Il n'y a pas d'accueil physique, il faut être autonome et saisir les références de votre réservation pour activer une carte permettant l'ouverture de votre porte. Nous avons découvert ce système pour la 1ère fois, ce n'est pas compliqué mais plutôt surprenant. Concernant l'équipement du logement nous aurions préféré avoir un lave linge à la place du lave vaisselle LE POINT NOIR du logement du RDC c'est le bruit insupportable lié au trafic routier incessant dans cette ruelle pavée. En effet 1 chambre est située côté rue, malgré le calfeutrage des 2 fenêtres de la chambre que la propriétaire a réalisé au vu de ma détresse, ça n'a rien changé pour la suite de notre séjour. Le repos était à peu près possible 2 h 30 et 6 H 00 du matin.

O apartamento em si era perfeito, enaltecendo a roupa da cama, as toalhas, shampoo na casa-de-banho, o ar condicionado, as louças e talheres (inclusive um saca-rolhas para o indispensável vinho fresco).
Nada, mas mesmo nada a apontar.

Jammer dat er geen parasol was zodat we buiten konden ontbijten in de volle zon was het nu te warm. Een klein koffieapparaat zou handig zijn ipv de percolator. Beide reeds ook doorgegeven aan de verhuurder kleine aanpassingen groot genot!

Reviewed May 5, 2026Apartamento muito completo, bonito e limpo. A comunicação com a anfitriã foi ótima e o check-in foi fácil. Sentimos-nos confortáveis e voltaríamos a ficar aqui, sem dúvida. Tem uma vista desafofada sobre o rio. E ainda nos deixam um miminho no frigorífico... :)
Não há estacionamento no local mas é possível estacionar perto (junto ao club de sertã). Ouvia-se algum barulho nos quartos vindo da estrada (empedrada). Pode ser um ponto importante para quem seja muito sensível ao barulho mas os anfitriões deixam uns tampões à entrada!

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Eramos 10 pessoas e ocupamos o T2 do Piso 0 e o T3 do Piso 1. Todos os cinco quartos com WC privativo. Fácil comunicação entre os dois apartamentos. Ótima vista para a ribeira nas traseiras.
Acesso confuso. Penso ser o nº40 da R. Serpa Pinto e não o 20 que aparece na comunicação da localização. Estacionamentos só nas proximidades.

Acesso ao alojamento. Tendo em conta a localização e acessibilidade, em termos sonoros, o descanso não existe. Os quartos que dão para a estrada, impedem o descanso. Barulho dos carros constante.

Segundo, gostei da mensagem que recebi pouco depois de ter confirmado a minha reserva, a questionar sobre a possibilidade de ter camas de casal ou individual em cada quarto. Em todos os momentos obtemos respostas rápidas e práticas sempre que entramos em contato com a responsável do apartamento. Recomendo este apartamento a outras pessoas!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Die Unterkunft war wunderschön eingerichtet und hatte eine super Ausstattung. Vom Balkon hatte man eine tolle Aussicht und es war ein Grill vorhanden. Das Personal war super nett und der Check war sehr einfach. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Reviewed Dec 4, 2025Ficámos no Sótão. Check in decorreu bem, mesmo tendo havido corte de corrente. O apartamento está muito bem decorado, é muito confortável e tem uma vista espectacular. Fica muito perto do centro.
A única coisa que nos fez falta foi um micro-ondas para aquecer leite de manhã, e a televisão na zona do quarto dizia que não podiam estar mais equipamentos ligados. Não afetou de todo a experiência que tivemos, que foi magnífica.

Reviewed Nov 22, 2025I don't usually leave reviews but when it's this great, I have to, and it's going to be long and detailed! I stayed in the loft apartment with a lovely balcony, with lounge chairs, table+ chairs and a barbecue! It is one of 4 apartments this business has in the same building. Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartments are newly refurbished, super clean and attention to detail is in my humble opinion, is fantastic! They have thought of everything that could cater to your needs, seriously! Even towels you can use if you want to swim in the river! The decor is beautiful. They've made lovely use of what is a smaller space. It is exactly as advertised in the photos. They even put out a bottle of locally manually pressed extra virgin olive oil for the guests to sample, and if you like it you can purchase it, which I did. Very reasonable in price considering it is artisan and the quality is high. Quite Literally liquid gold in aspect and an actual olive taste! I'd use it crude only to get maximum benefits! They also gave a sample of natural local goats cheese and tasty biscuits! Honestly so good! It has a very cute, clean little kitchen, equipped with everything you will need and more should you decide to cook there. A selection of tea and coffee is provided, with Italian coffee makers for the coffee. The heating system is an ac heater unit on the wall of the doors of the outside balcony. I initially doubted whether the heat was going to distribute throughout the apartment considering the location of the ac unit, and being close to winter now, but it did! I was warm! An extra blanket in winter would be great though if they wanted to add that in the room to get extra cosiness. Just leave the bathroom door open so the heat can get everywhere. Also to note though that the bathroom has a heated towel rack! The bed is the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, with super comfy pillows.
