Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Great location. Hotel was comfortable and satisfactory.
The overall stay at the hotel was comfortable and satisfactory. However, I would like to highlight a concern regarding the complimentary breakfast. The booking was made under the “breakfast included” category, but this was not reflected during the stay. The hotel staff informed us that breakfast was not included in the selected plan, and as a result, it was never offered. It would be helpful if there were better alignment between the booking details and what is honored at the property, to avoid such confusion for guests in the future.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Booked a suite. All facilities worked as intended. Free parking in front of hotel. Beds are comfy. Room is spacious. Breakfast buffet is alright, same menu everyday. Their a la carte menu is great!
Note that the toilet is connected to the bathroom. When you take a bath, the whole space becomes wet.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2025Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Wayanad! We booked the suite room for 4, and it exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly courteous and accommodating, even arranging a temporary room for us when we arrived early. The overall experience was exceptional, and I’ll definitely recommend this place to others. Can’t wait to stay here again on our next visit to Wayanad!

Reviewed Dec 31, 2024We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Albin for helping us with the early morning facility to freshen up before check-in. The hotel is new. The rooms and hotel premises are very clean and aesthetically maintained. The breakfast spread was quite good. The restaurant is also very good. Location: The hotel is at a walkable distance from the Bus Stand. It is in a busy area but inside the hotel you don't feel it. All in all a very good hotel to stay. Will definitely stay here again.
As there is a lot of tourist flow in this area, the hotel should maintain some good info on the local travel attractions, maps, brochures etc which the tourists can use to plan their local sightseeing trips.

Reviewed Dec 1, 2024I stayed at this hotel for one night and was thoroughly impressed. Despite being in the middle of the city, it felt surprisingly peaceful and serene, offering a great escape from the hustle and bustle. The hotel itself is brand new and very well-designed, with cozy rooms that provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the front office team, who were welcoming and attentive. The breakfast spread was a highlight, with a wide variety of options that included both South Indian and North Indian dishes, all of which were delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the
The bathroom light sensor wasn’t working properly, The minibar was completely empty, with the chiller offering no refreshments at all.
