The property is in a good location. Near session road, church, and burnham park is a good walking distance

The worst booking i ever had! We dont like the unit! -The pillows are moldy and gross with no pillow case -The high table is so out of place -The sofa bed is smelly and not toddler safe -theres a lot of bed bugs, my husband almost havent slept a wink for 2 nights - things are worse for my toddler, shes been crying and saying itchy. She had several bites & rashes from sleeping in the bed of the unit We didnt get what we paid for and it has ruined our supposedly relaxing vacation. We left after the second night because we can no longer stay for another because of our experience. WILL NOT RECOMMEND

Room I reserved online is already occupied by another guest. I arrived after midnight to check in after a long flight, and a long bus ride, only to find out that the security guard does not have the key to the room I reserved online, and that the room was already occupied by another client. It was a nightmare!!!!!!!

Clean and the unit we checked in comfortable specially for visitors like us even we arrived early prior to put check in time but they still gave us option that we can stay for a day thumbs up and the host is very nice and accommodating

It’s a clean place but the location is not good.

That was not the original condo that we rented, they changed the condo location at the last minute of the day of our arrival and wasn’t really good since the way there is really stiff and it was a No No if you are with seniors or old people who are having a trouble walking.

Highly recommend this place. Place is near to everything. The unit is clean as well and very relaxing place to stay. The host is very nice also and no problem encountered checking in and out.

It is close to SM City Baguio and to the city centre. Location is close to some stores as well.

Lack of basic amenities.

Perfect location. Few steps away to Session Road, Cathedral, Porta Vaga mall, Sm mall, Night market, Burnham park, etc . No need to ride. Lots of taxis pass by Infront of the building. Unit is clean, comfortable, etc.

Not a big deal but maybe it lacks a whole body mirror.

Imagine spending your most awaited vacation with a 6 hour drive just to find out that your accommodation doesn't have water and electricity.The owner did not even notify us ahead of time that there will be water and power interruption when they already know it's been scheduled prior to our stay.Total waste of money.

when you enter the room the smell is awful.the internet wasn't working so we needed to contact the staff the next day to fix the problem.the staff was nice and approachable.the water interruption on our first day was annoying,because we can't shower after traveling the whole day.

The location is near SM, Session Raod, and Parks walking distance. The room is clean, but the CR has a smell that needs to be deodorized. The room is great and clean. Will surely be back again to this place :) Thanks to the host because they reply to my request.

Convenient location, easy check in and out.. Enough kitchen utensils since we stayed for 1 week and we cooked sometimes

The bunk bed is nice but mattress is leather.. For me leather bed is not advisable if it is not air-conditioned room.. Our back sweat a lot during our sleep, i think this is why we got sick after few days.. 2nd, we were not able to utilize the bunk bed because it was not set up to be use.. Maybe because we are only 2 adults and 1 kid, it was assumed that we will no longer need the upper deck.. my niece was excited to experience it but it was also leather and no bed sheet so 3 of us sleep altogether in the lower bed only

The owner was very nice and the facility clean staff very approachable and friendly we had a very good time staying, for next visit ill choose the same location i highly recommended this

The location itself Awesome The place is nice as well.

Actually one comment is that as.per the policy keep the noise it says from 2200h-0600h But the other night on the floor where we are staying loud music was heard considering it was late at night and also it was a weekday. So hopefully if that's the policy then everyone should abide with it.

The location was good. Loaded with the right amenities. I love the shower. Easy check in and out.

I didnt get the unit as per advertised in booking.com which i had been booked for staying in baguio as for no reason and explanation they had provided us an alternative unit. For me it was fine and accepted but for some people who will not understand this may cause issue towards the bussiness and for the upcoming customers. Therefore, booking advertisement is required for improvement and shall be arranged properly.

Loved our stay! The place was spacious, clean, had the right furnishings, with balcony and electric fan. They were very responsive to my questions and were very accommodating! Appreciated their extra effort to help us with our luggage when we arrived earlier than checkin. Ms. Mary Jane was very helpful! Few mins walk to Session road and Baguio Cathedral. It was easy to walk to SM as well (7-10mins). Highly recommended!

The location is within town proper, accessible to Session Rd, Baguio Cathedral and SM Baguio. We love the ambiance and the unit itself. Very aesthetic and clean, well organized. The staff is friendly and approachable.
