Posizionato in un quartiere molto tranquillo, forse leggermente distante dal centro città (30 min a piedi circa) ma ottimo per la zona universitaria. Host molto accogliente e disponibile. Appartamento non enorme ma funzionale. Ottima la sauna.

This is a sweet little place in a residential neighborhood. The area was beautiful. Our host was very nice and helped us navigate the area. We parked the car and didn't move until we left. The Foli transit system was great. The room is below a house and is very cozy with plenty of room for two. The beds were nice and facilities good. The sauna was great. There is a nice little spot outside with table and chairs to relax. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful neighborhood and could relax awsy from the city noise. I highly recommend it. A day pass on Foli system will take.you all over the city and area around. Its a short walk from the stay. The host was a great guide.

Location is well commuted to the city centre (nearby bus stop, frequent buses). Clean and well-equipped. We did not use the sauna, but it looked really nice.

There was no information that it was a basement flat, with all potential pluses (lower temperatures in summer) and minuses (a very small window and less light, plus we could hear all the movements in the flat above us).

Hosts were very welcoming and happy to tell about Turku, give recommendations, and show the important things in the apartment. I stayed during a study/conference trip, and the location was very good, around 15 minutes walk to the university. Stores etc were also close enough for comfort. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Sauna was modern with good löyly's. Host family lives upstairs, and sometimes you could hear footsteps, but it was just normal living sounds, nothing disturbing. Overall the place was cozy and like in description and pictures. Can recommend.

Dichtbij centrum. Sauna

Väldigt fint eget ”källarplan” med en underbar sauna. Väldigt nära till Åbo/Turku, dit man kan ta sig med bil, med cykel eller gåendes (om man som jag inte har något emot en liten promenad). Men det allra bästa var den otroligt trevlige värden som välkomnade och såg till att jag hade allt jag behövde och som tipsade om staden.

Allt var toppen!

It was a nice walking distance from the university campus. Very personal and authentic Finnish stay, with own sauna and the owner even offered me a bike to use for free.

Sijainti on loistava, kun Turun Kupittaan rautatieasemalla on käyntiä. Isäntä oli ystävällinen ja antoi vielä vinkkejä matkan jatkolle. Auton sai parkkiin maksutta aivan viereen. Keittiössä oli kaikki tarpeellinen omatoimiseen ruokailuun.

Sauna is Great. The room is cozy and warm and it has everything you need.

Soundproof could be better but it is not a big deal

Ihana pieni asunto omakotitalon alakerrassa. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Ystävällinen tervetulotoivotus ja ohjeistus. Remontoitu kylpyhuone ja kivan oloinen sauna,jota en valitettavasti tällä kerralla ehtinyt kokeilla. Ympäristö rauhallista pientaloaluetta. Lasten leikkikenttä lähellä.

Pimennysverhot ikkunaan olisi loistava lisä.

Kodikas huoneisto omakotitalon alakerrassa rauhallisessa ympäristössä. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi keittiöstä ja lähimpään ruokakauppaan on kävelymatka. Autolle löytyi hyvin tilaa kadun varresta. Tilava kylppäri ja mukava sänky löytyi myös. Saunaa testaan sitten seuraavalla kerralla. Säilytystilaa olisi vaatteille löytynyt myös, joten sopii myös pidemmäksi majoituspaikaksi.

Peitto oli aikas sähköinen, nukuin pelkällä pussilakanalla ja jonkinlaista pimennysverhoa omistaja jo lupaili.

The location is very calm and quiet, yet easily accessible and quick to get to the centre. The apartment is very nice and well decorated, clean, with a personal sauna, which is very impressive. The host is very welcoming, approachable and kind.

Viihtyisä,rauhallinen ja helppo majoitus,pidimme kovasti. Erittäiin ystävällinen vastaanotto isäntäväen puolelta. Hyvällä tvistillä hieman jopa mökkitunnelmaa muutaman minuutin päässä keskustasta. Iso sauna ja kylpyhuone laadukkaasti remontoitu aivan hiljattain. Suuret kiitokset ja seuraavaan kertaan.

Heti alusta alkaen isäntä piti meistä todella hyvää huolta ja varmisti, että kaikki toimii ja on tiedossa. Hänellä oli paljon tietoa myös alueen kiinnostavista kohteista ja mikäli hän ei heti osannut vastata johonkin, otti hän siitä selvän ja kertoi meille. Ensiluokkaista! Hän teki meille vielä todellisen ekstra palveluksen kelin ollessa todella huono! Asunto oli kompakti, sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava ja sauna oli hyvä! Keskustaan kävelee myös mukavasti täältä ja kauppa löytyy läheltä.

Prawdziwy fiński domek z prywatną sauną. Lokalizacja w cichym otoczeniu, blisko do przystanku autobusowego i do sklepu. Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele, zaproponowali atrakcje, zrobili mapki. Bardzo czysto. W domku jest wszystko z wyposażenia, o nic nie trzeba się martwić. W kuchni jest więcej sprzętu niż ja mam do użytku w domu. Łazienka przestronna z kosmetykami, ręcznikami i suszarką do włosów. W domku cieplutko.

Świetny klimatyczny apartament w bardzo spokojnej dzielnicy pełnej pięknych starych domów. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny, cierpliwie odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania. Mieszkanie czyste i przyjemne. Sanitariaty są nowe i czyste. Jest tam wszystko czego potrzeba. Sauna jest genialna. Bardzo polecam. Ps. Wejście do apartamentu jest mało oczywiste. To małe czerwone niepozorne drzwi przed schodami. Dziękujemy za gościnę i pozdrawiamy!

Ystävällinen isäntä, ovikoodi toimitettiin etukäteen ja sisääntulo oli vaivatonta. Auton sai viereen parkkiin. Keittiössä on perusvälineet pienimuotoiseen kokkailuun. Wifi toimi hyvin. Asunto oli kivasti erillään muusta talosta oman sisäänkäynnin ansiosta.

Miinuksena kaikkien äänien kuuluminen muualta talosta. Tämä kohde ei ehkä sovi jos on kovin ääniherkkä. Tosin mitään häiritseviä ääniä ei kuulunut, ihan tavallisia ja sopuisia elämän ääniä, puhetta ja lattian narinaa askelista ym.. Joku jopa soitti kauniisti pianoa. Keittiövälineet voisivat olla paremmat, sillä esim. vihannesveitset olivat tosi tylsiä. Pöytäliina olisi myös ollut kiva, nyt pöytä oli paljas. Kylpyhuoneeseen olisin kaivannut lattiapyyhettä, sillä suihkun jälkeen lattia oli märkä, eikä lasta kuivannut kunnolla.

Durante un viaggio itinerante per la Finlandia ho soggiornato presso questa abitazione privata. Il grandissimo punto di forza è sicuramente l'accoglienza e disponibilità da parte del proprietario ed il bagno ristrutturato è molto ampio con l'adiacente sauna privata da utilizzarsi previo accordo con il proprietario per l'accensione. L'appartamento rimane fresco (d'estate) ed i letti singoli sono uno più morbido ed uno più rigido. Il centro e raggiungibile anche a piedi 15/20 minuti. Parcheggio libero in strada di sera. Di giorno più difficile ma disponibilità all'utilizzo di quello privato.

Non è indicato che l'alloggio si trova in un locale seminterrato. La sistemazione appare quindi un pò arrangiata e con disponibilità di forniture limitate ed un pò datate anche se completamente funzionanti.

Very peaceful location, comfortable, well-appointed accommodation. Pekka was very friendly and welcoming. Sauna was fantastic.

The place is perfect for a comfortable stay in the beautiful city of Turku. There is a sauna you can use, in order to experience the real Finish lifestyle. You have your own private entrance by using a keypad.

Pekka, the host, lives right on the floor above, which is NOT much of an inconvenience. Both the attention and privacy are totally granted.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic accommodation in Turku for 11 nights, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The layout is well-thought-out, with all the amenities you could need for a long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living space is cosy yet spacious. The bed is comfortable, and there are many spacious cupboards to put away your things. As well, you have access to a washer-dryer for your use. One of the highlights of this apartment is the private sauna, which is easy to use – just make an agreement with the host, and you will have a sauna hour. This feature makes the apartment a standout choice. The location is also perfect. It’s situated in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close enough to all the attractions and conveniences that Turku offers. Nearby groceries are also convenient. Public transportation and the city's bike system Fölläri bikes are easily accessible. Another feature I really appreciated was the keyless entry system. Accessing the apartment with a code was incredibly convenient – I didn’t have to worry about carrying or losing keys during my stay. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really enjoyed chatting with the owners, who were not only kind but also delightful to interact with. :) I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Turku, especially if you want to enjoy a private sauna experience. I am so happy I encountered this stay and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Turku.
