Reviewed Nov 15, 2025Exceptional place to stay in Alexandria and enjoy its well known sea breeze with a great sea view, and all for a very affordable price. The flat is well equipped and comfy, also very spacious which is a great choice for families and big groups. The balcony is enormous and suitable for a lot of activities while enjoying Alexandria's everyday sunny skies. The host was very nice and helpful, thanks for making our stay in Alexandria so beautiful and memorable.
Nothing to be considered a deal breaker at all, everything went as planned, and was as described.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025The view on the sea from the terrace is splendid and calm The size of the apartment, it is very large and very airy and bright The apartment is located in a private park guarded by 4 workers and it is very well organized.
The building where the apartment is located is deserted, as if abandoned, empty of its inhabitants, following a measure? The only inhabited apartment located on the top floor is this apartment rented to Booking.com, and it looks more like a squat. When you enter the building, you find long-abandoned stairs with trash, abandoned objects, and dog droppings, never cleaned. Arriving at the apartment, you find an old rug placed on the edge of a window that the cleaning lady had to remove from the apartment because it was too dirty. In the apartment, the apartment is not in the condition shown in the Booking.com photos. All the furniture is old and worn. The stove is covered in dirty grease that hasn't been cleaned for years. Inside the large living room, there is a staircase leading down, closed by a door at the bottom. It is littered with trash and abandoned objects. The kitchen furniture inside is old and dirty. Otherwise, the rest is acceptable.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2025The view is wonderful. The person who welcomed us gave us the phone numbers of places where we can buy what we need, and that was very helpful. The apartment ist big.
The guesthouse needs improvement, especially regarding cleanliness. I don’t want to discourage anyone from the place, as it may be cleaner now, I hope. However, I felt responsible to mention this. Families with babies might want to consider the current level of cleanliness. For a group of young people, it may not matter as much, since the view is really wonderful.

الحمامات سيئة، الدش لايعمل بطريقة جيدة، المايه ضعيفه وبتقطع بالليل معظم الايام. توجد رائحة غير جيدة بالمطبخ، مكتوب انها 3حمامات، لكن يوجد حمام مغلق لايعمل. مكتوب يوجد 3سراير واثنين كنبه سرير، لكن لايوجد كنب سرير، واضطر بعضنا ينام على الارض. لايوجد ترابيس للحمامات او ابواب الغرف. سلالم العماره دائما عليها كراكيب كتير وأشياء هالكة. المراوح متهالكة ولا تعمل جيدا

Reviewed Apr 10, 2025Wasn't clean at all, we had to call the owner so she sent somone to clean it. The door broke, when we asked someone to come fix it, they didn't come until we complained and they came to fix it much later. Also some of the windows were in poor condition and would let in a lot of air. The bathrooms were not in order. Beds weren't comfy at all and made much of noise and the furniture was old.

The apartment wasn't clean so it was uncomfortable for us, the delivery service took so long to arrive there, the door keys got stuck many times, bed sheets weren't clean.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2025I do not recommend staying at this place for the following reasons :- .beds are not comfortable at all .doors don’t close properly .windows for two of the rooms were broken and bringing air inside the room which was annoying and waking me up sometimes .towel hanger in the bathroom is removed. .heater of the bathroom is working in one bathroom only and hot water lasts for less than 10 mins. .shower head is broken and not working properly .everything seems to be very consumed and even normal maintenance are not being done

Reviewed May 16, 2024The location which is first row directly on the sand & very closed to the sea. The sea view was just amazing. The Appartment size was very large: 3 big rooms, 3 good bathrooms & very big Receiption.
The way to reach was very narrow. The village itself is very poor compared to the Appartment. The cleaning needs enhancement.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2024Great location in gated community. Early check in was possible in another appartment (very close) when we arrived very early to Alexandria. (Best to communicate in Arabic.) Amazing balcony and view. Very spacious. Washing machine works well. Small shops and cafes nearby.
No self check-in possible, no towels. Not a lot of glasses and plates. 45 min drive to main centre.
