The property did not provide a complete video guide showing how to get to the lobby. As a result, we had to go around the entire building to find it. Secondly, it was difficult to locate the designated parking lot because the directions were unclear, and we had to drive around for quite some time. From the parking lot, we also had to walk some distance to reach the lift. Lastly, body wash was provided in only one bathroom, and the towels were uncomfortable to use as they did not absorb water well. Other than these issues, everything else was fine.

Owner did not check if the key was returned from the last guest, the key is not in the designated location, waited at the key collection mailboxes area over ten minutes, host proposed to change my unit to another unit. The cardboard door is damaged, some towers left in the washing machine(not my first encounter). But the staffs very polite and friendly, they apologized.

Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the view was really nice. The stay was comfortable overall, and the environment was suitable for a small family. I had a good experience staying here.

The kitchen equipment might not be fully complete for cooking. Other than that, everything was okay.

The space, cleanliness, the facilities were new and corridors were cleaned daily. Fittings still new.

Check in process, process of Security Deposit should be handled before day of check in, insistence by staff on payment of deposit by QR code or bank transfer and receipt shown before releasing check in details and location of mail box, misleading advertisement of small Smart TV but can't be operated without own account subscription, small and low double Bed, uncomfortable sofa. Insufficient toiletries, no indoor slippers nor plastic obesity on wet bathroom, floor and kitchen towels were later replenished but not bath towels for 5 nights stay. No pool towels given. 3 Lifts but too slow especially if live on the high floors.

床实在很舒服，只是枕头有点高。非常干净舒适，很舒服。

1）浴室应该要有置放沐浴露和洗发液的装置 2）房间应该备要有tissue 3）浴室应该备有抹手布和拖鞋 4）我的停车位在8楼，但是管理员发了一张7楼的图片给我，这样导致我有点乱了

The house is nice & cozy. Everything is fine with the house.

The instruction of self check in is unclear & confusing. The entitled parking lot is so far away from the lift to the house. Deposit is expensive & need to wait long for refund.

The staff was not friendly , 1 room bed mattress filled with bed bug and cost us so much of stress. Next day morning when contact the staff he did not sound sorry instead jst said they do not have other unit to replace me and no spare mattress to replace too. He suggested to changd bed sheet 😡. Finally the cleaner came to sanitize the room after i personally ask for help and the cleaner gave the mattress they use to replace ours!!!! The managemrnt did not even hv a spare mattress for emergency

The key collection process was horrendous and poorly managed. After a five-hour train journey and a 40-minute Grab ride to the property, I found no counter and had received no instructions beforehand. I was forced to call a number found only after checking my booking details. This led to a chaotic and frustrating sequence. After providing my booking details via WhatsApp, I was left waiting for 25 minutes with zero communication about the delay. My follow-up call was handled by a different agent who falsely claimed the instructions had been sent, then asked me to hold and abruptly hung up. Eventually, the initial contact person replied, explaining they had to check the booking—a detail that should have been communicated immediately instead of leaving a tired customer waiting. The entire check-in process was stressful and caused a significant unnecessary delay to my arrival. The unit appeared unprepared. This lack of readiness may explain the check-in delay: the floor was wet upon entry. Furthermore, the water from the kitchen and bathroom sinks ran brown when first turned on, indicating the unit had been vacant and unused for some time. Finally, the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up during even a short shower. Recommendation: Management must provide clear, proactive instructions (including deposit and key collection procedures) immediately upon booking confirmation and maintain better communication during check-in. If you plan to stay here, I strongly advise you to call them in advance before your arrival to minimize frustration.
