Didn’t like it at all. I was give a different apartment than the one pictured on Booking. The reviews said it was Excellent but it was anything but… The owner was pushing me to cancel my Booking reservation and pay her in cash instead. I didn’t cancel but had to pay in cash. She wasn’t that friendly or professional. The bathroom was filthy with a decaying, old looking door and a broken mirror. There was users soap and shampoo sachets, as well is shaving stuff all over. There was heavy dirt/dust on top of the fridge and dirt in the freezer. The microwave glass door was broken … You could tell the bed sheets, pillows cases, and covers don’t get washed…

Quelques soucis avec la plomberie : le lavabo de la salle de bain n'était malheureusement pas utilisable.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Tengo mucha experiencia en Marruecos..me gustó muchísimo la atención del personal, y destacar la limpieza,y el funcionamiento de todos los detalles del hotel, se nota el cariño que el dueño le pone...además, nos estuvo indicando sitios y rutas para ver,y los lagos(yo solo conocía uno de viajes anteriores)..una gran persona..sin duda repetiré en octubre inshallah...

No había agua caliente y el encargado no te daba ninguna solución No hay ningún tipo de calefacción, imprescindible en un lugar de alta montaña No nos dieron de cenar a las 20:30

Las habitaciones no tienen ningún tipo de calefacción. Si lo tienes claro , a esa altura y en invierno , el resto ....maravilla.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026Das Frühstück war toll; noch viel mehr das Abendessen ins Zimmer serviert von der Chefin. Die Leute waren exorbitant nett und freundlich. Einfach nur schön. Nettes Restaurant vis à vis ggü. Alles gute Empfehlungen.
Trotz der Kälte (wir kamen im Dezember 2025) und die Wasserrohre waren teilweise eingeeist, hat alles andere an sich ganz gut geklappt. Die Not-Heizung im Zimmer - na ja - es war kein Eis da. Fatima mit ihrer Mütze und den Socken - so ist das im Atlas und im Winter - authentischer geht´s jetzt wirklich nicht. Das hat uns aber super gefallen. Oben war kein Platz mehr.

Autumn in a room at 2000m with no heating meant it was a cold night in a tiled room. To top it off, the shower was luke-warm. Place felt like like it was closed for the season.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2024Two cyclists who stayed here for two nights. The bike storage was excellent, and we had a wonderful stay. Delicious food for breakfast and for dinner. Such a nice host family who helped us with several requests. Hosian always met us with a smile and good suggestions for our stay.
The bed was a bit hard, but was not a problem for us
