המזגן לא מספיק חזק בטח באוגוסט ישראלי ובחדר עם תקרה גבוהה.

הייתה חוויה מדהימה!! הכל נקי ומסודר, חדרים אסתטיים, מיקום מושלםםם!!

כל ההוראות כניסה למקום כל כך מסודרות וברורות,פרטיות ,נקי ונעים .

אהבנו הכל, נקי, חדר מרווח, יין חופשי, מיקום מושלם, שירות דואג לכל מה שצריך.

Although the staff was off site, they were extremely attentive and responded on What's App immediately. The room is spacious and the beds and linens were good quality. The location is ideal, around the corner from Shabazi Street and a short walk to Carmel Market and the beach.

The shower leaked and the water did not get hot; this was the only issue.

Do NOT book room number 5. In the images it looks like it has a huge private roof - thats WRONG. It has a small private roof area, the rest is a shared roof for all guests. There is a see-through wall between the shared area and the private roof.

המיקום היה פשוט מצוין מרחק הליכה מהכל. החדר היה נקי מאוד ומהמם ומושלם בתמורה למחיר ששילמנו.

אני יכולה לומר החוויה הכי גרועה שהיתה לי מעולם החדר היה מסריח ג׳וינטים על הרצפה צ׳ק אין היה ב 15 בפועל החדר היה מוכן ב 16:40 ישבתי בחוץ מנסיעה של שעתיים מהצפון ולא היה מענה מאף אחד רציתי לעוף משם פשוט תתביישו אין שירות אין עם מי לדבר ענתה לי פיליפינית שרק שמעתי ממנה סליחה ולא יכלה לתת מענה לבעיה אנא זכו לי את האשראי זה בושה מה שעשיתם לנו

אתם.לא מלון בוטיק. זה אוסף.של חדרים. נוחים, אבל זה לא הופך אותכם למלון בוטיק. לא פגשנו אף איש צוות

חדר עם מרפסת, עיצוב יפה ומאג נעים שירות לקוחות זמין בהודעות לאורך כל שעןת היום נמצא במרכז דכונת נווה צדק, קרוב ברגל להכל, מאד שקט ונעים! הזמנו חדר עם ארוחת בוקר, בבית קפה שכונתי עלמה , עם קפה טוב וארוחת בוקר טעימה.

Most magnificent stay in Neve Tzedek with our children. Absolutely beautiful clean and magnificent rooms. The location is perfect and quiet. Easy access and excellent service by Homy and the staff. Very quick response time and super friendly

אני הזמנתי את הלילה לחברים שלי שחגגו יום נישואין בקשתי שישימו שוקלדים וברכה שכתבתי גם רציתי לשלם הובטח לי שישימו ואין צורך לשלם וזה לא קרה היה מאכזב!

אין קבלה! שירות רק בטלפון ללא מענה! היתה לנו אתמול הצפה במקלחת כי המים לא ירדו ועדיין לא חזרו לפנייה שלנו. כל המים זלגו מחוץ למקלחון לכיוון החדר. מצאנו את עצמנו מנגבים הכל באמצע הלילה. חדר קטן מאוד. מיטה בצמוד לדלת של השירותים שגם לא נסגרת לחלוטין. החלון של המקלחת שקוף ולא אטום לעיני הציבור. אין מעלית. שלחנו מייל וגם עליו לא נענינו. מרגיש תלוש לגמרי! לא ממליצים. עדיף למצוא מקום אחר עם שירות ומישהו לדבר איתו.

Не понравилось, теоретически, то, что не с кем связаться по телефону в пятницу-субботу, при возникновении непредвиденых обстоятельств

ריח של נבלה במרפסת, נמצאה גויה של ציפור באחד האדניות שהיהתה שם הרבה זמן. שערות על החלקים, ביקשנו להחליף ולא הוחלפו מרםסת שאמורה להיות פרטית שלנו לאחר שעה 20:00 לא ננעלה, אנשים מבחוץ נכנסו מדרגות עליה מאוד טלולים, לא מתאים לכולם ולא היתה אזהרה על זה

מיקום מדהים, מרכזי אבל שקט בנווה צדק, מרחק הליכה מסוזן דלל דרך רחוב שבזי היפהיפה. חדר זוגי רומנטי, נקי, שקט!! מיטה נוחה מאד ענקית, מקלחת נעימה מאד.

במקלחת, יצאו המים מהמקלחון ולא היה מגב כדי לגרוף אותם,

Beautifully appointed room, comfy bed powerful AC, located in a quiet little street. Self Check and check out was convenient and easy. Location is great, In the picturesque neighborhood of Neve Zedek near many chic restaurants and shops. Had a lovely time.

What did I like about the hotel? Everything!! The design is amazing the rooms perfectly clean, the location was perfect, and the staff was professional and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay there again!

The location is great, the staff responded quickly via massages. The room was really nice and pretty.

The check in/out is done independently, meaning there isn't really a staff in the building (at least not when i was there). We had a problem with the shower door- it was stuck and we couldn't get it to open. I massaged the staff and they answered quickly, but due to the fact that there is no maintenance in the building at every moment, we had to wait for them (took about an hour from the first massage we sent until the door was fixed). Overall it's a common disadvantage to self check in 'hotels'.

Location was great, we thought that we had an access to the terrace therefore we did not book the room with the balcony, but overall it was great.

The best you can find, room quality, and responsive staff. We will definitely return!

This is on a side street in Neve Tzedek with a cool vibe on the next street. A very modern, stylish and clean room and bathroom. High ceiling. Well priced (at least when I booked) Everything is automatic. You let yourself in from the street and again in to your room with a code. Bed was v comfortable. I happened to park on the street (and didn't get a ticket) but I'm not sure if it's allowed or what the parking options are. There is no lobby or reception here. Stylish though.

The only downside on this property is if you are shabbat observant. Everything is electric/automatic so there is no way of having a manual key into the property or the room. I think the property would do well to incorporate some kind of manual option. I had to cancel my friday night there due to this.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was very beautiful and nice, everything was very comfortable, very clean!! it was especially nice to walk around the area, near the hotel there is wonderful cafe anita (the best ice cream ever), lots of beautiful shops, restaurants, the beach is literally 10 minutes on foot. The space in the hotel itself is also very very beautiful, you can sit and work there, everything is incredibly beautiful and comfortable

The location in Neve Tsedek is perfect. The decoration of the room is very nice, a mix of Modern / Chic. The bed was Perfect as well as the air con (silent).

The room was on ground floor so you can not really open the window while you are wearing your underwear ! The building next door in under construction and there were a skip (or Dumpster) in front of our window, workers were throwing stones into it early in the morning ! That could be said when you do the reservation. Then there is no hair dryer even so it is mentioined into the list of the available equipments. While I was looking for the hair dryer, I found out that the trash can below the desk was full of the trash from the previous guests (apple core, tissues, coffee cups ...). I mentioned it but still spent the night with it. It is more like a airBNB of bedrooms than a real Hotel. You "discuss" with whoever on whatsapp. And even so after I "complained" about the trash and lack of hair dryer, I got a message on whatsapp next morning saying you have to check out at 11am and " any delay, even the slightest, will result in a charge of an additional night" ...

No elevator but isn’t so bad because it’s only two floors

The location was good but for those coming from outside Israel it is not easily accessible as you will have to rely on taxi to reach or else will have to drag the luggage for few furlongs.

The place didn't provide even a microwave or other things apart from Nespresso if you are not a big fan of coffee. So if you want to heat your food or want to make a salad of your own space constraints are there apart from the common area kitchenette (though is still basic).
