Great location about 15 mins walk to Jma El Fna or a 3min taxi drive. Fatiha was an amazing host, preparing a huge and delicious breakfast and seeing to our needs on a daily basis. The Riad is well equipped, aircon and ensuite in every room with good storage. Lots of of cafes and little shops nearby. It really was a wonderful stay with excellent communication from Fatiha and Fouzia.

El alojamiento era de 10. Fouzia, la dueña del Riad es súper amable e intenta ayudarte en todo. Fatiha, la chica que te recibe, te prepara el desayuno y limpia el Riad es un amor de persona. Buena, servicial, encantadora.

Quizá en el desayuno, poca mantequilla, pero se lo dijimos y al día siguiente nos trajo el doble de todo. Poco papel higiénico en el baño.

Tout était parfait ! Du début jusqu'à la fin !!! J'aurais presque envie d'en rester là afin de laisser à chacun le plaisir de découvrir tous les atouts de cet endroit enchanteur... Sans tout dévoiler, on peut malgré tout préciser certaines choses et surtout rendre hommage à Fatiha notre jeune hôte qui aidé de Réda (j'espère ne pas trop écorcher son prénom) nous ont accueillis comme des amis et ont pris soins de nous durant les 4 jours de notre séjour à Marrakech sans jamais quitter leur beau sourire 😊 Tout cela n'aurait pas été possible sans Fouzia dont la gentillesse et les conseils très avisés ont pour beaucoup contribué à la réussite de notre 1ère visite de Marrakech !!! En résumé et sans trop en dire, le riad est magnifique, idéalement situé pour profiter de tous les trésors de la médina et nos hôtes ont tout mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour reste un moment de pur plaisir Merci encore Fouzia, Fatiha et Reda

Ontbij was simpel maar prima

Wij waren 7 vrouwen en er kwam een man binnen om het een ander te regelen. Het had fijn geweest als de host( vrouw) dit even had gezegd maar dit hebben we al aangegeven als tip! Verder was alles perfect!

Beautiful home with an amazing rooftop terrace. The location is slightly out of the main area, but it wasn’t a bad walk and it meant it was quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious. We had the entire home to ourselves as we had a large group. The two rooms with twin beds were extremely small, so we put the luggage outside of the room.

The space was very good especially the roof top garden. Complete with fridge and sink Fattiha was amazing, helpful, kind, flexible and accommodating. 15/10. The breakfasts she prepared with freshly baked cake, fresh coffee and orange juice. Was a highlight each morning.

The WiFi was a little intermittent but we coped. The cats on the roof top garden. Left an odour. But every evening they came several times to check if we'd gone to bed yet. The sun loungers need new covers

We liked the accommodation and the service. Fatiha was outstanding! She cleaned the rooms every day and made delicious breakfast , too.

Water pressure in the showers was not enough. The location is a bit away from ground transportation.

O Riad é lindo e está muito bem cuidado. A localização é na Medina, em que tudo é um pouco labiríntico, mas com a preciosa ajuda dos funcionários do Riad, fomos ajudados a chegar até lá. O pequeno-almoço é bom e variado, com ligeiras variações diárias, o que lhe dá um toque especial. Foi possível fazer um check-out tardio, o que foi excelente, já que o nosso voo era ao final da tarde. Os funcionários, Fatiha e Reda, são bastante simpáticos e solícitos e foram uma óptima ajuda na nossa estadia. A comunicação com a anfitriã foi sempre muito rápida e sentimos sempre um grande e proativo acompanhamento. Não podia ter corrido melhor!

Espectacular, tal cual aparece en las fotos. Una habitación en la planta de abajo, dos en la Primera planta y dos en la segunda; en la tercera una terraza espectacular. Cada habitación con su baño. Todo impoluto e impecable. Todos los que nos atendieron encantadores y los desayunos, recién hechos y buenísimos.

Quizá algo complejo para encontrarlo por uno mismo. Nosotros contratamos el transfer y nos llevaron hasta la puerta.

Amazing place! In the middle of the Medina. Very comfortable rooms, nice rooftop and amazing staff. Excellent daily breakfast! Will definitely book again

Le personel était au top, l'endroit était très propre et la température à l'intérieure était très bien.

Les échanges avec Fouzia en amont de notre séjour ont été très fluides et faciles. Elle a répondu très rapidement à mes messages et a organisé nos transferts depuis / vers l’aéroport. Pendant notre séjour, Fatiha et Reda se sont formidablement bien occupés de nous. Ils ont fait en sorte que tout soit parfait. Ils nous ont preparé de très bons petit-déjeuners et un sympathique dîner. Le riad a un emplacement idéal, des chambres spacieuses et confortables avec chacune leur salle de bain. C’est un lieu parfait pour un long week-end.

Great accomodation

When we arrived. We thought the guy with the luggage trolly was part of the accomodation service but unfortunatly was not. The staff could not understand english so we were not only conned and we were also harrased by a local who let himself into our accomodation. They had to be forcfully removed. Also the end of the holiday was also a bad experience with the organiser of the taxi service. We had to arrange a driver of our own after 1 hour of waiting.

Idéalement placé, joliment decoré et confortable. Nous avons passé un super moment en équipe au riad el Khier. Et merci Fatiha pour les délicieux petits déjeuners. Même si le wifi n'est pas très puissant nous avons pu teletravailler avec une e sim. Idéal pour un incentive

Todo increíble. El desayuno, las habitaciones, la terraza, el salón, y por último pero no menos importante Fatiha. Atenta, servicial y siempre con una sonrisa. Nos pudo preparar el desayuno un día antes porque al día siguiente teníamos una excursión muy pronto y no hubo problemas.

No hay nada que no nos gustara.

El Riad es espectacular, nos gustó muchísimo y estaba muy bien ubicado. Se nos retrasó el vuelo e igualmente vinieron a las 4 de la mañana a abrirnos. Las habitaciones eran muy grandes, tenian baño privado todas y con aire acondicionado, bastante heavy la verdad. El salon, cocina y todo estaba muy bien equipado, venian pronto por la mañana a hacer el desayuno (tortitas, pan de pita casero, etc) todo dulce. Estaba muy cerca del centro y podias llegar andando al zoco.

Solo habia un rollo de WC en cada habitación y solo entraba 1... nos quedamos sin y no nos informaron hasta que vino la mujer a hacer el desayuno y tuvimos que ir a comprar (al super de 5' que nos costó 10 dirhams 4 rollos), pero nos quedamos un poco con mala sensación porque por el precio y todo espectacular, no habia papel de baño suficiente para 3 dias... creo que no les viene de 1 euro más...

Nous avons séjourné début juin au Riad en famille (neuf personnes) et l’expérience a été tout simplement magique. Tout était propre et bien organisé, chacun avait son espace, nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l’étroit. Les chambres sont climatisées, toutes avec leur propre salle de bain, ce qui est très appréciable. L’accueil a été extrêmement chaleureux. On a eu d’excellents conseils, notamment pour les trajets en taxi, avec une prise en charge à l’arrivée et au départ à tarif fixe – un vrai plus quand on est touriste. Nous avons aussi pu commander des repas préparés sur place : délicieux, faits maison, à des prix plus que raisonnables. Le riad est calme, situé dans un quartier sûr, à proximité du souk et de plusieurs spas. Et que dire de la terrasse rooftop… parfaite pour des soirées inoubliables. Un grand merci à Fouzia, Fathi et Reda, qui nous ont offert un véritable moment représentatif de la culture marocaine, avec générosité et bienveillance. En résumé : propreté, confort, accueil, emplacement… tout était réuni pour un séjour parfait. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

We stayed in a 5 star hotel for most of our Marrakech holiday but moved to the Riad for a unique boutique experience. While we did not expect a 5 star hotel experience, there was a lovely personal service facilitated by Jamilah and Reda. Very close to the souk but the roofp terrace was very quiet and peaceful. Bring your own nespresso capsules as machine is available on the rooftop.

The alley towards the Riad was a bit difficult to remember and we got lost on the first night. Would benefit from signs to direct guests. Also, when the host offers to direct you to the place, accept the offer as taxis only stop you at the main road.

Beautiful comfortable Riad plenty of space for family holiday. The breakfast was delicious & staff were so helpful.

The property vas fabulous just a little hard to find. We arrived late in the evening due to flight delays.

Communication with the host of the Riad was very good. It was a little disconcerting at first to be led through the small streets to our accommodation but it was a pleasant surprise once we went through the front door. The accommodation was lovely and clean and well appointed and spacious enough for our family of 9 . It was a good location to walk to the Souks. Jamilia looked after us very well making us a tasty breakfast every morning . The roof terrace was a lovely place to relax and soak up the ambiance of the city. It was a bonus that as a large group every bedroom had its own bathroom.

A wonderful Riad with all facilities you will need for a stay. Jamila was just wonderful and so helpful - cooked us breakfast every morning and made the beds, put the dishwasher on from the night before ! Group of 6 ladies - we felt very safe and would highly recommend this Riad. Thank you for our stay.

We got 2 of the 4 breakfast, they were decent. The housekeeper washed our clothes, that was nice too. The house was clean.

Some of our tours started early morning and the housekeeper could not be present to prepare the breakfast nor left anything so we could prepare it ourselves. Also, we found 2 rooms flooded with rain water after we came back from a tour late at night, the host was notified and did not answer until the next day, the housekeeper was away, there was nothing to dry the floors, we had to use our bathing towels.

The lady that took care of the appartment and prepared delicious breakfast was very kind and made sure we were satisfied. The riad is huge and everything is as described on the pictures. Every bedroom has its own air conditioning and bathroom. Also, the location is pretty nice and quiet. For the asking price i believe you cannot find anything better.

No doors to bathrooms (only curtains), few cockroaches on the first floor (but nothing too serious), but besides that everything was first class.

It’s pretty clean. And location in fine.

The first bathroom fan sounds pretty loud. And can’t stay in first floor bedroom because the smell from the bathroom is pretty bad. All other bedrooms are really good and pretty.
