Reviewed Jun 13, 2026The location is excellent. We walked everywhere but the tram was 1 minute away, shops were on the doorstep, as were cafés and restaurants. Bed was super comfortable.
The traffic is noisy, but you do get used to it. Could do with some mugs for tea/coffee and a coffee table in the lounge area.

The apartment was a bit more stark and basic than the pictures show. Not a place you’ll hang out, but fine to spend the night. Lots of noise for the street, so bring earplugs.

Si vous êtes sensible au bruit fuyez! L'isolation est un véritable défaut. L'appartement situé au 2nd étage donnait sur une avenue très passante. Bien que les fenêtres soient du double vitrage nous avons eu l'impression de dormir au milieu de la route. De plus le fait d'être placé en face d'un bar musical ne permet aucun répit. Les gens bavardent, crient, se klaxonnent à toute heure de la nuit. Et les quelques rares moments de "silence" sont agrémentés des basses de la musique du bar. Pour finir, l'isolation avec les autres appartements n'est pas non plus au rdv! On entend les voisins tousser, tirer la chasse se doucher..

L’insonorisation des chambres côté rue pourrait être revue. Un peu bruyant, c’est une ville vivante, un peu de bruit la nuit, le double vitrage serait bienvenu. Prévoir également éponge et torchon dans la cuisine si possible.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026L'appartamento è carino e abbastanza pulito, ha una posizione eccezionale che consente di visitare agevolmente tutti i principali luoghi di interesse a Rabat. L'acqua calda per la doccia non è mai mancata e il getto d'acqua era abbastanza forte, insomma abbiamo fatto docce assolutamente calde e piacevoli. C'è un distributore d'acqua filtrata all'ingresso del condominio, un servizio che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo! Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso, è un alloggio che consiglio per chi decide di restare per qualche giorno nella splendida Rabat.
Devo confermare quanto letto in altre recensioni e cioè che l'appartamento è sprovvisto di un numero e una varietà sufficiente di pentolame, posate e salviette. Per noi non è stato un problema perché ci siamo fermate solo due notti e siamo rimaste quasi sempre in giro, ma per chi vuole fermarsi a lungo e sfruttare la scelta dell'appartamento sicuramente questo aspetto è problematico. D'altra parte, si potrebbe porre rimedio a questo problema molto facilmente, facendo un piccolo investimento e aggiungendo un po' di utensilli. Segnalo anche che, per come sono strutturate le docce, quando ci si lava il bagno si allaga molto facilmente.

Le seul petit bémol (dont on s'est accommodé tant bien que mal) a été le manque de certains équipements comme un micro-onde qui aurait rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. En effet, ayant des enfants à bas âges , il est parfois nécessaire de procéder à des chauffages d'appoint de nourriture, ce qui aurait été plus simple avec un micro-onde. Également le Wifi n'était pas très stable avec , par moments , des pertes complètes de signal ou de lenteur aux heures de pointes

I asked for assistance with the hot water and the manager came to put on the heating and the water was still cold after several hours of waiting. I had to leave the property to have a proper shower and get ready for an event that I needed to attend in Rabat
The management were very unhelpful and did not want to take responsibility for no hot water. They claimed that I lied about the hot water
