We had a wonderful stay at the villa Everything was beautiful clean comfobrtable The villa is also very close to the sea, which made our stay even more enjoyable. 🌊❤️ Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay here again! 😊

The location of the house is top notch, right next to a beautiful beach, and it comes with a pool that was maintained daily. There are plenty of seating options in the garden as well as the possibility to grill.

Upon our arrival, we quickly noticed that the house was nowhere near our expectations. I must add that we are frequent travelers to the north coast area and have stayed in quite a few villas, so we are able to compare. The first things we noticed were the very dirty bathrooms, which were in an unacceptable state. Everything was rusty, dirty, and in many cases faulty. In our case, the shower in one bathroom didn’t work, and a toilet seat was loose. To give an idea: even the mirrors were so dirty that you could barely recognize yourself in them. Beyond the bathrooms, it was clear that the whole house hadn’t been properly cleaned for quite some time. Some of the bed sheets were dirty as well. The walls were crumbling in almost every corner, even above the dining table. Another fun fact about the house: not a single door worked properly, and none of them could be locked. To be fair, the host was responsive whenever we raised our complaints. However, even though a plumber was eventually sent, it still took two days for him to show up, which didn’t help much. On top of that, we experienced several hours of electricity outage simply because the person in charge forgot to charge the power box. Altogether, it’s clear that the state of the house in no way reflects the charged price level. We were honestly surprised by its high rating here, as it doesn’t even meet the minimum requirements for cleanliness. It was sad to see that no one actually takes care of the house, this is visible in literally every corner.

Spacious, quiet and with a nice pool and pleasant outdoor decorations. Owners and people around are super friendly and kind.

Bathrooms and some interior furniture need a revamp. Not acceptable!

الفيلا كوبسة و الديكورات جميلة و قريبة من البحر

It needs renovation to the bathrooms and extra AC in the master bedroom

Great location, Super Host

The villa is spacious, clean, charming, and the owner and the staff are very friendly and genuinely caring about their guests and their experience! Thanks so much for making this unforgettable stay for the entire family!

Amazing location. Easy access to the beach. Private Swimming pool. Convenient and easy to get to from Cairo.

Bathrooms could do with a bit of renovation. But bathroom for each room is already a plus.

Location very close to the city, surrounded with all needed facilities, very big unit and has all needed facilities

Amazing swimming pool inside the house . The beach was incredible (Turquoise Water, white soft sand, The hosts are very decent and extremely kind. I thank them for the great hospitality. I highly recommend this place to everyone, We will hopefully return again.

Spent 3 nights, not enough .

Everything was great

Nothing

The host was responsive and welcoming. The location is close to Cairo. The villa is spacious with a nice pool and garden. Furniture is as good as new and few steps from the beach. The compound is well maintained and café is nice with reasonable prices.

Overall experience was very nice, I may only recommend to add more beds or sofa beds in the large rooms, some bathroom maintenance and upgrade to kitchen tools. I would also urge the compound team to clean the beach from all the plastics thrown by the waves.

Clean and comfortable Friendly owners Near to the city, yet calm
