Rossz volt, hogy nem volt függöny, csak egy sötétítő, úgyhogy ha nem akartam, hogy nézzenek a szemben lévő szobából akkor egész nap sötétben kellett bent üljek.

Location was bad. off beaten path. Road has little or no taxie service. Had to take trike to main road to hail taxie to take me to airport. Hard location for taxie to find., no signs. Arrived late had probleem to find someone to check me in. Gated complex, no sign to let you know it was wher the unit was. .

I erroneously booked a different date (1 day difference, my exhausted brain didn’t function that much when I did my booking) and when I share this to the owner, he checked and made adjustments to my booking. The room was clean and spacious enough for solo travelers like me. Good internet and I would say good location as well as the commute are accessible. If you’ve been to Cebu many times like me, getting around is easy with this location.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Vriendelijk contact met eigenaar en goed ontvangen door de host. Toegang door middel van code, handig kun je de sleutel niet kwijtraken, je hebt dan wel weer een sleutel nodig voor toegang tot de straat.
Airco koelde de kamer slecht, filter zat dicht van het stof. Na die los te halen zag ik dat de koelvinnen ook vies waren. Water druk was te weinig, we mochten van de host de andere badkamer gebruiken, er verbleven geen andere gasten. Ook daar weinig waterdruk. Heb contact gehad met de host, wel zo eerlijk het ook in de review te vermelden.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Location was prime. Its near the mall, airport, and seaport. Unit was secured in a gated compound.
Bathroom items such as pail and water dipper could have been changed as it was already very filthy with accumulated slime/green algae. Room walls are very thin, so its not sound proof and other guests can be very loud even late at night. Common area (dining/living room) is extremely humid as there is no air-condition and honestly, a stand fan can't help with the heat.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Wir hatten das Zimmer für eine Nacht gebucht, um direkt am nächsten Tag weiter zu fliegen. Perfekt ausgestattet, alles was man braucht. Lage ist gut.
Leider hat die Klimaanlage den Raum nicht gekühlt, was nicht wirklich zu einer erholsamen Nacht beigetragen hat :(

Room number 3 is absolutely unfit for living, and I am very surprised and deeply shocked that it is being rented out for money! It is 1.5 by 2 meters in size, it’s impossible to breathe when the air conditioner is turned off, and impossible to leave it on because it is extremely loud. But the worst part is that somewhere behind the wall, someone else’s air conditioner is running at a terribly loud volume—this humming makes almost all the walls in the room vibrate. The noise is like lying in the middle of an industrial factory floor. And it goes on all night! Even earplugs don’t help. I don’t understand how you can treat people so poorly and rent out this room? This is just humiliating! It is absolutely impossible to rest in there. This should be a utility room, not a living space. The guesthouse itself is clean and nice, conveniently located, and the staff are friendly, but all of that is overshadowed by room 3, where it is simply impossible to sleep because of the wild noise.

Only a refrigerator was public. Someone stole the ice packs out of my medical bag, at least they left me in my medication. Reported to the manager. She was very understanding that this could be life threatening for me.It wasn't so bad we had ice to get my medication wrapped up.And get us to our next destination. She gave me a refund for the hotel.Which almost covered the replacement of what was stolen. Nine approaches other than not having a secure place to put my medication.I had no problem to place it was again.We were in and out so fast.

For a short stay like this, you really just need a comfortable bed—but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. The upper bed was very uncomfortable: the mattress was extremely soft and also short, with the remaining space filled with pillows. The A/C was very loud, making it difficult to sleep, and there were a lot of mosquitoes.

El baño tenía moho por muchas partes, arañas y no se había limpiado. La taza estaba rota las dos tapas. La habitación tampoco estaba especialmente limpia, las sábanas si lo estaban. Hace muchísimo calor en la habitación y si pones el aire hace un ruido súper fuerte. Si refresca la habitación pero tienes que estar con un sonido alto y fuerte toda la noche. En la habitación también había arañas porque había muchas telarañas sin limpiar.
