Hotel Al Sasso di Stria

Genuinely friendly and helpful staff (especially Nick) who went above and beyond to assist us with laundry and travel logistics to our next destination! Tasty food served at restaurant. Great location, comfortable room.

Restaurant dinner was good and reasonably priced. Mountain location is wonderful, a great stop between the eastern and western Dolomites. I give the service 10 stars! I had a heart "event" and Nick the manager helped me get to a hospital in the middle of the night. The next day, the owner helped my wife and sister get to my hospital over an hour away. I'm back in the US and recovering nicely, but without the extra service provided by this fine hotel, who knows. So, to all the wonderful people at Hotel Al Sasso di Stria...THANKS!!!

Os quartos apesar de serem um pouco antigos, principalmente a casa de banho, estava tudo bastante limpo e era muito confortável. E o melhor de tudo, os funcionários! Dede a recepção até ao restaurante, foram todos de uma simpatia e amabilidade incríveis!

Schönes Hotel mit Wahnsinns Bergpanorama. Zimmer neu renoviert, ausser die Bäder. Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Pizza ist empfehlenswert

Beautiful location in the mountains and close to hikes. Friendly staff.

Could hear noise from adjacent rooms and floors. No fridge in the room. Food in the restaurant was average and there are limited alternative options nearby.

Gentilezza e cortesia al ricevimento e da parte di tutto il personale dello staff. I gestori sono pure simpatici e professionali. Colazione ottima , i piatti serviti sono raffinati e gustosi . E' stata un esperienza davvero ottima. Consigliatissimo !

Location absolutely stunning, facilities very clean, staff friendly and helpful.

Would not take dinner as standard, would have had more choice if just turned up for dinner and chosed from full menu, as opposed to restricted menu as part of full board, also able not to have a 3 course meal each night as well. Food fine, just prefer the flexibility of not having the fixed package. I'm sure that was probably an option, just did not realise it, or it was not obvious.

Posizione ottima per spostarsi nelle montagne circostanti e nelle realtà vicine. Colazione super fornita. Prodotti di qualità e una vasta offerta tra dolce e salato. Abbiamo fatto la mezza pensione e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti anche dei piatti proposti e della bontà! Ambienti molto puliti e staff disponibile e cortese. Località fuori da tutto ma ideale per rilassarsi e visitare i dintorni.

Rivedere l'insonorizzazione delle camere (soprattutto le porte d'ingresso alla stessa), offrire la scelta di cuscini per il letto più bassi. Io non gradisco i piumoni che solitamente si trovano nelle strutture in montagna perchè molto pesanti e tengono molto caldo, ma questa è una mia opinione personale.

Son emplacement à flanc de montagne est tout à fait spectaculaire et très pratique pour toutes nos activités de plain air. L’accès à la « bike room » nous a été très pratique. L’accueil a été chaleureux et très accommodant.

La grandeur de la chambre et de la douche, c’était très étroit et il y avait peu de rangement pour notre valise. Nous avions une chambre dans l’établissement secondaire et c’était peu insonorisé. Il n’y avait pas de ventilation dans la chambre ni de moustiquaire dans la fenêtre donc nous avons eu chaud pendant la nuit.

El hotel en general todo bien y el personal muy amable, además de que hablaban español La habitación aunque era un poco pequeña era bastante cómoda y la limpiaban todos los días

Habían diferentes edificios y nos tocó uno sin ascensor y llevábamos una maleta pesada

Muy buena ubicación, personal muy amable, la comida muy buena.

The hotel is a renovation of an old structure, located in a quiet area high in the mountains. Ideal for a quiet holiday, for sport lovers (so close to hiking, biking, climbing paradises). Good location as well to visit the nearby Cortina. The personennel is young and dynamic, careful to the guest needs. Vibrant atmosphere and good food high in the mountains (both breakfast and the restaurant qualities are above the average).

Decor pretty basic, but renovation works are going on

Hotel położony w malowniczej okolicy, w świetnej lokalizacji - blisko szlaków prowadzących na Cinque Torri oraz niedaleko Cortiny d’Ampezzo. Obsługa bardzo miła i uprzejma, a śniadania smaczne, urozmaicone i zdecydowanie warte polecenia. Pokój był czysty i ładnie urządzony.

Pokój mieliśmy w drugim budynku na przeciw głównego, przed zameldowaniem nie było o tym informacji. Na śniadania musielismy przechodzić przez ulicę.

La struttura ha una posizione strategica molto vicino al Passo. La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiata era nuova e molto carina, unica pecca il bagno molto vecchio. Ma comunque doccia con acqua calda e non abbiamo avuto problemi con i servizi dello stesso. I camerieri molto gentili e disponibili. Colazione con dolce e salato, buona. La cena, avendo fatto mezza pensione, diciamo che è andata bene (cucina migliorabile) ma abbiamo sempre mangiato tutto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

I stayed at attached block of main building, the room was very good, however, the bathroom window has no curtain covered, the only way to avoid peeping is to leave the bathroom door open to block window.

Всё было отлично. Номер очень чистый. Нам достался номер с балконом. Завтрак превосходный.

На завтраке кофе варят индивидуально. В принципе это отлично, но отель расположен рядом с большим количеством достопримечательностей, и думаю, что не только мы, а и многие другие хотят поесть очень быстро и ехать, а не ждать кофе. Кофемашина наверное была бы актуальна. Это конечно просто наше мнение и никак не влияет на оценку.

Incredibly helpful and kind staff. We got lost trying to walk to the hotel from Passo Falzarego in a rain storm. Called the hotel for help. They graciously picked us up. Room was in a separate building and quite comfortable.

Camera da 4 un po' piccola con armadi insufficienti. Letto a castello piuttosto scomodo.

Cosy hotel and we liked the location very much. Staff was helpful and food was good at the restaurant, there was also gluten free options that was a plus.

When we arrived the room was not clean there was hair and dust at the floor. Room price was quite high versus facility's.

Está en una buena zona. Relativamente cerca de Cortina de Ampezzo. Las habitaciones son aceptables.

Sin embargo, el establecimiento estuvo lejos de ofrecernos algo razonable por el precio que pagamos. Me pareció excesivo para las condiciones de la habitación que nos ofrecieron, que además, nada tenía que ver con las fotos de las habitaciones publicadas en la plataforma (mucho más pequeña y poco acogedora) y ni siquiera se encontraba en el edificio principal, sino en un edificio aparte. Pasamos una noche y fue suficiente. Es sin duda el alojamiento por el que más pagamos en nuestra estancia en Dolomitas y el que más nos decepcionó con respecto a nuestras expectativas.

Das Essen war sehr gut (die besten Speckknödel, die ich je gegessen habe).

Номер был небольшой, но комфортный. Самое приятное, что было отопление! Днём из-за него было жарко, зато ночью очень комфортно. Весь персонал приятный и дружелюбный - всё подробно рассказали, терпеливо разрешили наши вопросы, были внимательны к нам.

Отопление работало нелогично - днём батареи были теплые (на улице было +20), а ночью холодные (было +5)

Frühstück hatte alles, was ich mir wünsche. Lage direkt am Falzarego-Pass perfekt für Klettersteige wie Kaiserjäger/Lagazuoi-Tunnels, Col dei Bos, Tomaselli, Hexenstein, Punta Anna/Gianni Aglio oder Wanderungen zu Cinque Torri oder Croda da Lago

Ein Lift im Nebenhaus fehlt

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. De locatie was centraal voor hikes.

Great location, quiet environment, up in the mountains. Very peaceful and relaxing after a trek.

Amplasată la aproape 2000 m altitudine, în apropierea pasului Falzarego, oferă o poziție excelentă pentru a ajunge în diferite puncte : fie în Cortina d'Ampezzo, fie în pasul Giau sau pasul Gardena. Personalul este extrem de amabil și chiar hazliu, toți știu să se facă plăcuți; la recepție se vorbește fluent engleză și franceză, chiar cu o dicție impresionantă. Există o parcare destul de încăpătoare, singura problemă ar fi mașinile parcate pe două locuri, care diminuă considerabil posibilitățile de parcare. Există un restaurant, unde se servește micul dejun, iar seara se poate lua masa. Oferta este generoasă, iar mâncarea gustoasă. Personalul este extrem de amabil și muncitor.

Chambre réservée avec 3 lits (nous sommes 3 motards) et seulement 1 lit double et 1 petit lit. Chambre exiguë, pas de chaise. Prix prohibitif pour une prestation modeste.

Posizione ottima, stanze pulite, staff gentile.

La stanza era in una depandance separata dall'hotel ed era un po' scomodo fare avanti e indietro dal ristorante/bar, soprattutto quando pioveva. Non eravamo stati avvisati né era esplicitato nella prenotazione.

Ubicación increible

El alojamiento en sí está bien y el personal es magnífico. Lo que no nos gustó en general fue el restaurante, cenamos una noche y además de que la calidad no es muy allá, tardamos mucho en que nos sirvieran los platos. El desayuno normal, no está mal pero tampoco para recordar.

Aan het ontbijt was er alles wat je nodig had. Goed gelegen hotel om van daaruit uitstappen te doen in de Dolomieten. Het personeel is vriendelijk, zeker achter de receptie en altijd bereid om te helpen. Ook in het restaurant van het hotel kan je s’avonds lekker eten, zijn zelf nooit meer hiervoor weggereden. Komen zeker nog terug!

Eigenlijk niets. Wij sliepen zelf aan het gebouw aan de overkant en deze kamers zijn wat gedateerd en aan de kleine kant. Maar omdat wij op zich ben je er niet veel.
