Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Clean and spacious. A lot of storage for clothes. Nice kitchen and available utensils. Nice and friendly staff. There are a lot of options with regards to transportation, lunch and dinner within the area.
The sliding door in the bedroom did not lock, thus it was a safety risk. Also since it did not lock, it was noisy and was bothersome in the night time. The water in the shower room does not drain well. No breakfast option within the facility. There's not much breakfast option nearby as well.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026The place was very clean and didn’t have any lingering odors. Occasionally you could smell neighbors cooking, but it didn’t stay long or bother the room. The space felt like a hotel but still had a cozy, homey touch. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Es wurde -sogar mit expliziter Nachfrage- ein Pool versprochen! Dieser war jedoch in Bau! Dieser Fakt war dem Gastgeber nachweislich sogar vor meiner Buchung bekannt (siehe Foto). Erst einen Tag vor Anreise, nachdem die Stornierungszeit verstrichen war, wurde ich vom Gastgeber informiert, dass es keinen Pool gibt. Ich bin einen Tag früher als gebucht abgereist. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!

Reviewed Jul 1, 2025The staff was friendly and the bed was comfy. The uptown area was filled with nearby restaurants and shopping malls.
The bathroom had multiple issues, including a small shower, so I had to take my shower on my knees. I am 6'3'' and 250 lbs, and could not rotate inside that shower. But that was not the main problem. The number of drunk people lying around in the hallway made me check out of that location on Day 2 of my planned 9-day stay. Noise through the night made it impossible to sleep. I'm still waiting for a credit for those remaining 7 nights.

Reviewed Nov 30, 2024The room I stayed in this time on the 6th floor further exceeded my expectations from my last visit (5th floor). Improved bed, no sound outside the aircon, and very comfy room (with sofa), love it. Also the same great wifi and TV set-up.
Just a high-rise table instead of a dining table, the dresser was a bit small too. Understandable, as it saved space for the sofa. Smoke alarm still a bit too sensitive also, utility had to come by and turn it off manually twice while we were cooking.

Reviewed Sep 27, 2024I'm simple to please, just give me a room with a TV, a comfy bed, and a cooking area, I'm all good. The unit I stayed in has that. Plus, I'm a big fan of Studio-types, so that's a big factor for me too. I love the facilities within the unit too. Would definitely love to rent it out for a month if ever I get a WFH job. Speaking of, their WiFi signal is great too. Helps when you want to preserve your Mobile Data.
Bed was squeaky, specially for a light sleeper that moves around frequently like me. It wasn't that big of a problem as I can fall asleep easily. However, a big factor for me was the dripping by the aircon frame outside, it was rhythmic and could keep someone awake if ever they broke out of sleep. If they ever slept in the first place in the middle of the noise, that is.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2023The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as it is near the shopping center and our dentist clinic. The whole building is clean and well maintained. Our unit has a lot of amenities that we were able use and enjoy.
The bed in our unit is so hard like we were sleeping on the floor. Me and my husband got sore back. The blanket is so thin that we can't put the AC temp low. The bed set-up should be done better or change to a more comfortable one.
