Es war sauber und modern eingerichtet und hat ihren Zweck für meine Geschäftsreise erfüllt. Die Lage war für meinen Aufenthalt sehr passend.

Leider war die Kommunikation und Organisation des Gastgebers sehr enttäuschend. Vor meiner Anreise habe ich weder einen Check-in-Code noch Informationen zum Zugang erhalten. Ich musste selbst Kontakt aufnehmen, erhielt jedoch keine Antwort auf meine Nachrichten und telefonisch war ebenfalls niemand erreichbar. Da es an diesem Tag etwa 40 °C hatte, war die Situation besonders unangenehm. Glücklicherweise traf ich zufällig zwei Personen vor dem Gebäude, die den Gastgeber schließlich erreichen konnten, sodass ich überhaupt Zugang zum Apartment bekam. Nach dem Check-in hat sich niemand erkundigt, ob alles geklappt hat oder sich für die Umstände entschuldigt. Stattdessen erhielt ich später unterschiedliche Erklärungen für die fehlende Erreichbarkeit, was leider keinen professionellen Eindruck hinterließ. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt war die Rechnung. Da es sich um eine Geschäftsreise handelte, hatte ich bereits vorab darauf hingewiesen, dass ich eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung benötige. Diese konnte zunächst nicht ausgestellt werden. Erst nach fast anderthalb Wochen und mehreren Nachfragen erhielt ich lediglich ein einfaches Word-Dokument statt einer offiziellen Rechnung. Hätte ich gewusst, dass die Unterkunft offenbar privat und ohne Möglichkeit zur ordnungsgemäßen Rechnungsstellung vermietet wird, hätte ich sie für eine Geschäftsreise nicht gebucht.

Tolle, ruhige Lage. Gute Lage für einen Kurztrip nach Brüssel. Großzügiges Apartment mit schönem Balkon.

Gute Anbindung, besonders schnell nach Brüssel. Toller Park und Nachbarschaft, perfekt für Spaziergänge. 10 Minuten Fußweg ist auch ein großer Supermarkt. Große Sonnenterrasse und ein schöner Sonnenuntergang

Teilweise war die Ausstattung sehr alt und passt nicht zum Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Es wurden zwar schon Dinge ausgetauscht aber viele Möbel sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem fehlten Infos wie WLAN Passwort. Das WLAN hat auch nicht funktioniert. Türschloss Ansage war SEHR laut das man es nachts wenn andere Gäste heim gekommen sind, aus dem Schlaf geweckt wird.

C'est un très grand et magnifique appartement et une très belle terrasse, entourés de verdure. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter ou travailler au AfricaMuseum.

Le wifi était tellement faible que l'on ne pouvait pas vraiment travailler, ni écouter la radio. Le son de la télé ne marchait qu'avec Amazon Prime.

Nice green location outside of city noise. Beautiful garden outside, windows and balcony view on the garden.

Didn't get a door code. Wrote about it to the property via booking messaging and in 2.5 h got no response (our previous booking message inquiry took our hosts 4 h to respond). They didn't respond our phone calls either. After another 30 min of waiting we started to ring to some door. Fortunately, a lady there had another number to call the property. The owner gave us a code and told that his phone was stolen and that he was away. But even if it was the case, responsible host would give to his guests another contact number and be pending on booking messages in that situation. But that wasn't the case of our host. In the room there was a welcome card stating that wifi code could be found on a router, but there was nothing. Wrote another message to the property, got the response in another 2 h that the code was in another place... Contemplating the view from the balcony the next evening wasn't an option any more, since while we were away, tiles from the balcony floor were removed. And on top of that, the last morning of our stay began with sounds of cutting bushes just below our windows. And right after that some workers came to our balcony (!!!) and kept doing their reparation works. We got up from bed, went out to the living room still undressed, but our plans to have a quiet breakfast were doomed, because some guys were making noise on our balcony... lousy situation. I was going to rate this property as 4, but the owner offered to compensate 50% the price of the stay, which I think is a fair thing to do in such situation. So, I'm changing the score to 7, but keeping the description.

location was very quite and surrounded by greeneries and trees, the kitchenette and furniture was very good quality and the apartment has two balconies one is a very big one

the location was very nice for nature and quite area seeking people however it definitely needs a car and little away from the city and what it has to offer otherwise there is a very near by Carefeur and few petrol stations for requirements.
