صحوت فزعه من طرق قوي ع الباب ف الثامنه صباحا تقريبا من الغرفه المقابله.. تواصلت مع المسؤول والحمدلله تجاوبو فقط انقطع صوت الازعاج...

رائعه ويوجد في الاسفل صالة انتظار متوفر فيها القهوه والتمر طول اليوم

احيانا تطلع ريحة للحمامات لان التنظيف كل ثلاث ايام

لا توجد غسالة ملابس حوض المطبخ يسرب المياه في أعلى الإسلابه

المكان جداً رائع و الحي هادئ جداً حتى النت ممتاز و قوي و الفنادق واسع جداً

الذي ما أعجبني في الفندق هو دورة المياة الحمامات فيها ريحة اليات حقت السخانة عليها آثار صفراء و ريحة كريهة في كل الحمامات و ريحة السيليكون حق الكراسي الحمامات

عدم وجود غسالة ملابس

I liked how comfy the room is, the place is clean, the location is basically close to everything but just a heads up sometimes the traffic can be crazy but understandable for mid city location like this one cleaning service if available and free just not daily but they are incredible there is free parking but you need to be careful to not block anyone car, very good price to quality ratio it’s perfect i will recommend to anyone in a heartbeat and from now on it’s gonna be my go to rental in Jeddah

Nothing particular except lack of reception and don’t know how to self check out

The room.was clean and tody

The manager was hell bent on making money ... No humanity. The cleaning staff were atrocious. No moral.compass and no.leniancy.. stopped replying once I checked out. I hate staying with places that are all about making extra money and adding no.value to.customer experience.

Comfortable & peaceful environment ….

Booking agents were disgusting, unfriendly and no knowledge about hospitiality ….

Customer service very improfessional. I asked to leave my luggage at my arrival, as the check in is very late 4pm… at the arrival at hotel (well communicated and clear) no one was there, 2 cleaners tried to help me but unfortunately they didn’t speak English. After 4 calls finally they understood how to help me and they just put my luggage in a room opened waiting to be cleaned. At the check in time, once again no one was there and no one informed me that I have to pay before to revive the code to access to the building and to my room. After 4 calls finally I arrived to make the payment (unfortunately the team wasn’t able to send me the link to pay) and the amount wasn’t the same confirmed by booking (a little higher). About the room, the furniture is standard and not too bad, toilet don’t have a real shower, trasforming it a water park, and there is no daily cleaning. The area is not well served (no shops, nothing around). Customer service not enough professional. That’s the reason why I give to my stay only 1. I think I would never back again to this structure.

The operation of getting the pass key was smooth and fast! The place was super clean and all amenities were functioning properly. Plus the location is very quiet and accessible.

I can’t find anything I didn’t like. All was exceptionally good!

Everything was good,, only make me disappointed is the check in time, not on time

The AC needs cleaning. The houskeeping are so noisy when they were knocking the door and cleaning next to my room.
