Reviewed Aug 10, 2026For the price, this property offers really good facilities. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay, including WiFi, TV, AC, a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, and parking. The host, Veena Ma'am, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean and convenient, and the property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made the stay even more relaxing. A special mention to the caretaker, Deepak. He was very friendly, polite, and always available whenever we needed anything, was just a call away and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
The property is around 3.5–4 km from the main temples, but this should be manageable with a short e-rickshaw ride - as the temple areas can be quite crowded and cars are not very convenient there.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026I like the space that is being offered at such a competitive price. A great place for people who are planning to go by car. Locality parking and easy access.
The property didn't lack any facility that a decent one should have. Just to add since we have to write something here, a more efforts can be put to clean the bathrooms walls and floor. I know it's common with salty supply water but if somehow it gets improved, the whole stay experience was going to be a memorable one. I highly recommend this property at the quoted price.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Location is good around 1.5km from Prem Mandir and Iskcon. Parking is available in front of the property. Value for money homestay. Note : E-rickshaw drivers will absolutely loot you during peak hours and go as high as 100/person for going distance of 1.5-2km.
We experienced very frequent power cuts and the tap water is too salty.

It's a bit far from the center of Vrindavan, so you'll need an auto to go to Temples around. That's the only downside of the location.

Reviewed Dec 1, 2024It's actually expensive as compared to its neighbouring or city centre counterparts. The major disadvantage is it's location we suffered a lot during our daily commute. 70% of the rickshaw drivers didn't knew where is basera baikunth and who knew charged a hefty sum to drop us here and at nights many rickshaw drivers refused to drop us here and who came charged a lot. It's 5 kms from bankey bihariji and rest other main temples like radharamanji radhavallabh ji which is quite a huge distance for daily darshan. Also the room rent is very high and then you'll have to pay daily atleast 500Rs just to go from here to the main temples and come back excluding other commuting charges which you pay while travelling in vrindavan. So overall I would not suggest to stay here as it's not at all easily reachable

Reviewed Nov 13, 2024very clean, no mould or mildew. bathroom was clean too. nice location, very safe with security at the gate, and a quiet little complex without much traffic. staff kept it very clean each day. room and the villa were locked and safe, the WiFi worked well. power cut out occasionally, but it only affected the ceiling fan which wasn't too bad because it was not a hot time of year. WiFi stayed on during power cuts, so it wasn't boring. it was about a 25 minute walk to baktivedanta sarasvati marg road where the ISKCON temple and the prem mandir are located, that is also where you can find many restaurants and businesses. there was a small corner store right outside the complex gates that had a decent range of foodstuffs and household goods which was very handy.
the room was too bright at night. lots of light coming in via the windows (sheer curtains) and above the room door was another window without curtain. this made it difficult to get good rest. blackout curtains would be a nice upgrade. also, the young man looking after the guests offered us a cup of tea or coffee very often, I don't even drink tea or coffee but accepted one cup after many times offered to be polite, then upon leaving (6 days later) he messaged me and said that I had not paid for the tea I got. He should be upfront with guests for any services that he expects payment for, and definitely not be so pushy. He also asked for some foreign currency to keep as a momento, I had none on me, but it felt like he was just trying to get money. other than that, everything else in the place was fine.

Location is not near by to anything. Auto charged minimum Rs100 every time we had to go anywhere. There was dump smell in rooms and in kitchen. When one lives in properties managed by a private host, most of the time host makes them feel welcome and inform about lot many things about the place, what we can do, what we should not do etc. But at this place, there was none of that. There was no engagement either from owner or from care taker side.
