Entrance and stairs were grungy, some items were broken like lamp and towel rack, couch needs cleaned, comforter kind of old and worn, fire alarms went off numerous times from smokers from restaurant.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026mooie en ruime badkamer en geriefelijke slaapruimte met ruime kleerkasten
belichting in keukengedeelte is heel beperkt en er is te weinig eetgerief. Geen beschrijving te vinden voor het gebruik van de oven en de microgolfoven. Ik sta op zwaar dieet om gezondheidsredenen en kan niet steeds op restaurant gaan eten.

Bed linnen were washed, clean, but had spots on them. Older city centre building and in the bathroom, an older water supply system with noise and a slight musky smell.

Er hing een vage schimmelgeur en zat een vochtplek in het plafond boven het bed. Ook was de wc enorm luid bij het doorspoelen. Het gebouw was vrij gehorig. Niet alle stopcontacten werken.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Excellent location, smack down in the middle of the center and close to some great restaurants and bakeries. The host responded promptly and was very helpful in facilitating the changing our reservation to a new date (in line with the reservation options) when my partner got the flu at the last moment. Key pick-up and drop-off were very easy. The studio had all the facilities you might need, with beautiful art deco style bathroom doors.
It might have been an issue with the region of the city where the building can be found, or just in general with the marshy soil, but there were issues with the plumbing/sewage pipes during our stay: there was a very umpleasant smell from the bathroom which didn't go away with 2 air fresheners. Again, might have been an issue in the region of the city itself, as the square across the street also had similar smell issues. I found the bed very hard and the pillow far, far too soft/thin (woke up with a terrible crick in my back). Finally, the bathub had a leak.

Blisko centrum. Komunikacja.udogodnienia. natomiast jest problem z kluczami do drzwi głównych. Poza otwarciem restauracji nie można się dostać do pokoju z zewnątrz. W sobotę rano spędziłem ponad godzinę aż ktoś wychodził i otworzył drzwi, a wyszedłem tylko do Albert Hain po mleko i utknąłem na zewnątrz!

Неприятный запах был в ванной комнате , запах канализации . Постельное было не чистое , было не комфортно спать. Также в комнате было очень холодно .

Verlichting: geen licht in keukenblok, zelf maar lamp gekocht!! Geen stroom bij t bed in de nacht . Knop om licht uit te schakelen bij ingang kamer , dan geen stroom meer op stopcontacten. Verlengsnoer en stekkerdoos gekocht in dit op te lossen .

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025- Lokalizacja jest Super, samo centrum łatwy dostep w sumie wszędzie - Prywatności w pokoju jest mega dobra, duże zasłony oraz moim zdnaiem dobrze wygłuszone pokoje powodują ze można czuć sie swobodnie. - Wyglad Pokoju jest super nic dodać nic ująć - Wyposażenie kuchni oraz łazienki bylo wystarczające w łazience mydło płyn papier oraz duza ilość ręczników w kuchni zaś sztućce taleze i inne potrzebne rzeczy:)
- Słabe lub w sumie brak oświetlenia w kuchni, niestety to ja suficie nie bylo wystarczające ale poradziliśmy sobie lampką stojąca kolo sofy :) - Nie działający odpływ w wannie w sensie takim ze korek przepuszczał wodę i nie dało sie jej skutecznie napełnić

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025De locatie was top, hartje centrum. Sfeervol ingericht en een heerlijk bed om in te slapen. Schoon en fris. Inchecken ging super makkelijk en duidelijke berichten vanuit eigenaar hoe in en uit te checken. Heerlijke plek.
In de badkamer functioneerde het bad en douche niet helemaal naar behoren, bubbelbad deed t niet en de mengkraan van de douche was niet optimaal. Verder zaten er wat dingetjes los zoals een handdoeken rekje. Ons deerde het verder niet, we hebben verder prima kunnen douchen en badderen. Maar wel de tip dit even na te lopen.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2024The studio was fabulous. It was very easy to connect with the host and get the key. Fabulous location - right in city and number 10 bus to the station outside the door. The studio was on the 1st floor. There were quite a few steps to get up there. You opened a door first, and then there were 3 studios behind that door. Good security. The studio had a big bathroom with a spa bath that had a shower over it, toilet, and a huge vanity. There was a 2 burner stovetop, oven, fridge, and all kitchen facilities to use. Nice big, comfortable queen bed and wardrobe. Dining table, two chairs, and TV with many different channels. The heating was very good, set at 21 degrees. The host was very accommodating, and I could ring if there were any issues. There was a restaurant downstairs which was handy for meals if you didn't want to go into the city centre or to just have a drink. There was a separate room that had a washing machine and dryer. There was also a clothes airer, ironing board, and iron in the studio. It was very cosy, and it had everything that I needed.
Only the view outside my windows as there was a ducted heating system. Everything else was fabulous.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2023Great apartment in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Very close to the waterbus which is a great way to journey or commute. Had a minor problem which was quickly resolved by the hosts who were easy going and happy to help.

Toilet flushed loudly, for some reason. Not a huge problem. :)
