(Dodatkowo serwowane w przemyślany sposob, żeby się nie marnowało - bardzo ekologicznie, doceniam!) Lokalizacja w samym centrum, blisko do wyciągu. Zabezpieczone miejsce na rowery, blisko serwis, myjka - wszystko co trzeba!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The location of the accomodation was perfect, close to everything but still quiet since it is far away from busy roads. The highlight of our stay was definetely the dinners, quality of the courses were amazing, especially considering the price. Our waitress was also extra nice, which elevated the experience further. Tanja and Mark are amazing hosts, it is rare we felt so warm welcome during our whole stay. Mark's energy and ability to connect with guests is unmatched, he brought so much to the experience. All in all it was another great holiday around Saalbach and we know next time we choose this place again for our stay, since the accomodation and Hinterglemm were amazing.

And the best part of our stay - the food! The diners were truly a michelinesque experience, with everything freshly made from local ingrediences, beautifully presented and heavenly tasting.

De kamers zijn wat klein voor 4 volwassenen, maar goed genoeg. Beetje weinig kastruimte, maar dat kan opgelost worden door uit de koffers te leven.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, direkt an der Kabinenbahn, aber sehr nah an der Fußgängerzone. Wir wurden total freundlich empfangen, sowohl Marc als auch das gesamte Personal sind wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind schön gemacht, teils gibt es noch alte Bäder. Aber alles ist sauber und völlig ausreichend. Das Abendessen hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es gab 3 Gänge, Dinner trifft es tatsächlich wirklich gut. Das war nicht nur ein Abendessen. Ein riesiges Kompliment an den Koch und die Küchencrew. Egal was wir für Fragen hatten, es wurde uns geholfen. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr das Jüngste, aber die Lage, die Leute und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmen! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Ein Handtuch-Heizkörper im Bad wäre super, damit das Handtuch eine Chance hat trocken zu werden.

Only negative I can think of are the showers which are a bit dated and the skiboot room which could do with some extra ventilation. But both just minor things, nothing to take away from a wholeheartly recommendation

They are just so friendly and nice, and you can tell they are happy working at the hotel. The breakfast was grand and perfectly adequate to keep us going until lunchtime. Mark's homemade ginger shot was fantastic. There was no choice with the evening meals but every meal we had was really, really good and very tasty. The hotel is not at all fancy, but it has a brilliant location, is warm, clean and very, very friendly.

* Dinner options: The set menu lacks choice and a salad buffet. A "kids' option" or a simple alternative dish would be appreciated. * Service speed: Breakfast items were sometimes slow to be refilled. * Housekeeping: We had to request soap and toilet paper a couple of times during our stay. * Comfort: There is no common area or lobby to relax in. The room would benefit from better seating (for example, two armchairs instead of the desk and chair) to make it cozy. Also, the bathroom felt very tired, was freezing cold, and lacked basics like drinking glasses.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025We had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay for 9 days, the hotel is really well managed by a friendly and helpful team who always went above and beyond to make our stay in Hinterglemm comfortable and enjoyable. The location is amazing, central to the town and right at the bottom of the Reiterkogel lift, perfect for our snowboarding holiday! The breakfasts offered a good range of options and always set us up for a good day on the slopes, and of course the evening meals were phenomenal. I was unwell with a bit of a cold at one point and they kindly made up a thermos of hot water and teas, and send up some food to my room when I couldn't make it to dinner one night. We really appreciated all the effort Mark and Tanya and their team went to during our stay, would highly recommend! Hope to be back soon

Het sanitair is flink verouderd en de kamers zijn aan de krappe kant. Prima voor een verblijf met vrienden, maar niet bijzonder

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025Simpatia e cortesia del personale. Per la cena non è possibile sciegliere da un menù: sono infatti previsti 3 piatti che comprendono un piccolo antipasto, un piatto (esempio spaghetti con polpette) e un dolce. I piatti sono comunque piuttosto curati e buoni.
L'albergo è piuttosto "vissuto" a partire dai bagni. La stanza che ci è stata affidata (306) molto calda. Parcheggio disponibile a pagamento. La parte sottostante l'albergo, cioè la zona del parcheggio, piuttosto trasandata. Pulizia generale delle camere dle dei corridoi da migliorare.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2025This is a real gem of a hotel. Great location, a snowball's throw from the Reiterkogelbahn gondola, and in the pedestrianised centre of Hinterglemm. The family who run it and all the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the food, especially the evening meals, are outstanding.
There was nothing we didn't like. It isn't the most modern, luxury hotel, so if that matters to you then there's that, but it 100% didn't matter to us, and it's reflected in the price. The value for money is really good.

Reviewed Feb 15, 2025Excellent team of staff led by Mark - really friendly and keen to give help about the ski-ing in the resort. Always attentive, professional, polite and fun. Food was amazing and incredible chef who was eager to chat about the food and where it was sourced. Lovely breakfast with a great range of food and beautifully prepared fresh fruit every day including melon and pineapple Hotel is a few steps away from ski lift yet close to town centre and bus station so easy link to Saalbach and Zell am See too. Good ski and boot storage. Loved the little extra touches such as a bowl of apples in reception. I would highly recommend this hotel. A real gem.

Reviewed Feb 3, 2025The hotel is in a brilliant location only a short walk to the lift. It is one of the older buildings in Hinterglemm. The owners (mark and Tanja) were fantastic , so welcoming and helpful, as were all their staff. Now for the best bit - The FOOD! Seriously was on another level and so unexpected. It was better than a lot of other restaurants that we had eaten in during our holiday in st Anton and Hinterglemm! Yes the bedrooms and bathrooms have some lovely 1980’s decor , but as new owner mark and tanja are working through them and upgrading . But they were really clean and nicely presented . I would happily stay again and will recommend to anyone ,

Reviewed Jan 8, 2025* hotel has the best location with 5 steps to the Reiterkogelbahn * fabulous service and kitchen team * evening dinner with 3 course set menu with a mix of international and danish dishes * the food menu, quality and presentation was incredible * the service team was super friendly, helpful and attentive at all times * I could not find any fault with the f&b team !
* simple room, but serves the purpose * unfortunately the Austrian touch is missing, although the Danish service and kitchen team were outstanding !

Reviewed Aug 18, 2024My husband and I spent a weekend here without the kids and even though we are not bikers we really enjoyed it. The hotel has a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere and the food was fantastic. The owners are great, young people. We were given excellent tips for hikes. The scenery and the surroundings are beautiful. Great for sports, rest and relax. Definitely recommended.
