Reviewed Sep 6, 2026I received a nice, welcoming message after booking, with a link to a helpful guide, outlining all guests need to know, including guidelines for behaviour and restaurant discounts. They even list the team members’ names! The hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from the central train and bus stations. The bus from the airport has a stop right by the hotel. Check-in can be done online in advance; the guest receives a room door code by email. Easy. I borrowed a kettle from the front-desk staff. There is no fridge in the room, and there is no microwave in the lobby for warming food, but there are tables and chairs and a coffee machine on the honour system. The room is pleasant, with a large mural above the bed, and has the essentials and a luggage stand and good hair-dryer, a good-sized bathroom sink and countertop. Nice shower stall, though awkward door opening. TV has English-language BBC World News and Al Jazeera. Openable window. My 6th-floor room faced east and was very quiet at night.
No recycling. Lighting could be better in the room I had (no overhead light).
