The facilities on the Hoburne site were good but the booking we had didn’t pay for a pass. It is very close to some very attractive locations. The children loved crabbing at Mudeford Quay.
The caravan was described as ultra modern, it wasn’t. The mattress in the main bedroom was bigger than the frame and was it pretty uncomfortable . The single mattresses in the other bedroom were so soft, it was hard not to roll off them. It is overlooked, though this wasn’t a problem for us. The caravan doesn’t have double glazing throughout and the bedroom is pretty close to a road with significant traffic. The description on booking.com is not entirely accurate. I hired another caravan for my family via Hoborn Holidays for the same dates. This was indeed ultra modern, had a dishwasher and a washing machine, had three bedrooms with decent mattresses and had four passes for the attractions and it only cost £100 more.

Just the right amount of space and activities for the kids, plenty to do in surrounding areas. Close enough to the beach to walk to.
A shop on site would have been handy, but not the end of the world that there wasn't one.
