Newly Renovated stone cottage located 2.5 miles from Killarney Town

Very unique property. A cozy cottage.

Dichtbij Killarney in rustige en erg mooie omgeving, gezellige cottage, ruime goed uitgeruste keuken met fijne koffiemachine (en cups), vriendelijke host, een 10 voor de sfeer!

Er zijn wat matige details zoals een loszittende kraan en stoffige hoekjes hier en daar. Ook de badkamer is wat aan de kleine kant (maar niets om wakker van te liggen op de overigens prima bedden)

The cottage was amazing and had everything you needed, it was so peaceful and quiet just what we wanted and not far into town!

The cottage was very nice- everything was perfect. The living room is very cozy and the kitchen is big and well equipped. You can sit outside for a cup of coffee and there is enough space to park the car. Thanks so much for having us.

The pots could have been a bit bigger for prepairing meals for 4 or more persons.

Very quaint, old stone cottage with lots of memorabilia. Plenty of hot water, heat to turn on if it’s cold, plenty of towels, great shower, comfy beds, nice country walk down the road! We adored our time there & hope to return

Loved the comfort and location of this lovely cottage.

Very clean, well-appointed, comfortable home. Decor and furniture was also very charming. Really nice beds and linens, smelled super fresh. Appreciated the washer and drying line to do laundry. The shower has excellent water pressure - really great. Thoughtful use of upstairs A-frame space with open cubby “closet” for storing suitcases and hanging clothes. Loved the thoughtful touches like plenty of bedside lamps / outlets / tables. Visited by the three curious neighboring cows upon arrival which was a delight!

Minor details - nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. The listing states 2 baths, so we were expecting two showers. There is one stall shower in the home; the upstairs restroom is a cute but very tiny half bath. Appreciated the extra toilet but it’s not really a space to do hair, makeup, etc., as it’s built in where the ceiling is at a slant and you cannot comfortably stand up and move around in there.

Loved the cottage and the location. Its outside of town and tucked into a quiet area.

There is nothing to dislike about this cottage. The only suggestion is to include a sheet of instructions on how to turn on the heat and appliances.

Questo appartamento è una delizia. Spazioso e curato. Ogni dettaglio dell’arredamento è’focalizzato sullo stile vintage con oggetti particolarissimi che donano alla casa un atmosfera ed una personalità propria. Cucina salone e bagno sono comodissimi e dotati di tutti gli accessori necessari per stare in casa con tutte le comodità! Anche il bagno ha una doccia super da hotel a 5 stelle. Nel complesso un posto che non può lasciare dei meravigliosi ricordi . Sebbene non sia nel centro città i servizi sono a 5 minuti di macchina ed è un punto comodo per raggiungere tutti i siti turistici in tempi rapidi.

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Manca solo uno scolapasta in cucina per gli italiani come noi che voglio cucinarsi la pasta🤣

The location was perfect with lovely views. The cottage was private and homely. Loved the fire place and the kitchen was well equipt.

The cottage was fabulous and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with, would HIGHLY recommend this accomodation.. it's a Gem.

We stayed in Dinny O’s for the ‘in between days’ of Christmas and New Years. The cottage was very cosy, clean and homely. We had everything we needed for a relaxing couple of days. The location was perfect for us as it was outside the busy town but only a short drive away. The shower was amazing, great after a long walk or hike! The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back again during the summer!

Loved the cottage, very homely and was perfect for a group of us to spend our Christmas there.

Loved the countryside vibes, it was so quiet and relaxing yet had every facilities. The host was always ready to help. The house is very vintage and had vintage elements which made the stay more enjoyable. At the same time it was cozy and heated very nicely. Everything was clean and comfortable.

There were some light flies in the room upstairs most probably because of the location of the house. We had to cover our face while sleeping to not get touched by the flies. But they didn’t bother once we turned the lights off.

Wonderful cottage near Killarney, responsive host, peaceful location - family and I had a great time.

Charmant cottage en pierre, n'était pas fermé à clé quand nous sommes arrivées, la clé était sur un guéridon, une lumière était allumée ainsi que le chauffage, il faisait très bon. Le lendemain, le propriétaire est venu nous dire bonjour et nous porter du petit bois pour mettre dans la vieille gazinière dans la cheminée. Super agréable d'avoir un petit feu côté salon. Un seul bémol, la vache du voisin qui a meuglé toute la nuit et le lendemain, devait être malade, mettre bas ou autre nous avons téléphoné et ce fut réglé mais ce sont les aléas de la campagne.

If I could bring this cottage back home to Canada I would. This place made our trip that much more memorable. Highly recommend

Nothing could be faulted

The property is as described. The upstairs half bath was smaller than I had envisioned. It was clean and the kitchen had what we needed.

The location was just what we wanted and we really liked the design of the cottage.

Really nice place away with a view of the mountain and very quiet.

Two of the beds are a bit small as double beds so two people can't sleep in them that comfortably.

The location was superb, away from a busy town, but not too far away also. Had a nice walk up the hill next to the property, if you feel adventurous.

The house was very clean, tidy and comfortable to stay in. Location was perfect as was not too far from shops and town. Host was more than welcoming.

Beautiful & comfortable home. Great location for travelling into Killarney Town & further afield.

Disappointed on arrival to find the 2nd Bathroom was only a toilet. As 4 adults travelling together a 2nd shower was one of the reasons for booking. The glass fell out the door on the log burner on our 2nd night & although this could not have been anticipated, it was disappointing that we could not use the log burner for the remainder of our stay as it could not be repaired immediately.

This was the perfect getaway place for our family. It was a cosy and welcoming cottage which had everything we needed for our explorations around the area. We wanted to stay longer so do recommend staying more than two nights so you can take more of the local sights. Really convenient to the local sightseeing areas and also very close to all the shops and restaurants by car. We will be telling our friends to all come here when they visit this part of Ireland. Well worth the money.

Could not say enough good things about the location, or the hosts! This was truly the location of a lifetime and my family and I will 1000% be back! Everything about this location was perfect, from the amenities, to the distance to the city center, it was fantastic. The host met us at the check in and the washing machine was invaluable. They also had great recommendations for an authentic Irish experience with food and festivities on site.

The front/back doors did not lock, but it was a safe area so we felt we did not necessarily need it. However, it would’ve been nice. The host also let us know that the back door would not lock, and that it was a safe area, but we are cautious in life, so it took a minute to get used to. Nothing happened and the stay is 100% safe, but it would have been nice.

Very homely and clean, perfect for a family stay. Had everything we needed and a great location.
