Súper tranquilo el lugar y cerca de todo.. La piscina espectacular y la playa mi niña se lo disfruto al maximo. La comunicación con Jazmín excelente 20/10

Lovely location with a walk-able cafe for breakfast. The view is the selling point.

Having a heads up that the entire complex was having a holiday party where they played music until midnight would have been helpful. The guard explained everything that was about to happen and why we suddenly needed wristbands for the day but it was quite the surprise.

La localisation, les détails dans l’appartement ( hamac, ballons, jeux…) étaient vraiment un plus.

Une table pour manger aurait été bien. L’appartement est plus pour 2 que pour 3 personnes.

Need the full address of the apartment block Post code covers a very large area. Communication could be better. Method of payment could be better.

We were very close to El Yunque and GREAT restaurants.

The Wi-Fi broke at one point but Jasmine immediately attends to it.

Great location with a view of ocean and a breeze all the time eliminating any bugs. Good restaurants and stores within walking distance. Apartment was clean and quiet. Grounds were very well kept. Elevator was working and was fast. Apartment had beach chairs and recreational equipment available, soccer balls, pickleball rackets and ball.

Detour to beach due to construction. Key to gates did not work consistently. The place needs an upgrade, paint, repair cracks in sidewalks, missing tiles, stairway doors that don't close or open properly due to paint, minor stuff but it does make the property look run down. Advice: pay for stay before arrival since there is no front desk to take credit card information when you get there. We had to pay via PayPal after arrival. Luis was great in straightening out the right apartment.

Great location across from the beach with a nice big pool. Communication with owner/Luis was exceptional and prompt. They provided beach chairs, umbrella,towels and small cooler on wheels. AC unit cooled off the whole apartment. TV worked well. The balcony was spacious and faces ocean.. Not far from Luquillo Kioskos and across the avenue you had a supermarket and other eateries. Very clean unit and pool. Parking was easy and included. I would recommend 👌 😌

we had yo use a key to get in and out of pool area and beach but definitely very secure. The beach across from apt has very rough waves which wasn't for us. BUT if you drive or walk down the street to the end-- on your left...there is a very quiet and secluded public beach area where the water barely moves. Overall great stay and great value.

This apartment is 50 minutes walk along the beach to the Luquillo kiosks. Beach chairs.

Upon booking the terms and conditions said no prepayment necessary. About a week before I received an email to my personal email asking me for the full payment. I thought it was a scam because the booking had said on prepayment necessary, so I reported it to Booking.com. Still the requests for payment came. I arrived at the property on the day - the apartment is part of a block of flats and I had to ask the security guard's help to access the owner of the property. It then took some time for me to pay the owner via Pay Pal. In getting into the apartment my partner and I, overall, thought the accommodation was expensive for what it was. The key issues included: a. No wine glasses b. All plastic plates and bowls c. Dirty windowsills d. Poor patio lock e. bad quality front door f. Very poor selection of pots and pans - this apartment is not at all a self catering one. Overall, we were very disappointed and would not recommend this property for the price we paid. And the owner needs to change their terms and conditions on this website - prepayment is necessary!
