Annette was a wonderful hostess. King room bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The inclusive breakfast was very good. The only negatives were the very dangerous and steep stairs going up and down the stairs. Not ideal if you have heavy bags or are nervous of falling down them or if you were a senior.

Breakfast was not edible - canned fruit salad that looked & smelt like a tin, awful tasting hash browns & coffee that curdled. Terrible.

Apparent & identifiable bed bugs infestation in bed. Mentioned to host that we scratched a lot in bed but the comment was dismissed by host quickly. Unacceptable. Had to sleep in camp chairs & lounge chair second night to avoid bed. Again - unacceptable.

We felt like we were at home and were warmly welcomed. The house looks very beautiful as well as the garden surrounding it. The stay was very comfortable, it was very clean, the lady was really friendly and kind and the breakfast was very delicious. All in all, we would highly recommend staying here.

Location and breakfast on Day 2. The hostess is also lovely.

It seemed odd that our room did not have a key to lock the door when we were out. The hostess did reassure us, explaining that there hasn't been an issue in over 2 decades, but we would've felt more comfortable being able to lock the room given that guests in other rooms beside ours come and go.

This is a large comfortable and immaculate property on the edge of a cute little Ontario village. Our room and en suite bath were well appointed. Friendly hostess and great breakfast, Would highly recommend.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, l’hôte très agréable, la maison est très belle ! C’est une superbe idée de proposer le petit dej sur une table commune pour pouvoir discuter avec les autres guest. Les peignoirs sont vraiment appréciable :)

L’eau du robinet et douche qui a un drôle de goût ! Mais ce n’est pas la faute du propriétaire :)

The breakfast was mediocre and we sat in kitchen close to sink and stove etc., while listening to the host comment about previous guests complaining about her food. Awkward.

Annette hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wir konnten auswählen. Sie hat uns dann kartoffelpuffer, Speck und Spiegeleier zubereitet. Dazu gab es Toast, Kaffee und einen obstsalat. Das Bad war ein gemeinschaftsbad. Da wir aber die einzigen Gäste waren, hatten wir es für uns allein. Es waren Bademäntel, Hausschuhe, eine Menge an hand- und duschtüchern, pflegeprodukten und allerhand anderen Sachen zur Verfügung gestellt. Das b&b ist in seiner sehr ruhigen Lage.

Das Bett in unserem zimmer war wirklich sehr klein für 2 Personen

Terrace Green is a meticulously clean B&B and is both cosy and welcoming. On arrival, we received a warm and very friendly reception from Annette, our wonderful host. We had a very nice home-made breakfast and slept in a comfortable bed.The bedroom was cozy and artistically decorated. There is a large and pleasant yard surrounding the house wlth lots of guest parking. The property is a very short drive to Winchester and it is convenient for other areas like Morrisburg, Cornwall and Upper Canada Village, etc. Ottawa is less than an hour away. It's also a good place to stay if you are traveling to or from the USA by car. Thank you, Annette and Jim, for a wonderful stay.

I was very happy here but would have liked a TV in our room. This wasn't a big deal however, as we had internet coverage and there was a TV in the community living room. Guests could relax here, read, chat and go online, etc. I'm not keen on sharing bathrooms but ours was meticulously clean and well equipped with towels, shampoo and other products and there was a window overlooking the beautiful yard.. There was the sound of traffic from the main road on the veranda, but it was not intrusive inside the house and became white noise. In general, the sound of traffic wasn't annoying inside as the house is very well insulated and set back from the road. Finally, the dog Titus was very cute but nervous and shy. He was never aggressive and warmed to guests over time. He did bark, out of the blue if startled, so be prepared for that! I liked him! No big complaints. I loved it here!!

Le B&B d’Annette est très bien situé entre Kingston et Ottawa. La chambre et la salle de bain partagée étaient très propre, joliment décorée et confortable. Le petit déjeuner d’Annette était délicieux, on se sent comme à la maison. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The location was on my route and exposed me to a part of the province I had not previously visited. Annette went out of her way to provide me with an early breakfast so that I could get on the road early.

The shared bathroom that someone else didn't leave as they found.

The room and private bathroom was great. Conversations over breakfast were good.

The host came across as a little tired and underwhelmed.

Very clean. Good value for price (double room w/ shared bathroom). Host was very friendly. Easy parking. Breakfast was simple but good (eggs, bacon, toasts, coffee).

I had a lovely night stay at Terrace Green! It's a beautiful old house surrounded by lovely gardens. Annette was a great host and made the most delicious breakfast in the morning! It was a very welcoming and wholesome stay, I would recommend Terrace Green to anyone. It really felt like home.

Nothing - I was very happy with everything.

My wife and I stayed there the night we got married. We spoke with the owners of the BMB the day before and asked if we could use the facilities and the grounds to do our wedding pictures and they said that it was not a problem at all and they don't charge extra for that. And the breakfast the next morning was absolutely delicious. We had an amazing experience. So much so that before leaving we booked a room for our one year anniversary.

Very nice early 1900's home converted to BandB. Quiet and very clean. Owners very welcoming and helpful.. Breakfast was good and covered the basics.

The in suite bathroom had a tub without shower. I used he commn bathroom shower instead. Most people don't soak in a tub anymore.

Beautiful house just 45mins from Ottawa and 30mins from Calypso Water Park. Loved everything they had to offer + the yummy breakfast!

Oh my goodness. She was amazing. A perfect chef and so nice to chat with. She had great restaurant recommendations. The place was nice. Clean. And felt like home.

The Wi-Fi was a little slow. But I was on vacation so it didn’t bother me one bit!

Our hostess Annette was very warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly. We felt right at home immediately She served a phenomenal breakfast It was very clean and comfortable and the king suite we stayed in was charming. It was a peaceful setting, even though it was right on the main road

I didn’t have any issues at all

This was my first B&B in Canada. I've toured England several times staying mostly B&Bs. This experience was vastly preferable in every respect. Meeting Annette who was so welcoming was like seeing an old friend. Great cook too.

A beautiful property, we enjoyed walking around the property ,with majestic trees and shady flowerbeds. We were met by Freddi the friendly dog, then welcomed by Annette, who showed us around and helped us find a restaurant for the evening. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable, the en-suite bathroom is large, with a clawfoot tub. Breakfast of fruit and fruit juice to start, excellent coffee, local bacon, eggs , tomato and toast came with delicious blueberry jam. Guests are served in Annette's large kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

The breakfast was nice, bacon, eggs, coffee, juice and a fruit cup. The location suited us perfectly but might be a bit out of the way for some.

We arrived late and it was no problem to arrange this with Anette. Extremely cozy room, everything you need provided 😊. Best breakfast we had in Canada 😁

Charming farmhouse, beautifully decorated, lovely garden. Annette graciously accommodated us for an earlier breakfast, so we could attend the Glengarry games. She was most welcoming and friendly. Plenty of space to park and enjoy the gardens in a quiet area. We would have loved to stay longer.

Lovely room and grounds

The owner was sick when we arrived. I would have appreciated a heads up since we were traveling to see my son off on a 2 1/2 week trip abroad.

Annette was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make sure we were all looked after! The room we stayed in was large and the bed was comfortable. Her breakfasts were all wonderful and I would highly recommend you stay here!

The Terrace Green B&B was the most incredible experience we have ever had! My sister and I along with our partners took a trip to the area and booked into this adorable little Bed & Breakfast hosted by the amazing Annette. From the moment we pulled into the driveway we were stunned at this property’s beauty and the amount of love put into keeping it so stunning. We were greeted by the most well mannered, sweetheart of a pup named Fred and our lovely host Annette who gave us a quick tour and showed us to our thoughtfully put together room! We stayed in room number 1 which is equipped with two double beds, all the amenities you’ll need for a great stay as well as a beautiful view of the maintained garden and little pond :) Annette made sure we had everything we needed and even recommended a great spot for dinner that night which had the most incredible loaded baked potato pizza EVER! (Definitely check out the Iron Forge just minutes down the road) In the morning Annette made us the most delicious breakfast that was the perfect way to start off a very busy day. You can without a doubt see how much love and attention to detail and effort goes into running Terrace Green every day and we are so so grateful Annette and Jim chose to share their slice of paradise with us. We will definitely be back and 1000% recommend you book into the amazing Terrace Green B&B :))

This is a pleasant property to walk around and see. Annette has is set up to relax and enjoy the scenery. Pond , flowers and a great deck to sit out on and have your morning coffee/tea . I would recommend this B & B to anyone who likes a quiet setting .

Good value and everything as described. Perfect stopover to break up our roadtrip to Montreal. The host Annette is very warm and welcoming - and made us a great breakfast over which we enjoyed conversation with other guests.

Terrace Green B&B is located on a beautifully kept property that offered us the perfect place to stay after attending a concert at StoneCropAcres & Vineyard in Morrisburg. We were met at the door by Fred, their dog and greeter. Such a sweet boy! Annette, our host and co- owner and hands-on operator of this lovely B&B was close behind and could not have made us feel more welcome! The moment we stepped into our nicely appointed room with a balcony (ideal for tea for 2 +2), I was extremely pleased, not only with its comfort and cleanliness, but that there was no scent from detergents and dryer sheets. It was especially pleasant to stay in a room that was fresh and not covered in artificial scents. We so enjoyed meeting the other guests at the breakfast table where Annette served up a delicious morning spread with dietary needs accommodated. Good conversation, good food and lots of laughs. Thanks Annette. We will definitely return!

We were greeted promptly at the door by our very personable host and shown our room and the facilities. The place was immaculately clean. We were provided with info on where to eat. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent.

We loved the whole feel of the home. Totally comfortable right from the start. Annette was so welcoming and we became friends over a couple of card games!! The rooms and breakfasts were amazing. Without exaggeration, it was our best B&B experience. Thanks Annette and Jim!!
