L'appartement étais propre !

Un peut de bruit de moto dans la cour de la résidence. Sans la climatisation c'est dure de trouver sommeil car il fait lourd..

L'appartement était parfait! Propreté impeccable, joliment décoré avec une cuisine bien équipée et des petites attentions comme on aime: café thé, petit gâteaux pour l'accueil. La résidence est jolie, propre et sécurisée. L'hôte est disponible et surtout d'une grande gentillesse. Une mention spéciale pour le matelas de la chambre qui est de très bonne qualité, ce qui est fort appréciable lorsque l'on est fragile du dos. La chambre est très sympas et nous avons vraiment très bien dormi, merci Abou.

Le seul bémol c'est peut-être qu'il est situé un peu loin du centre d'Agadir, 20 minutes en taxi, et qu'il n'y en a pas beaucoup qui circulent dans le quartier.

La petite attention de le hote, café,petit gâteau,l'eau, les jeux de société pour les enfants. Tout a été parfait

Very good communication, the apartment was very clean and the facilities were spot on. Location is abit far from.the sea side. The breakfast was excellent.

Zeer mooi en schoon appartement in een rustige buurt. Vlakbij een grote Carrefour supermarkt (5 minuten met de auto) .De communicatie met de eigenaar was heel positief en vriendelijk. Het appartement is goed uitgerust met uitstekend snelle WiFi en IPTV, wat zeker een pluspunt was tijdens het WK. We waren heel tevreden over ons verblijf, het voelde echt als thuis en we komen zeker nog eens terug.

Impeccable ! D’une propreté comme on ne voit plus ! Très bien situé pour nous qui prenons notre avion le lendemain sinon à 15min de la plage en voiture . Il est situé dans un petit quartier d’immeuble , sécurisé . Pas de bruit .

Mieszkanie w bloku na wielkim osiedlu, ładnie zagospodarowany tylko dziedziniec, parking bez problemu na ulicy obok budynku, bezpłatny. Łatwo trafić wg wskazówek na WhatsAppie. Jest ekspres kapsułkowy i herbata w torebkach. W pobliżu dużo sklepów, centrum handlowe z carrefourem i knajpką z dobrym jedzeniem.

Prysznic do wymiany Byliśmy tylko 1 noc, bo blisko z lotniska, ale nie jest to miejsce na wakacje. Brzydkie blokowisko na przedmieściach.

The place is clean, they have a good parking place, it's near the city center, it has two rooms, so it's good for families, they have games if you wanna play with friend

Appartement très pratique et proche de l'aéroport. Aucun problème pour récupérer les clés. Hôte réactif et facilement joignable. Les environs ne sont pas magnifiques mais très intéressants .

Zeer duidelijke filmpjes met instructies om appartement binnen te geraken, duidelijke communicatie. Praktische ligging(dicht bij luchthaven van agadir). Wij verbleven er 2x 1 nacht, dag van aankomst en dag van vertrek. Ruim appartement met basic keuken( fijn dat er koffiepads en thee was om 's morgens voor vertrek te kunnen drinken). Host is vlot bereikbaar en geeft goede tips toen we vroegen naar goede restaurants in de buurt. Parkeergelegenheid in de buurt

Weinig buiten ruimte( klein balkon), vermits we 's avonds aankwamen en 's morgens terug vertrokken was dit voor ons geen probleem

Zimmer war wie beschrieben.

Laut Booking.com war ein Flugenhafentransfer in den Leistungen enthalten. Allerdings weigerte sich der Vermieter diese Leistung zu erbringen mit dem Hinweis dann verdient er nichts mehr. Diese Leistung war entscheidend für die Buchung, da am nächsten Tag der Flug ging. Dann hätte man ein teureres Hotel direkt neben dem Flughafen nehmen können. Vor allem weil sehr früh die Taxis 3 mal so teuer sind wie tagsüber. Die Buchung wird noch reklamiert.

I had a great stay at this apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized, which made the stay very easy and relaxing. The owner is, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His hospitality really made a difference. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

I reserved for 5 people but got only 4 regular beds and 1 sofa. This is not acceptable: on the main page the guest sees 5 beds in the apartment and I am not obliged to search for details under the line stating that the 5th is actually a sofa. Broken shower: the shower head had fallen off, and on top of that, the faucet could not be properly adjusted to a normal water temperature. Extremely thin walls: in the apartment, you can hear every car driving by, as well as people talking on the staircase. It is impossible to sleep without earplugs. We were given 3 towels for 5 people. There was 1 roll of toilet paper in the apartment for 5 people, which is unbelievable.

Obiekt bardzo czysty, wyposażony we wszystko na długi pobyt. Mu spędziliśmy tylko jedna noc.

It's an apartment in a residential area, so it's a really as described. There are cooking utensils and even a washing machine.

The apartment needs better ventilation, either a fan or an AC.

Appartamento pulito e curato, ottima comunicazione con l'host, condominio con security h24. Posizione defilata dal centro città ma comodissima in direzione aeroporto.

Dit was een perfecte eerste plek na aankomst in Marokko. We verbleven hier twee nachten met twee jonge kinderen. De host is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op ons verzoek mochten we later uitchecken, wat enorm hielp. Ook de taxiservice was erg handig.

If you rent a car it's a perfect location! The host is very helpful and comunicative. The apartment is well equiped and cozy.

Un des lits enfant est trés dur, la residence est dans un quartier résidentiel proche dune zone commercial pratique pour les courses mais je n'y passerai pas mes vacnces. Appartement le plus cher de notre semaine au Maroc, les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix.

Un poco alejado del centro y de la playa, pero no es un gran problema: en los alrededores hay tiendas, restaurantes y cafeterías, y el servicio de taxi del alojamiento funciona de maravilla.

L appartement bien équipé,propre,calme,quartier bien surveiller le gardien Larbi très agréable est gentil,les commerçants très gentil également on trouve tout sur place légumes fruits boulangerie patisseries viandes produits courants de la vie. Franchement impeccable.

l’emplacement était plus loin que mentionné, le confort de la literie n’étaient pas exceptionnel surtout pour un lit en question dans la chambre des enfants

It is a fully furnished apartment in an apartment building with security. Absolutely professional communication with the owner with very detailed instructions on the accommodation. Arranging transport to the airport at 3am was also completely smooth and without complications. The nearby shopping centre provided us with the opportunity for shopping for local specialities.

The apartment is way better than others I've experienced in the area at similar rates. Perfectly clean and tidy with comfortable beds and a fine bathroom - what more do you need? Can't really rate the kitchen as, in a 1 night stay, all we did was make tea but all looked to be as you'd like to find it. Abou's communication is second to none - he made himself available for any and all confirmations and queries and is most personable as well as efficient.

Nice apartment in a residential area, with shops and bakeries close by, and a large supermarket about 10 minutes walk. The apartment is comfortable with a nice lounge area and games for kids to play. The owners were very helpful and quick with communication.

The apartment is in a building. During our stay the apartment below us was renovated so noisy. It may not be always but you don’t know. The bathroom and toilet were smelling bad. The utensils in kitchen were not well clean . A lot of potential for cleanliness. But the owner is a nice and kind guy.
