Reviewed Aug 22, 2026excelente ubicación, pero solo que falta informar exactamente cómo movilizarse dentro de la ciudad ya que no existe ninguna información al respecto, nos dimos cuenta despues que estabamos muy centrico
que la ciudad cierra todo temprano, no hay actividad nocturna, después de las 8 pm es difícil encontrar dónde comer cerca, gracias a Dios el departamento cuenta con cocina con estufa y un freezer

כירה אחת מתוך שתיים לא עבדה ספוגית הכלים במטבח היתה משומשת ( זה קצת מגעיל..) , ממליצה להחליף בין אורח לאורח. חסרות פינות ישיבה (כורסא) בחדרים, ושטיחים הכלים במטבח לא היו כל כך נקיים בחדר אחד המזרון ממש קשה ולא ראוי לשינה ניקיון המרפסות טעון שיפור

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025הדירה מוארת ונקיה. יש שלושה חדרים מרווחים ובכל אחד יש מיטה גדולה, טלוויזיה, מקרר קטן, שולחן ומרפסת קטנה. יש גם מטבח מצויד הכולל שולחן אוכל ל4-5 אנשים וחדר רחצה (אין סלון). היא ממוקמת בהדר, במרחק הליכה משוק תלפיות ובסמוך לתחנת כרמלית. אהבנו את המאפייה הסמוכה ואת הסופר הגדול, שפתוח גם בשבת.
הבת שלי קראה לה "הדירה של שלושת הדובים". יש שלוש מיטות זוגיות בשלושה חדרים: באחת מזרון ממש קשה, באחת מזרון ממש רך ובשלישית מזרון בינוני. הסתדרנו ביננו, אבל זה לא היה הכי נוח. בנוסף, הדירה בקומה שלישית ויש הרבה מדרגות.

מעט מרוחקת ממרכז הבילויים (בערך 15-20 דקות הליכה). כדאי להדגיש לגבי מתג חימום המים. יש צורך להדליק מראש- ברגע שמבינים שכך זה עובד המים חמים מאוד.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2025The host was totally lovely and made every effort to anticipate any needs we might have. The rooms were fairly spacious and set up very beautifully. The neighborhood is not a very fancy neighborhood, but has a charm about it and the host was wonderful about providing tips as to nearby grocery shopping and sites to see. Wifi was very good.
The only reason I would give it a 9 and not a perfect 10 is that the stairwell outside the apartment consistently had an odor of either cigarette or weed smoke (though that is not necessarily under the host's control). Some people are not particularly sensitive to those smells, but I happen to be. It should be emphasized that the inside of the apartment did NOT have that smell.

Reviewed May 1, 2024The apartment is lovely, and the owner is very nice and welcoming. There is no designated parking, but it is very convenient to find parking on the street. The neighborhood is nice and safe, close to restaurants and places of entertainment. The apartment was very clean and pleasant.
The mattresses were hard, so for those who are used to soft beds, this may bother them. Also, there is no elevator. Only stairs.

No living/sitting room. Area is run down, but some apartments have been updated (like this one). Abandoned building next door, even Gett drivers expressed concern dropping us off on that street.

Situated near the German colony and not far the Carmelit station therefore both suitable for those who want to walk around or to explore further parts of the city. The design is top-notch, the old laptops hanging on the walls touched the nerdy strings in my heart, and there is even an old-fashioned computer with a transparent casing and a optical drive. The host is a very easy going & pleasant man.
I would surely find something to whine about were I a very picky guy, but since I am not, I did not.
