Clean, comfortable accommodation and spacious shared space. Clear labelling in shared space. Quiet neighborhood. Though I never met the host, she was responsive to questions and suggestions. Definitely a place I would book again if I visit Umeå again.

Though I didn't need it during my stay, there was no sign indicating where to find an iron and iron board.

Fräscht rum, utmärkt dusch och toalett. Köket såg fint ut men använde det inte. Tyst och lungt på natten.

Nice kitchen with fridge to use. Clean, cozy bathroom. Nice big room with a comfy bed.

The walls are not that sound proof so sometimes you could hear people talking from the other rooms, or snoring.

Tyvärr kändes det ostädat och dammigt i flera av utrymmena.

Mein Fahrrad konnte sicher im Garten stehen. Das Haus ist gemütlich. Ich habe ca 36 Euro bezahlt, für den Preis ist es wirklich sehr gut. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind incl. Ich habe prima geschlafen, da alle Gäste rücksichtsvoll waren.

Nice and cosy house. Completely quiet. friendly landlord and other guests were quiet during our stay. Super clean and easy access. Balcony was really nice with a beautiful garden.

Friendly staff! Dog was very welcome with 10€ additional price.

There is too little parking space and very high risk of getting ticketed if you park on the street.

5 min from apartment is a wood with skiing trail, nice for walking also. Nice large kitchen (large fridge, microwave, cooking plate etc.) and living room with 2 sofas. Terase was also nice with a large dining table.

Closest shop ICA is 10-15 min away, cheaper shops are even farther. Cafes and Restaurants are in the center (30+ min walk). One shower for 5 rooms was not busy but it was hard to regulate water to cooler side.

Room was clean . Everything was easy to check in and check out as well as reaching the place.

Nothing important except the clock in the room was ticking too loudly to me .

Very friendly and helpful host. I got a lot of tips on sites to visit, activities and restaurants. The kitchen was really well organised with kitchen utensils and Each room had its own pots n pans clearly marked with labels on cupboards.
