mancharlo… inaceptable… La ducha muy bonita pero incomoda para los pies (notas todas las piedras y te duele moverte). Lo más fuerte de todo es que pagué mi desayuno y el primer día me envían un mensaje para preguntarme porque no me acabé el desayuno, que lo tenían que tirar (y a mí que me importa????). El hotel está a tomar por saco de la civilización… y no disponen de nadie para llevarte al pueblo y encima te dicen que hagas ejercicio (estoy de vacaciones y yo decido cuándo y como hago ejercicio)… Durante la estancia me he sentido muy incómoda con que cada día te estén escribiendo por mensajes y el primer día cuando aún no había ni llegado, regañándome porque no les había avisado de mi hora de llegada y que no iba a encontrar a ningún taxista porque nadie conocía dónde estaba el hotel… llegué y el primer taxista me llevó sin problema!!!

Au Lever Du Soleil to świetny obiekt, położony niedaleko plaż, fantastyczny widok na ocean szczególnie przy śniadaniu i wieczornych drinkach. Przemiła i uczynna córka właścicielki była bardzo pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta.

Everything was perfect. The owner was very friendly and kind. The room big, clean with an amazing view. They serve breakfast on the balcony with the sea view. Can’t wait to come back.

De kamer heeft een heel mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon waar ook het ontbijt geserveerd wordt. De kamer zelf is erg ruim en schoon.

De kamers zijn niet geluiddicht. Je hoort gesprekken van de buren letterlijk en toen we moesten lachen werd er al door de buren geroepen. Het water in de douche stroomde moeilijk weg waardoor de badkamer helemaal nat wordt. Er zijn geen toiletartikelen zoals aangegeven. Handdoeken krijg je alleen op verzoek, met een verblijf van 4 nachten is er geen schoonmaak. Bij inchecken wordt alles uitgebreid uitgelegd en moet je een borg van 100 euro betalen. Hierdoor ben je de hele tijd bang iets stuk of vies te maken. We lieten soms het bestek of een bord van het ontbijt in de kamer voor ‘s avonds, dit werd gecontroleerd tot 1 theelepeltje nauwkeurig. Bij het uitchecken wordt alles gecontroleerd, ook de handdoeken worden uitgebreid bekeken.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, Aber das war es auch dann. Am Management kann man noch arbeiten.

Der Eigentümer hat eine nie erlebte Art von Kontrolle seiner Gäste. Beim Check Out wird alles genauestens überprüft. Von der Wasserspülung im Bad, bis hin zu der Bettwäsche. Die Bettwäsche wurde im Beisein der Gäste genauestens untersucht hin und her gewendet ob diese verschmutzt ist. So etwas habe ich bei meinen vielen Reisen noch nie erlebt. Ebenso wird die Klimaanlage abgestellt, wenn man nicht zu Hause ist, passiert auch, wenn man am Abend zum Essen geht und das Zimmer für die Nacht kühlen will. Das Zimmer wird betreten aber nicht um das Zimmer zu reinigen, sondern um zu kontrollieren. Ich habe den Eigentümer daraufhin angesprochen und nur Unverständnis erlebt. 100,- Euro, die als Kaution in bar zu hinterlegen sind haben wir wieder erhalten. Hatten wohl Glück, dass wir Handtücher und Bettwäsche nicht zu sehr verschmutzt haben. Übrigens in der Bewertung von Google wird ähnliches berichtet. Ich bin damit kein Einzelfall. Zimmer ok, der Vermieter ein ??? Paar im Alter über 60! ... Wir sind also keine Teenager, die man noch erziehen muss.

- Z tarasy mieliśmy przepiękny widok, ale to dzięki temu, ze pensjonat znajduje sie wysoko na górze. Dla nas plus ze względu na widoki przy śniadaniu, ale dla osób bez samochodu moze to byc znaczny problem, ponieważ pensjonat znajduje sie daleko od głównej drogi. - Sniadania smaczne i dostarczane o godzinie, ktora podaliśmy przy zameldowaniu :) - W pokojach czysto, natomiast dla osób, które sa ciekawe czy sa kosmetyki jednorazowe to nie ma. - Ogromny plus ze względu na lokalizacje blisko najpieknieszych plaz na Mahe :D

- Jedyne co nam brakowało, to w pokoju mieliśmy tylko czajnik i filiżanki, dlatego jak chcecie zjeść cos na szybko wieczorem to nie macie do dyspozycji żadnego widelca ani noża ;)

Das Guesthouse liegt wunderbar am Berg mit einer sehr schwierigen Auffahrt und einem phantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Der Aufenthalt im Guesthouse war allerdings eine Zumutung! Die Vermieterinnen (Mutter und Tochter) heißen ihre Gäste nicht wirklich willkommen. Entgegen dem Vertrag von booking.com wird sofort bei der Ankunft eine Kaution in bar (100 Euro) verlangt und den Gästen erklärt, dass man für den Mietpreis nichts erwarten darf! Außerdem werden die Gäste schulmeisterlich durch das Appartement geführt mit zahlreichen Hinweisen: Funktionsweise des Schlüssels(!!) und der Terrassentür, der Klimaanlage sowie Nutzung von Geschirr und Handtüchern sowie Bettwäsche und dem Hinweis, dass im Haus nicht gegessen wird, Schuhe vor der Tür bleiben und erstmal draußen geduscht werden muss, bevor man reingeht. Das Frühstück war bescheiden und erst auf ausdrückliche Bitte gab es Teller! Das Besteck durfte ausschließlich zum Frühstück benutzt werden. Für Mahlzeiten vom take away oder vom Lieferdienst gab auch auf Nachfrage bzw. Bitte kein Besteck! Der Höhepunkt war die Abnahme des Appartement zur Abreise: beide Vermieterinnen kontrollierten den Wasserkocher, den Fernseher, die Klimaanlage, die Toilettenspülung, die beiden 4 Tage gebrauchten Handtücher auf Gebrauchsspuren ebenso wie die Bettwäsche. Es war einfach peinlich und unangenehm! Nach der langen Prozedur wurde die Kaution zurückgezahlt.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, das Bad war groß und die Dusche auch schön, sogar mit Regendusche und extra Brauskopf. Der Ausblick war außerdem super schön und die Gastgeberin und ihre Tochter sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück wurde uns direkt auf dem Balkon reserviert.

Wir persönlich fanden die Betten etwas hart und manchmal hat es aus dem Abfluss neben der Toilette etwas gerochen. Wir haben dann Wasser nachgegossen, das hat geholfen (die Geruchsbarriere verdunstet halt einfach sehr schnell bei den Temperaturen).

Notre hôte était très accueillante et bienveillante, nous avons eu un bon contact. La vue de l’hôtel était incroyable, on ne s’en lassait pas. Le petit déjeuner était la cerise sur le gâteau, chaque jour des choses différentes proposées avec des produits locaux dont papaye du jardin, miel local et confiture de banane maison. La montée vers l’hôtel est assez rude, cela nécessite une voiture. Le soir il est possible de commander le dîner au restaurant à côté qui vous livre directement sur la terrasse : la nourriture y était locale et délicieuse. Pour terminer, l’emplacement était parfait avec une voiture, situé presque à équidistance de tous les spots importants de l’île.

Rien à dire

Totalement fidèle aux photos, la guesthouse Au lever du Soleil est un havre de paix au milieu d'une nature luxuriante et avec une magnifique vue sur l'océan. Tout neuf, l'établissement dispose de chambres spacieuses soigneusement meublées avec de grandes salles d'eau et de très agréables balcons ; le tout est parfaitement entretenu. Quant aux hôtes, elles sont à l'écoute de leurs clients et toujours disponibles. Quelques jours avant votre arrivée, vous recevrez une vidéo pour guider le taxi... et commencer à vous projeter ! À proximité, épicerie (7j/7 jusqu'à 21h), plage, restaurants et bar, arrêt de bus... L'emplacement est un atout pour loger au calme sans être à l'écart de tout : la côte est/sud-est, entre Au Cap et Anse Royale, est magnifique et souvent vide de monde alors que de charmantes petites plages s'y trouvent. Enfin, une livraison de plats, desserts et boissons est proposée par Freddy qui valorise les saveurs et produits locaux.

À savoir (ce ne sont pas des points de mécontentement) : pour jouir d'une telle vue, il faut grimper dur donc, si on n'aime pas marcher, mieux vaut avoir loué une voiture + produits de toilette (shampoing, gel douche/savon) non fournis.

Sehr harte Matratzen, keine gemütlichen Sitzflächen vorhanden Mussten Kaution von 100€ vorauszahlen, das Personal scheint eher pingelig zu sein. Mussten sehr vorsichtig sein (Handtücher nicht mit Sonnencremehände anfassen etc), haben das Geld aber wieder zurück erhalten.

Die Aussicht und der Balkon / Terrasse im Jungle, das Personal war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Unterkunft war groß und sehr sauber.

Gibt nichts. Vielleicht hätte die Ausstattung mehr sein können (Duschgel, Weingläser) aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau :-)

The see view was amazing! Unobstructed … the greenery around was breathtaking. The air around was so fresh and healing! A treat for us!

The host. During check in, she insisted on showing me that everything, including the lights, works, and said if anything breaks I would have to pay for it. I thought, come on, lightbulbs die, do you expect your guests to pay so you can replace your lightbulbs? And then during my stay, she kept asking me if I needed anything. When I did order food, almost every item was unavailable, or the price on the menu was not up to date. I got tired of the back and forth so I said that's fine, I'll just walk to the nearest shops, then she questioned me why I'm being so difficult and asked me in a very rude way "What is your problem" and insisted I give her an answer. I asked her to please just leave me alone, I'm not partying, not causing any issues, I don't stay out late, I literally just want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Seychelles, can she please just stop, but she wouldn't stop. She kept messaging, so I had to stop replying to her. The whole time staying there, I felt like nervous. Even the breakfast, which people seem to rave about. It's just some toast, jam, tea and coffee. It's not even cooked. I've stayed at hotels about the same price as this one in Seychelles that offers 1000x better breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant that work with them was really good. We enjoyed the food.

The host was very kind and helpful. She was available whenever we needed her. The views from the superior room is amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The continental breakfast was toast with butter and jam, which was a bit disappointing. The person delivering the food was very kind and we could have our breakfast on the balcony which was nice.

I won't be brief - this place deserves a proper review😄 We had an amazing experience at Au lever du Soleil. Mang, the local host, was incredibly kind & communicative - we discussed everything smoothly before our arrival. When we arrived, Mang let us know that the guests in our originally booked room had extended their stay by a day, but no worries - we were upgraded to a larger & even better apartment🎉 #Apartment: Fully equipped, super comfortable, & the view was absolutely magical. The area is peaceful & quiet, & from the balcony you can hear the ocean waves at night & in the morning. Since the apartment faces east, we witnessed breathtaking sunrises over the ocean. On clear days, you can even see Praslin & La Digue on the horizon. #Parking: Our rental car was always parked in a covered space, so it never overheated in the morning sun. #Breakfast & dinner: Breakfast was perfect every day - it was placed on our balcony table at the agreed time. We found out that Mang's son, Freddy, is a professional chef. He cooked our dinner every evening & surprised us with one amazing fresh seafood dish after another: swordfish, mahi-mahi, red snapper, tuna, prawns, shellfish, calamari - absolutely delicious! We looked forward to chatting with Freddy every night over dinner - one evening we talked for over an hour!😄 On the day we left early for the ferry to La Digue, Freddy packed us a lovely picnic breakfast the night before. If you're staying here, make sure to ask for Freddy's dinner - it's a must! #Departure day: Since our flight was only at 11PM, Mang kindly allowed us to use the apartment as long as we needed - we got a late checkout, which meant we could take a proper shower after our final beach day. Super appreciated! #Bonus point: The Takamaka Rum Distillery is only 599m away in a straight line😄 #Summary: We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing views to wake up in the morning with. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times. Nice breakfast and also the owner's son has his own catering service so every day we ordered fresh seafood for dinner.
