It was very close to metro and shops and restaurants. A very spacious room for a couple and it had the washer/dryer plus cooking facilities if needed. Very generously stacked with crockery and saucepans. Good value for money.

Just a personal thing, my husband and I are away for 5 weeks holiday so an ironing board would have been nice, As I had a lot of ironing to do, but at least it had an iron in the room.

The worst. Absolutely cannot recommend this place. The accommodation reeks of cigarette smoke, and the smell has seeped into the walls. This is something the owner was aware of but chose not to inform us about. It is barely possible to stay in the bedroom because of the strong smell of smoke, as if someone had just smoked in the room. There was mold and dirt in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. There is no shelf or proper place to put your shampoo, so you are forced to keep it on the floor. Throughout the entire accommodation, there were dead flies and insects, with visible blood stains on the walls. Not even a bottle of water was provided in the fridge when we checked in around midday in August. Completely unacceptable. Disgusting. Absolutely not worth it. ——- Οτι χειρότερο. Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν το συνιστώ. Το κατάλυμα μυρίζει έντονα καπνό τσιγάρου και η μυρωδιά έχει ποτίσει τους τοίχους. Αυτό ήταν κάτι που ο ιδιοκτήτης γνώριζε, αλλά επέλεξε να μην μας ενημερώσει. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο σχεδόν δεν μπορείς να μείνεις, καθώς υπάρχει έντονη μυρωδιά καπνού, σαν να είχε μόλις καπνίσει κάποιος μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε μούχλα και βρωμιά, κάτι εντελώς απαράδεκτο. Δεν υπάρχει ούτε ένα ράφι ή κατάλληλος χώρος για να τοποθετήσεις το σαμπουάν, οπότε αναγκάζεσαι να το έχεις στο πάτωμα. Σε όλο το κατάλυμα υπήρχαν νεκρές μύγες και έντομα, με εμφανή σημάδια αίματος στους τοίχους. Ούτε καν ένα μπουκάλι νερό δεν υπήρχε στο ψυγείο όταν κάναμε check-in γύρω στο μεσημέρι, μέσα στον Αύγουστο. Εντελώς απαράδεκτη κατάσταση. Αηδιαστικό. Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν το συνιστώ.

Great location for catching the ferry to the islands. Access was simple and communication from the host was excellent. The property was very clean, quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay.

To improve anything I would suggest adding a corkscrew to the kitchen utensils and hanging a full length mirror on the wall but maybe that’s just me!

Lokalizacja jak najbardziej na plus. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Pomógł nam w wielu kwestiach, zawsze szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości i rozwiązywał problemy :) Klimatyzowane apartamenty, okolica dość cicha. 10min spacerem do metra, przystanek autobusowy dosłownie pod nosem.

Przez cały pobyt zauważyliśmy 3 minusy. 1 to jedna z łazienek była niedokładnie posprzątana przez Panią sprzątającą. 2 w apartamencie 1A łóżko w salonie zdecydowanie do wymiany, nie dało się spać we dwoje, bo jedna z części się rozsuwała i i powstawała dziura pomiędzy, trzeba było spać na połówkach na złożonych narożniku. 3 minus to momentami strasznie było czuć dym papierosowy tak jakby z klimatyzacji/wentylacji, być może to w całym budynku ale jednak nie był to przyjemny zapach. Mieliśmy wynajęte 3 apartamenty i 2 z nich minusem był tylko nieprzyjemny zapach. Poza ww minusami polecamy na krótki pobyt :)

Bardzo wysoki standard pokoju, to już nasz drugi pobyt u tego hosta, serdecznie polecamy!

A limpeza, localização e custo benefício excelente. E especialmente a prontidão do nosso host em nós acomodar antes do horário de entrada. Tudo perfeito e organizado.

Bathroom didn't have a lock. Bins were on the main street but I guess one has to get used to it

Good location to the port. Very handy having a washing machine. Ok for 4 people but not good for 6 as sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable.

Foyer smelt of smoke which filtered into the apartment. Sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. Beds were not fully made up- they just had a top sheet folded at the end of each bed. A fair bit of noise came in from outside. Need a few more things like tea towels and an ironing board.

La Beauté, le confort de l’appartement La communication à distance avec l’hôtel qui nous a facilité l’accès après une arrivée tardive.

Le quartier n’est pas beau, mais peu d’endroits sont beaux au Pirée! Ceci dit notre soiree était géniale et mémorable.

There were stairs before you can use the lift which I wasn't told about and I'm disabled it was a struggle.

De badkamer was nogal krap. Er was bijvoorbeeld niet echt plek om je handdoek op te hangen na het douchen, behalve aan de radiator boven het toilet. Dus ik vond het wat dat betreft een beetje behelpen.

Notre hote a été très disponible et a pu répondre à toutes mes demandes rapidement.

Si j'ose proposer une amélioration, ce serait d'ajouter un support pour shampoing dans la douche et éventuellement un four micro-onde. Tout le reste était parfait.

Simple, clean, and modern. We were able to quickly get a booking after our flight was cancelled and our previous hotel wouldn’t help us. The location was perfect for us as we had to catch a ferry in the morning, and the walk was short.

Ο τρόπος με τον οποίο εισέρχεσαι στο καταλύμα και το δωμάτιο. Πολύ δύσκολος ως ακατόρθωτο αφού λειτουργουσε με internet άρα όταν δεν λειτουργούσε δεν μπορούσες να μπεις και ήσουν εξω στη βροχή. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε αναφορά στις πληροφορίες του καταλύματος ότι για να έχεις ζεστό νερό έπρεπε να ενεργοποιήσεις ένα κουμπί στη πλακέτα του ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος ετσι μείναμε, χωρις ζεστό νερό. Όταν το ανακαλύψαμε και λειτούργησαμε τη παροχη υπήρξε διακοπή ρεύματος σε όλο το δωμάτιο.

Good location for public transport and in a side street so reasonably quiet. Very clean and tidy. The entry system was easy to use and the concierge was lovely (sorry I didn't get her name). Well equipped kitchen and a delicious bakery not far away.

Location was excellent for exploring Piraeus. Great place for us to start our vacation which was a 21 day cruise of the Mediterranean.

Location and Safety was great

Had no chopping board/trays or full range of utensils. I was self catering 100% which was not easy. I also had ants, tiny ones but I found them in my bed. I appreciate that's common in Greece but I had to use my perfume to deter them. There was a slight leak in the toilet when I arrived and the washing machine leaked. There was no broom or much in the way of cleaning materials to keep it clean for 10 days.

There is a kitchen with plates, pots, etc but NO cutlery, not even a spoon to stir your coffee! Also, there is an oven but no microwave (which would be far more useful for quick meals). The washing machine/dryer works but seek instructions before using as it is all in Greek.

Apartment was clean, modern and spacious. Shower was great and had good pressure. Good location down near the port and less than 5 minute walk to some restaurants, bakery and hop on hop off bus tour stops. Apartment also had a washing machine which came in handy. Communication was good and we received the access information before our arrival with clear instructions. Some of our bags are heavy and we had to walk up a few steps right inside the entrance door which levels out to where there's an elevator. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. We had a double bed and the child slept on the sofa bed which was a bit hard but still suitable for our needs.

Nos gustó la ubicación y lo espacioso de los ambientes para las 5 personas que viajamos . El agua caliente de la ducha y la presión del agua para bañarte .asi como la comodidad de las camas.

Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes con el acceso digital y en el baño a falta de limpieza profunda al bañarnos se desbordaban los desagües de la ducha

De buurt waarin het appartement zich bevind is wat creepy, maar hoe meer je van Athene ontdekt hoe meer je ziet dat dit in bijna alle straten achter de hoofdwegen zo is.

Konumu çok iyi , merkezi , bir çok market fırın ve alışveriş merkezlerine yakın , pire’ye yürüyerek 15 dk, Athina merkeze araba ile 25 dk , ana cadde üzerinde herzaman ücretsiz otopark bulduk aşırı kolaylık oldu ,odada küçük bir mutfak , çamaşır makinesi , ütü , saç kurutma makinesi ve havlular mevcut

Temizlik takıntısı olanlar gelmemeli , yerler süpürülmemişti çok pisti , mutfak dolapları , giyinme dolapları , pencereler , banyo camları silinmemişti heryerde izler vardı bu gerçekten beni coook rahatsız etti , dusakabinde ayraç veya kapı olmaması büyük eksikti , maalesef heryer ıslanıyor klozet dahil ,yatak örtüsü kirliydi ve kötü kokuyordu ,heryeri ıslak bezle silmek durumunda kaldım , tatile geldim temizliğe değil !!!! bu kadar güzel dizayn edilmiş bir otelin bu denli temizlik sıkıntısı olmasından dolayı bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim

Location was closer to cruise terminal but the paths were not the best for suitcase wheels , suggest a taxi. Especially as there are 3 different cruise terminals , furthest definitely a taxi. Walkways and pedestrian crossing not the best

Clothes rack to put washing on would be better than the 9 hour cycle for the wash: dryer cycle Washing machine was an important consideration and a rack would have been great

This place was very close to the port. Not quite walkable but was a 3 minutes taxi ride. The place was like a studio apartment a little tiny for 3/4 people but we just stayed the night so it was totally fine. The bed was comfortable, AC/heat worked well, the place was pretty clean. It is a little bit noisy out on the street in the morning but it’s doable. The host was also very kind, helpful and responding.

Street was a bit noisy outside of window just due to thin windows I think.

L’arrivée était… rocambolesque ! Personne à l’accueil, un autre client nous a ouvert et semblait lui-même perdu et très énervé, des clefs cachées dans de mini coffres sécurisés eux-mêmes cachés dans un placard sans que rien ne soit indiqué… les codes que nous avions n’étaient pas les bons… heureusement que la personne a répondu au téléphone même tardivement… il fallait valider notre arrivée sur Booking pour avoir nos numéros de chambre et les codes d’accès aux coffres à clefs… et aux chambres…

Tranquillo pur essendo in centro al pireo. Vicino al mare e alla marina. Appartamento nuovo e ben fornito. Pulito e funzionale. Ottima aria condizionata con tante possibilità di utilizzo.

Nella stanza soggiorno con divano letto non c'erano oscuranti. Puzza di fumo di sottofondo. Bagno facilmente allagabile

J’ai réservé via Booking et la veille mon arrivée je reçois un mail de booking me demandant de confirmer ma réservation au risque de l’annuler, ce que je fais. Sur le champs on me débite frauduleusement 400 €. Et quand j’ai réclamé a l’hotel ils m’ont dis que leur mail a ete piraté. J’ai réclamé a booking, silence radio depuis 3 semaines 😡😡😡

The location is very good. Easy walk from the port. Lots of places to eat nearby. There is a washer/dryer combo.

I contacted Teo when we arrived to see if there was a place we could store our luggage till our check in time. He sent me a link of locker storage nearby. We were not able to find any within walking distance. While searching for one we stopped for breakfast at a nearby cafe. We asked the waitress if she knew a place we could store our luggage. She said to leave it there and she would watch it. When we got to hotel there was no one at desk to meet you. You are emailed a code for main door and another for room. We noticed when we checked in our bed looked very lumpy but didn’t think too much about it. That night was the worst night ,I kept feeling like I was falling off the bed. Got no sleep. Kept waking my husband up. Next day I asked my husband to check the bed. He lifted the mattress and saw the frame was broken. I texted Teo who sent someone over to repair it. I asked for a partial refund for first night, no reply. The room was not cleaned in the 3 days we were there. Thesafe did not work. No batteries in it. It had a key but no where to put it. Toiletries consist of tiny shampoo samples. No soap for shower. No water. I asked Teo to arrange shuttle to airport. No reply. I have pictures of the broken bed and non functioning safe. My husband and I are in our mid 70’s and have usually been happy with accommodations. This was a one off.
