The apartment was well equiped. Location is excellent.

The check-out list was way too much to ask. I didn't understand why guests should be responsible of taking out the trash and put the dishes in the dishwaher and make sure we place them back...

Property was right in the centre of everything, fantastic location and walking distance to train station.

The location and view were a breathtaking experience. Having the majestic Swiss Alps around us made our vacation super special and can't be replaced. Also, having an apartment fully furnished and equipped with everything that could potentially be needed was impressive. Lastly, having Coop so near to our apartment eliminated the need to search for groceries outside of Grindelwald. Bonus tip: The view of the mountain through the apartment skylight was the BEST!

The lack of clear instructions to operate the laundry machines made it a hassle, especially the drier. The English instructions were misplaced, so we had to search online until we found the booklet. The drier instructions should have more text guidance instead of relying mainly on pictures. A downside is that the laundry room is located in the basement.

Located right on the centrum of Grindelwald, very close to Grindelwald station that allows you to easily travel to other attractions e.g., Jungfrau. Well-equipped kitchen and very close to Coop that you can prepare meals yourself. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Noise from the street at night. For coffee lovers, be aware that you need to pay for the coffee capsules or bring your own. We were very unfortunate to run into the maintance work, which is right on our rooftops, for 4 out of 6 nights stay. The Griwa Rent did offer 80% discount for 4 nights as compensation, but would be great to know that even before I booked the apartment, as most people come to Grindelwald probably once in their lifetime. Personally would rather avoid that during vacation than receiving a discount.

Super convenient location close to the train station and shopping opportunities. Suprisingly quiet despite being on the main thoroughfare. Super well equipped kitchen. Stereotypical Swiss holiday apartment furnishings. Lots of storage room and coat hangers. Convenient to have a reception; the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Water pressure in shower. Curtains in kids room let too much light in.

It was an excellent apartment neat and clean with great view and access to metro, supermarkets etc. True value for money, I 'll visit again.

Great location. The apartment was clean and spacious.

We had little issue with checking in. Griwa Rent handle it really good, so we just moved on. Make sure you will get enter code from Griwarent before arrival, especially if your arrival is after hours.

The flat is comfortable and beautiful, with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. We will definitely consider booking the flat again. Thank you.

Conveniently located in grindelwald. Short walk to train station and supermarket. Feel of cottage stay. Near to all the attractions in grindelwald. Train and bus rides to nearby places of interest too.

Perfect location. The apartment was the best!! Will definitely come back!!! The staff was so friendly, and helpful…and field so much for us!! They made sure all were perfect!!

Very spacious and really well equipped apartment, washing machine available as well as a room to air dry your clothes, good location in the center, good furniture. Clean and nice apartment. Easily accessible basement parking. Good balcony. Quite peaceful area at night. Cathrine was super nice and helpful! She made our checkout super smooth! We really appreciated her help! It made our day!

The hardware in the toilet and bathroom require changing. The area is noisy in the morning since it’s directly on the road. On self checkin, instead of receiving a warm welcome into what’s going to be our home for 5 days, the standard instructions included a list of warnings and threats, that was very unpleasant. There are better ways of conveying rules/recommendations to tenants that we’ve seen in use worldwide. The signs around the apartment were also demeaning and rude. Extra charge for additional towels/bedsheets which I’ve never seen anywhere else. Checkout is too early + there’s no checkout on Sundays. City view only no view of the beautiful greenery.

Location was great. Right in town, near Coop. Good kitchen to cook own meals.

This apartment is exceptional—spacious, modern, clean and is in the heart of the village, just 2 min walk to the grocery store and 4 min walk to the train station. The view is spectacular. We could not have asked for more.

Kitchen is very equipped. 2 toilets which is good. Heating is very good. Many tv channels. Very comfortable. Staff also opened reception door for us to deposit luggage when we arrived early. Location is very central and near train station. Balcony is very nice.

Finding the right lift and apartment was slightly challenging, the signs are not clear and the reception staff didnt explain. The place can be noisy as it is next to the street and at midnight, there is always some noisy drunkards shouting or singing on the streets, for a few minutes (on 2 nights for us).

need to throw our big thrash as we cook and is abt 130m away. no one showed us how to use the key in the lift and the level is confusing. it’s a smart key system, which is unique. need to pay chf300 for our family of 5.

location is convenience and very close to many attractions places. facilities is good especially the kitchen are so well equipped. will definitely come back if coming back to Switzerland.

check in after office hour are a little confuse with the instruction given are quite confusing.
