Mountain magic apartment for 6 Near Zermatt with parking!

The property was clean and comfortable. The views are great and it’s only a ten minute train journey to zermatt, the trains run very regularly as well.

The property had everything we needed

Proche de la gare. Très propre. Equipe d'entretien très réactive.

Pas d'information sur le fait qu'il n'y a pas de lave linge dans l'appartement mais seulement une laverie au sous-sol accessible seulement de 17h à 22h. Gros problème pour fermer l'appartement à clé, cela devrait être réglé depuis un moment. Le canapé lit était cassé sur la partie qui se déploie, et s'affaissait en permanence. Là encore il faudrait changer l'équipement. Enfin nous avons constaté que les codes des boîtes à clé étaient simplissimes ( nous avons pu ouvrir les autres boîtes sans difficulté pour vérifier si ça ne concernait que notre appartement). De même notre clé a pu ouvrir la porte de l'appartement en dessous ( nous nous étions trompés d'étage).

Great location with a beautiful view. The apartment was very spacious and offered excellent value for money. The host was very friendly.

Everything was good. The only minor issue was that the fridge wasn’t cooling well enough.

Läget är helt perfekt om man får rummen mot dalen, 10min gångväg till tåget som går till Zermatt och lika långt till affären och köpa frukost, vi lyckades tyvärr inte få frukosten via QR kod och beställning och fick inte heller kontakt med personal. Först efter ankomst fick vi sporadiska svar. Lägenheten är fin och räcker gott. Bra parkering.

Svårt att få kontakt med personal, gick inte med telefon, whatsapp eller mail, svar via mail kom sent eller aldrig.

The door key was a nightmare. It was incredibly hard to open and close the door, and we lost so much time whenever we left or returned to the apartment. It was very frustrating and stressful. I wouldn't recommend this place until the lock is fixed.

It is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from Täsch Station, offering easy access to Zermatt. The space is spacious, and all facilities and amenities are clean and well-maintained. The views of the Alps and the village from the accommodation are stunning.

Spacious two double bedrooms 2nd floor apartment which has recently been refreshed. Car parking space available. External balcony with table chairs accessed from lounge and one bedroom with unhindered views towards open area and mountains beyond. Large open plan dining and lounge area.

Power sockets only on one side of the bed. Kitchen layout not great, everything squeezed along one wall whilst opposite wall is empty - should have another cupboard & work surface. Bathroom has bath with shower attachment. Dont use key safe when you go out as code is just the apartment Nr.

View is perfect, balcony, no homes in front. Free parking near hotel or near by. All instructions are clear, easy to find, to entry, to leave.

Some furniture need a repare - WC door (need a force to close),, shower (running from another end).

Très bel appartement, très bien situé, à distance de marche des epiceries et du train. Propre, reponse rapide des responsables bia messagerie, consignes très claires.

Le wifi est très très mauvais, lent, se déconnecte tout le temps. Barre à pression pour le rideau de douche tombe continuellement pendant qu’on prenait une douche, rideaux des chambres et du salon sont en fait des rideaux de douche en plastique et sont tachés et difficiles à fermer.

Quite accessible from Tasch train station. We arrived way earlier than the check-in timing but a staff spotted us and checked that our apartment was ready hence we were able to check in immediately. The balcony was huge (links the living room and 1 of the room), and u can see the moutains from there.

The main door need some skills to lock and unlock, which is rather frustrating. Perhaps its time to change them.

La vue de la grande chambre est magnifique et son grand balcon est très appréciable. L'appartement est à coté de la gare. La dame qu'on a appelé pour changer la machine à café l'a fait rapidement et était sympathique.

Pas de petit déj proposé Pas de clef pour fermer les chambres et pas de clef pour fermer la salle de bain toilette ! La machine à café trop entartrée ne marchait pas.

Loved the location for the property. It had great views and extremely close to the tasch terminal! Dominique was also helpful

We didn’t feel like the property was modern/deep cleaned. Yes it was ‘ clean to the eye’ but the bathroom was very old and battered. We was left 1 toilet roll between 4 of us. The bedrooms were basic and lacking decor. The bedsheets absolutely stunk also. The outside area was not appealing, the chairs were so old and rocky we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside!

Die Lage war top, man hatte eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge und der Bahnhof Täsch war nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Alles war sehr sauber (Bett, Badezimmer, Küche, Badetücher usw.).

Vielleicht war die Bequemlichkeit des Bettsofas nicht optimal, für eine Nacht ist es aber in Ordnung.

the apartment is large, great view, easy parking close to grocer and train to Zermatt too bad its so mismanaged and the owner does not care CANNOT UPLOAD VIDEOS OF THE NOISE THAT WAS HERE ALL DAY AND NIGHT of all the noise that went on in the morning and at night to booking as they only accept photos THis man said he would refund me on THE phone and then did not !!!!!! ... such bad karma and in such a beautiful mountain valley bad owner

the apartment lacks care and attention the curtains are like shower curtains, there are no paintings on the wall... its very bare...i was woken up by noise- i messaged the managing company. The managing company was friendly but they have no say in any matter, they are just there to shelter the owner the door is a mess, I could not lock the door, they did not care! i put all my things that i just unpacked back into my car as i could not lock the apartment? very tiring, very stressful , very unnecessary !!!!! especially in Switzerland- but what put me over the edge as at about 8pm the apt also owned by the same owner, those guests were locked in or could not get out, so the owner sent over someone to fix that lock, make more noise !!!!! all recorded on my video and very hard and a waste of my time to upload on booking... as the italian workman iin tattoos had to enter through my apartment !!! so the other guests who also had issues with the locks as the owner is cheap & thoughtless a vacation does not cause this level of nonsense. When i called the owner... he said .. "i am so so sorry you will be refunded entirely," i did not ask that , he said that... then he went. back on his word and would not refund me anything !!!! i have to submit and waste more of my time all of it to Booking, i dont want an argument... but to rent a place, cause me this and then lie ... THE OWNER IS A LIAR... SAYING ON THE PHONE HE WILL REFUND ME AND THEN DOES NOT. i left... i drove in teh dark to find a new. place... SO NOT OK ... KARMA WILL COME BACK TO HIM.. DO NOT STAY HERE... HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR YOURSELF BECAUSE HE SURE DOES NOT I HAVE HIS NAME AND NUMBER IF YOU WANT IT !!! SUCH A. bummer ,great huge apt.. furnished in the cheapest Malmo Ikea furniture by the way , but then to waste my time, say you will refund me and not ?????? interesting to me , that the folks next to me...

The location, with wonderfull view of Zermatt and walking distance to all facilities such as train station, grocery, restaurants and others. Kitchen with fully equiped kitchenware and dining set. Master bed room, living room & balcony facing to Zermatt mountain view. Laundry room with dryer open from 17:00 to 21:30. The property has lift that easy to access upper floors. Clean & quick response from Sandra. Good free parking space with additional space nearby as well.

Prima appartement. Fijne locatie dicht bij het station. Ideale betaalbare uitvalsbasis voor skiën in Zermatt. Maar een kwartiertje met de trein. We lieten de ski's in de locker op het station van Zermatt.

De inrichting en uitrusting was erg basic. Het was kon hier een daar wat schoner.

Sauberkeit gleich null:( Zimmer war nicht Sauber…. Es ist halt nicht was mann erwarten, für dass Geld zu schade für.

Emplacement parfait avec parkling gratuit, logement très spacieux, petit balcon très sympa, nous y retournerons de sûr.

Les linges de bains trop petits, attention à bien nettoyer les tâches (huiles ancienne à mon avis) sur les chaises, aussi parfois sur les rideaux, les meubles de la cuisine mériteraient aussi un révision. C'est dommage de ne pas soigner ce détails, car plus on laisse plus cela va s'aggraver... et les tâches c'est bof.. les chaises aussi sont un peu branlante.. peur qu'elles vont se casser bientôt. Il faut soigner ces détails car cet appartement est vraiment génial !!

It was not clean, bed bugs couch bugs we all got bit they need to do a deep clean if this place

The location is good, with nice views of the mountains.

On the only night we stayed here, we had found a few bedbugs on the bed. Due to concerns of biting our kids and contamination of our clothes/luggage, we moved to spend the rest of the night on the sofa in the living room. But here too, we found more bedbugs. I had contacted the owner Sandra immediately, explained the situation and the inconvenience & discomfort that it had caused to our family. She assured us that they would refund our stay and to inform booking.com that I had entered into a contract with the owner of the house and agreed by both parties that I will receive my money back. Fast forward ~2mnths to now, I have contacted booking multiple items and they have informed me that the owner has not responded to their attempts to communicate and resolve this situation so far. This shows the lack of integrity and professionalism by the owner. To avoid such situation for your family, please give this place a miss.

The location was fantastic. The views were stunning. The unit itself needed some updating the mattress in one room was smaller than the bed frame. The blow dryer would stop working after a bout 30 seconds. The sofa had stains. Check in was easy.

Needed some maintenance.

Wie hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Täsch, mit dem Zug kommt man von der Wohnung aus in einigen Minuten nach Zermatt. Perfekt gelegen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles war sehr gut organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Just the Location

We were generally ok with the facilities but we have have liked a separate WC for 6 guests, the bathroom door didn’t have a key or a latch to lock from inside, there was no vacuum cleaner in the apartment to keep the floor clean, the kitchen had just two big vessels with no frying pans, the coffee machine was available but no coffee capsules for use.

There is no pcontroversial points about room and facility. But they did prepared utensils we use in the kitchen, for example flying-pan and flat pan(big size) , just small size only, also toilet papers were shortage on the 2nd day.

The view from the balcony was amazing, with Matterhorn in the distance and the trains whistling past the meadows

The kitchen could’ve been better stocked. We could not find the basics, like a saucepan, sugar, to cook.

I checked in on May 6th. There weren't many problems with the apartment itself, but the cleaning staff there were extremely bad! The landlord's attitude towards handling the problem is also very unsatisfactory! The cause of the incident: When I was leaving, I was in a hurry to catch the train and forgot my washbag in the apartment. There was a BRAUN razor worth CHF200, Lamer lotion worth CHF380 , and various other bottles and jars in it. Because I didn't open my luggage when I went to the next apt., it's only possible that it lost in this apt. I myself also think this is a minor matter, and I believe that the cleaning staff in Switzerland is very nice, they will surely put it properly somewhere after discovering it. But when I tried to contact, the following problems occurred: 1, The landlord's two phones couldn't get through to direct calls（the phone on booking and the phone in message are different). I sent messages on booking but didn't reply. Eventually, I got in touch with them via text message, and the landlord asked me to do so. I think this is very unprofessional.Why can he send the message on booking asking me to pay the city tax, but can't reply to my message?I can't understand. 2, I first got in touch with the landlord's two numbers via text message. I'm not sure if it was one person using two numbers or if there were two landlords. Anyway, both of them were very unenthusiastic. I had to keep asking to get some responses. 3, The cleaner took away my washbag! I think it's highly unbelievable for this to happen in Switzerland! And I expressed that the things in the washbag were very important to me (nothing about value; they were all gifts from my lover), but the landlord didn't hear from me and didn't actively assist me either!

The location is amazing and the view from the balcony is stunning! The kids had a great time playing in the snow right in front of the property.

The view is amazing. Comfortable and homey. Dedicated car park too.

The towels were a bit damp. Every other things are excellent and clean.

The door is abit difficult to lock. And you have to climb few step up to the lift.

This property was in a beautiful spot! The hosts were very accommodating. There was an issue with some workers not cleaning up our kitchen, however, the hosts came themselves at 9:30 pm and cleaned. They were very nice. There was an second night of our stay there were noisy neighbors above us, but that wasn’t anyones fault but the rude guests. The parking is free which is nice. There is also laundry. You are directly across the street from train to Zermatt and have restaurants within steps.

I have to start with perfect view over mountains, it was stunning. Very spacious appartment, having its own parking in front, good location, few minutes walk from train station where you can take a 10 minutes train ride to Zermatt. Kitchen and bathroom very well equipped, beds are super comfortable. Very helpful hosts, thanks!

The location is nice. About 5 to 10 mins walking to Tasch Matterhorn terminal. The view is excellent also. Parking is available.

Great location in Tasch with a beautiful view. The apartment was ideal for a one night stay.

The kitchen has limited items - no cooking condiments and very limited crockery. The bath tub is very old.

WiFi did not work. No response when inquired. No coffee maker. Was told it was stolen. Washer/Drier was used exclusively by staff washing and drying linen and towels. They left them in machines unattended and never emptied.
