IT City Luxe Homestay-Secure & Comfortable Stay in Mohali

היה נקי ומיקום נדיר

The property itself was very beautiful, and the rooms were extremely spacious. The property owner was very friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and understanding of requirements. The staff on the property was also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious. Both the owner and the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.

There is really nothing that I can think of that I didn't like about my stay at this property, nor the property itself.

Rooms were spacious

The AC was not working properly.

Stay is best and comfortable

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Moreover the staff especially Ram bhaiya was so kind and generous. Loved it and looking forward for more trips.

Spacious, beautiful, elegant and calm villa. Very tastefully decorated and each every comfort of guests was taken into consideration. It has everything to make your stay comfortable and safe with modern equipments, pristine sparkling clean. Absolutely safe for solo women and includes most safety features. Apart from your room, the rest of the shared spaces are also wonderful to use, the dinning area with lots of wooden furniture and balcony were a plus. Punam ji and Sanjay ji were very humble warm and kindest hosts, showed the house, surrounding areas, trees and offered tea had conversations. Treated me respectfully like their own family. Fully equipped kitchen with snacks, coffee, tea and special cutlery, iron and iron board. I think this is the best homestay I came across online. Definitely go for it, the hosts don’t hesitate in pampering their guests. They go above and beyond your expectations and that shows how much they love hosting and meeting new people genuinely.

The place looks amazing. The interior design here is so elegant. and the garden is so peaceful and well maintained. Rooms are big and spacious

Loved the cozy ambiance & warm welcome. Great location! Mr Sanjay too good man 😁

I had a wonderful stay at this guest home. The place is very peaceful, hygienic, and beautifully maintained. The owners were really sweet, friendly, and made sure everything was comfortable. I didn’t face any issues at all. Definitely recommending this place

Big rooms. Quiet surroundings. Host quick to respond to our requests. Excellent available facilities. Good value for money.

Bed linen could have been fresher / cleaner & bed mattress more comfortable.

Very nyc

I found the room exceptionally clean and comfortable. It offers excellent value for money compared to similar homestays.

The property is maintained very neat and clean. I was on my business trip but felt like a home away from home. I would like to visit again if I get the chance. I definitely recommend it to others. Keep Rocking.

Ambience top notch

I am happy to share my experience regarding the property and the service provided. The cleanliness of the property was truly impressive, contributing to a pleasant environment throughout my stay. Moreover, the staff members were consistently courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The overall experience was quite enjoyable, reflecting positively on the property's management and commitment to guest satisfaction. I would certainly recommend this property based on my experience.

As such, there isn't a single thing that I didn't like.

The property is very good; the man who owns the property lives on the ground floor with his wife and he is a very gentle person. He tries to keep a very homely environment for the guest coming. He has maintained the property so good that it doesn’t feel like a usual home stay. IT’S A HUGE BUNGLOW. Rooms: they have around 3-4 rooms in a 1000sq yrd property so the room size is very huge. Bathroom/Toilet: super clean, all the toilteries were providedd and it was smelling so nice Location was good, they have markets close by, universities and IT offices nearby.

BAD experience: The roads here are broken, there are many properties getting constructed in this whole area so the roads have huge pits. You need to be careful while driving here Also there are less options for food dine in nearby, there are multiple lounges and cafes but not authentic desi indian food. We tried to order some but it was showing 1 hour for delivery itself. We ordered pizza from dominos one day and it came 1 hr late, it got thanda but this property provides you with a kitchen so we easily heated it again.

Had a very pleasant stay. The host was more than accommodating. Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Could easily use apps like swiggy, blinkit. Looking forward to staying in the future.

Spacious and well maintained property. Host Sanjay did a great job and is very welcoming.

Good

This is a family run place and is ideal for families, for staying longer durations. The place is spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, with lots of natural daylight. We stayed here for 10 days and had to do a lot of work - both online and offline. The place is quiet, serene and with fast internet. Therefore, we could attend many online meetings easily. Swiggy and Uber readily available. It is just about 10 mins from the airport. It is an ideal place if you wish to have a quiet stay, away from the hustle bustle.

It would have been good if we could have access to a fridge and a microwave, as then we could purchase food from swiggy and the extra food could have been stored.
