Initial agreement was poor as no one picks up the given phone number and whatpp messages are answered after a long gap. This makes people think if this is scam or real. Also money need to be transferred through mobile transaction before checkin. I called booking.com and explained them about this as their policy mentions don’t pay anyone before hand but unfortunately the customer service agent could not support my query which left me in a dilemma to visit the place. They should have a dedicated person at location to deal with.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026El lugar es espectacular para descansar y disfrutar de la playa. La comunidad es muy bonita con piscinas y playas muy bonitas si te gusta la naturaleza y la tranquilidad. El paramento está bien ubicado pero no está bien regentado, no estaba limpio y descuidado.
El apartamento le faltaba muchas cosas, presión de agua insuficiente, mala limpieza , atención al detalle bastante mala. Tienen que mejorar , un apartamento vacacional no es una habitación descuidada la cual se limpia por encima y se entrega una llave. La comunidad y el sitio es precioso.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2024We enjoyed staying in this new one bedroom appartment with good quality furniture, kitchen and balcony with sea view. Jebel Sifah is a newly build gated community with restaurants and small supermarket. Appartment has direct access to pool, beach and small kids playground. Very helpful owner.
Jebel Sifah is in general a bit far from everything. Next bigger supermarket is an hour away. During our stay we had problems with all night long loud parties in the neighboring houses - but not owners fault.

I didn't realize it was a studio when I booked it. The bright security light by the front door made sleeping difficult. I'd recommend making that wardrobe into a dividing wall between the living room and the sleeping area as a possible solution.
