Model J Hotel Jakarta Soekarno - Hatta Airport

The proximity to airport and the free shuttle service to airport

Staff were nice.

No room service. Can’t call frontdesk. Everything goes through this app which is not helpful at all.

Good hotel near the airport.

Great stay - super clean and really nice and helpful staff - would do again Shuttle was free , but sad we had to wait for over 1h for the shuttle and it was also 30 min late - so waiting in total 1,5h for the shuttle

Waited super long for the shuttle

The lobby smelled nice, the staff was nice

They charge for absolutely every little thing, when it looked included on the site. They stopped me mid coffee pour to tell me it’s not included, I nearly turned into a dragon. My room smelled awful, shower was dirty.

Very clean, perfect location if you want to catch a flight. Friendly staff, thank you Shinta.

Far from the city

Perfect. The beds were super comfy. Thankfully, the hotel also has washer/dryer machines.

Lovely employees at front desk and at breakfast. Clean rooms. Lovely accomodations. Friendly staff. Great place I wish to visit again

Elevators only take you to your floor and no other floor. It's a problem if your friend is on a different floor

Close to airport. Clean. Friendly.

Nothing

Close to the airport. Great for a one night stay. Hotel gym is small, but adequate. More than enough free weight and cardio machines.

Pulizia, dimensioni e accoglienza

Odore un po’ sgradevole nel bagno cieco

Echt alles is perfect.

A bar would be nice, but the hotel next door had an excellent one.

No bar

Keep it up

Ubicación y limpieza.

Hotel baru, bersih, nama receptionis Shinta, sangat ramah sangat membantu. Kamar kami di up grade. Terimakasih

Excellent location near the airport for a short stay. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the airport.

Free shuttle to the airport runs only every hour. The process of downloading the hotel app to confirm a spot on the shuttle felt like a bit of a hassle.

Clean and quiet

Faraway from downtown little bit

The room and the service

It’s close to the airport and they are extremely friendly and staff all speak English very nice for me as a American. Some notable staff are Riyan, Rahmat, Aby, and dava They have helped me from tech issues on the TV (connecting my ps5 to the TV) to requesting a shuttle and knowledge about the area and where to to go super helpful every one was helpful but the ones above I have spent time with and have been extra kind to me and other guests.

The hotel was new and clean. I really appreciate that my room was upgraded and free shuttle service from and to airport (Betterwood membership). Really appreciate the laundry service as well.

No robe provided (they said unless I book the biggest room, they don't provide it). No phone at the room (you can scan the barcode inside the room using betterwood app instead but I think got replied by AI so if you need something you have to go down to the concierge to ask). No room service so if you need lunch or dinner you have to order using Grab/Gojek or go outside.

Nothing

The breakfast, customer service and cleanliness were stellar

Put some knives at the buffet for the Western guests that are not used to only use forks and spoons.

The breakfast is simple but meet my expectation. The laundry is perfect. The staff is very kind and supportive. Most important they provide a convenience shuttle van to airport.

Everything about this hotel. Service, cleanliness, location, price, everything. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in a hotel near airport!

Nothing

That was wonderful time. We got better room than we should and also free early check in because of Aby and Shinta. They are great stuff. Very helpful.

Comfortable, clean, good proximity to the airport

They make you download an app for the free shuttle service to the airport. I dislike any service that forces you to download unnecessary and useless apps which I then anyways have to delete after my stay

It was all very new and clean with lovely linen, great shower etc. The staff were extremely helpful.
