Quince Studio w/ Balcony Orochi Staycation PH at Loop Tower CDO

I did love that the location was close to Limketkai Mall and several other major malls in the area. The views from the unit were incredible, the air conditioning worked great, and the WiFi was decent throughout my stay. The bed was also comfortable, which made resting easy after long days out. The security staff were also extremely nice, respectful, and helpful during my stay.

Look I’m just being honest, it’s a tight space and the bathroom door is installed the wrong way. The shower head was clogged up with lime residue, there was ants and small bugs in all the outlets. And if you’re looking for quiet stay it’s not, they put the “call to prayer” for the Muslims on the loudest speaker I’ve ever heard 5 times a day it’s highly disturbing. The elevators were constantly under maintenance so it took 10 mins sometimes to get up and down. I was in the 25th floor so it’s a hassle, and the floor was not clean and no real mop or broom was provided. I wouldn’t stay here again but I highly suggest that you put more effort in your unit.

We have arrived a little bit late, so the self-check in is very convenient. All instructions and details has been provided prior our arrival.

The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. The kitchen had everything in it that we could use, and more. Slippers were provided, and a blowdrier and clothes steamer was also available for use. TV, cable and internet connection was also great. The place also has a water heater and bidet, and liquid soap was provided. Towels and tissues were also provided. The place is walking distance to everything. We could easily go to the mall, or the public market. Coordination with the staff is great, and even the staff members at the building were courteous and very helpful.

While the place is not really a hotel, providing simple toiletries would go a long way, such as toothbrushes and shampoo. This is just a suggestion. We brought our own so it was really no trouble to us.

The location was very good. Within walking distance of the major malls. The view from my room was spectacular.

Sometimes there would be what seemed like arguing in the hallway that would wake me up.

The bulding is nice and the view is great at the 25th floor. Nice rooftop on the 26th floor.

The balcony is very small (30 cms large)... In fact, it's not a balcony. Impossible to put a chair outside. Many noises because the neighbor was doing DIY. The drilling machine was covering our voices. The internet is very very slow ! The floor was dirty : after a few minutes taking off our shoes, our feet were black of dirt. There's a nice rooftop but no light in the evening. Impossible to stay there.

The room was beautiful and super clean with complete amenities. Bed was very comfortable, wifi is provided and even slippers. A stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, plates and utensils were available for use. Airconditioning unit, water heater and bathroom facilities are working perfectly well. Owner is super kind and accommodating! Location is perfect since it is within the Limketkai Center property. Check-in and check-out process was hassle-free! Highly recommended! 👍👍👍
