Reviewed Aug 13, 2026We stayed in the Ground Floor Apartment in July as five adults and a two-year-old child and could not have been happier. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable, with enough room and privacy for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms convenient and the kitchen well equipped. Whenever we needed anything extra, Daniela provided it immediately. Despite the hot weather, the apartment remained pleasantly cool without air conditioning. It is slightly dark inside, but in summer we appreciated this: it was cool and restful, while the sunshine and garden were literally one step away. The garden was one of the highlights: plenty of space, sun loungers and outdoor furniture for eating in the shade. Our son happily ran across the lawn and played football with his father and grandfather every day. The whole place felt genuinely child-friendly, and Daniela even gave him a little farewell gift. Breakfast was outstanding and prepared with great care. I needed gluten-free options, and Daniela personally baked delicious gluten-free cakes, biscuits and muffins, often offering several choices. Lactose-free food was also provided for my sister. There were different cheeses and homemade cakes every day, while espresso, cappuccino and Americano were prepared individually. We were amazed by the variety and thoughtfulness. Daniela is an exceptional host: warm, sincere and attentive. She made us feel truly welcome. The location was perfect for the peaceful holiday we wanted. The lake, beach, restaurants, supermarket, railway station and ferry to Monte Isola were within walking distance. Trains could be heard, but we quickly got used to them. We managed perfectly without a car, rented bicycles and enjoyed the beautiful routes around the lake. We would happily return and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. Daniela, please keep up this wonderful level of hospitality!
The only minor inconvenience was that our group of five adults had just one key for the entrance gate. Although Daniela gave us a second key to the apartment, we still had to coordinate whenever different people wanted to go out separately. An additional gate key would have made things easier for a larger group.

Het was vrij warm toen wij er waren en de airco zou een graadje omlaag kunnen, maar dat is dan ook mijn enige opmerking.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Ruime kamer en badkamer. Grote tuin waar je ook gebruik van mag maken. Prima ontbijt met voldoende keuze. Sale Marasino is niet spectaculair, maar een leuk openbaar strandje op loopafstand. En wij hebben heerlijk gegeten bij Cantina del Torchio, echt een aanrader!

Mycket hjälpsam kommunikation med Daniela både innan och under vistelsen. Fick hjälp att förstå lokaltrafik och tips på lämpliga aktiviteter. Vacker utsikt över sjön vid frukost. Rimlig promenad från tågstationen. Lugnt område. Kände oss som hemma!

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Ubytování v pěkné vilce kousek od jezera. Hned za domem sice jezdí vlak, ale není to nic hrozného. Výborná snídaně, za pěkného počasí na terase. Parkování přímo u domu. V docházkové vzdálenosti dobrá restaurace (Angel Birreria Pizzeria Osteria), obchod i pláž s barem. K přístavišti je to asi 15 minut chůze. Příjemná hostitelka Daniela.
Klimatizace je centrálně ovládaná a během noci se dokonce vypíná úplně, což za horkého počasí není úplně komfortní. Matrace v posteli jsou hodně měkké a postel dost hlasitě vrzala při každém otočení

Great parking on the grounds. We were also able to check in early, which was really nice. The room was spacious with a big, comfortable bed.

Das Bett war für mich nicht ideal aber das ist bei Betten oft so. Werde sicher wieder dort hin gehen aber würde das Zimmer wechseln wegen der Matrazze.

Unverschämte Berechnung angeblicher Reinigungskosten: wir hatte einen Koffer auf eine Bank abgestellt, die dann angeblich für 40€ von Staubspuren (!) gereinigt werden musste… die konnte ich leicht mit einem Handtuch abreiben. Ärgerlich, weil uns das mit der Rechnung unmittelbar vor Abreise einfach auf die Rechnung gesetzt wurde

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025Seniora Daniela und Ihre Mitarbeiterin Antonella bereiteten uns einen herzlichen Empfang. Das Frühstück beinhaltete alles, was zu einem guten Tagesstart gehört. Nach unseren Tagesausflügen konnten wir uns auf der schönen Liegewiese mit Seeblick erholen. Die Lage war sehr zentral und ruhig. Das Zimmer sowie Badezimmer waren groß und funktionell eingerichtet mit sehr bequemen Betten. Der einzige Minuspunkt war in unserem Zimmer der kleine Kühlschrank, der durch die lauten Geräusche sehr störend war. Dieser müsste wirklich ausgetauscht werden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft wieder wählen.

Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié, le cadre calme, tout près du lac. Il ne nous manquait rien. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et espérons y retourner un jour.

Parking sur place, la chambre est charmante spacieuse, bien équipée et rénovée récemment. Le lieu est calme malgré la proximité de la voie ferrée. Les petit déjeuner sont copieux servis sur une terrasse bien arboré. Bon rapport qualité prix, résidence fermée avec une vue sur le lac d’Iseo et sur l’île de Monte Isola Je recommande cet établissement
