Riad Vivre - Design Boutique Riad in Marrakech

We rented the entire riad for our family stay, and it was such a nice and relaxing experience. The riad is very beautiful and well maintained. The best part was the small pool in the middle with a fountain. It had everything we needed, from towels to a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a Nespresso machine.

It’s located in the medina, but you need to walk at least 10–15 minutes to reach good restaurants or historic sites to visit.

Cała willa jest pięknie urządzona . Gospodarz dba o czystość i bezpieczeństwo. Wspaniale i pyszne śniadania 🍳 nic nie brakowało prze miła pani bardzo się stara i docenialiśmy wszystko. Warto mieć kontakt z gospodarzem przez Watssapp bo pomaga ze wszystkim z transportem z lotniska i bagażami poleca sprawdzone miejsca.

La piscina al piano terra è fantastica, la colazione davvero ottima e il personale gentilissimo. Camere pulite e spaziose. Ogni camera ha un bagno privato con doccia.

This is a beautiful and comfortable property in the heart of Marrakech. The staff, particularly Mohsine and Fatiha, were incredibly welcoming and made everything run smoothly. In particular, we have to thank them for the remarkable care taken to prepare breakfasts and dinners that were the highlight of our stay; they were a delight for us and also satisfied our relatively picky-eating children.

A great place in the center of the city where you relax after visiting the city. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home

El Riad es precioso, y tanto el manager como la cocinera encantadores, nos han hecho la estancia muy agradable, siempre pendientes y ayudándonos en todo lo que hemos necesitado. El desayuno muy rico. Totalmente recomendado.

The location felt a bit unsafe at night

Mindennel nagyon elégedettek voltunk ismét! Másodszor voltam itt 1 éven belül, mert nagyon tetszett, hogy csak mi 10-en voltunk a Riadban és egy fotós workshophoz tökéletes választás volt számunkra. De ugyanúgy ha csak nyaralni mentem volna egy nagyobb társasággal, akkor is őket választanám újra és újra.:) Az egész Riad gyönyörű, hatalmas belső udvarral és plusz tetőterasszal, összesen 2 medencével. Mindenhol volt bőven hely 10 fő számára, akár a belső udvaron reggeliztünk, akár a tetőreszon a lounge részen üldögéltünk. Mohsine fogadott minket és mindenben nagyon segítőkész volt, folyamatosan kontaktban volt velük, hogy minden rendben van-e. Transzfert is rajta keresztül kértünk és segített a program ajánlásával kapcsolatban is, amikor szükségünk volt rá. A konyhájuk (nem csak a reggeli) isteni finom házias jellegű, hagyományos marokkói ételekkel. Egyszerűen nem tudok, csak pozitívan nyilatkozni róluk, ahova bármikor visszatérnék újra.:))

Het is een prachtige riad. Een oase van rust in de drukke stad. Mohsin en Fatiha waren uiterst behulpzaam en flexibel. Enig minpunt het warm water van de douches.

Great location to explore the Medina on foot and an excellent breakfast every morning with fresh fruit, homemade jams, pancakes, pastries, roti, coffee, and cappuccino. The staff were extremely accommodating with breakfast times, and even helped us with our luggage and meeting the pick-up driver on departure. They were always available to suggest places to visit as well. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to have dinner at the riad, but we’ll definitely try it next time.

We had an amazing stay at this Riad in Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the villa manager, Moshin. He was always available via WhatsApp for anything we needed and helped arrange wonderful activities for us during our stay, including a hot air balloon flight which was unforgettable. The Riad also has a wonderful cook who prepared delicious breakfasts every morning, kept our rooms spotless, and was available to make dinner upon request. The hospitality truly made us feel at home. The location is perfect, right above the souks, making it easy to walk everywhere in the city. Despite being in the heart of Marrakesh, we felt completely safe and comfortable at all times. We will definitely return to this Riad on our next visit to Marrakesh. Highly recommended.

Riad Vivre is a beautiful escape of calm from the buzz, bells, bikes and crowds. The location is perfect as close to many restaurants, medinas for shopping from tiny stores to large boutiques. We had delicious breakfast everyday with fresh orange juice, coffee, pancakes and fruit. Our chef was amazing and made our stay really lovely. Mohsine was really helpful booking airport taxis, buying wine, orientating us on our first day and letting us stay a bit later on checkout as we had a late flight. The terrace area is gorgeous and perfect for a nap. We didn’t get much sun up there though due to time of year I guess. We all loved it and had a lot of fun.

Some of the beds were super hard. Mine was a single and I felt like my bones were broken the first night! They did add an extra layer but still very hard. Only curtains to the en-suite bathrooms - we were friends sharing rooms and beds so it was a bit too intimate but we all gave each other time alone. We weren’t told about the RIAD key so we got locked out on day 3. There had always been someone there up to that point.

Beautiful and calm riad with a great location in the Medina (old town). We were a group of seven friends and had the riad to ourselves. Wonderful interior, clean and delicate. Incredibly peaceful and serene place to come back to after a bustling day out. We couldn’t have been more happy with the friendly and personal service from Mohcine, Redoune and Fatiha. Mohcine reached out via WhatsApp prior to the stay and helped us in so many ways, always ready to answer questions. Fatiha makes wonderful food and coffee. We stayed in the first night and got a lovely homemade Maroccan meal. Highly recommend this place.

This riad is beautifully decorated and in an excellent location, just away from the hustle and bustle of the souks Mohcine and Fatiha were amazing hosts, helping us organise transport from the airport, recommendations for local food and shops and Fatiha making us a delicious breakfast every morning! Even making it for us for 7 am on our last day due to our flight times

The WiFi didn’t reach the main bedroom properly, I think partly due to the thick walls, maybe an additional router could be placed upstairs to resolve this! On our first night it smelled lovely with candles/incense burning, it would’ve been nice to have the option to do this throughout the weeks stay as on some days there was a drain smell

Mohcine and the staff were so wonderful! Even with a late arrival, they were responsive and attentive. They were flexible with my groups travel plans and had great recommendations.

It was a little far from the downtown/market area but still had sufficient food places within walking distance

Magnifique établissement!!! Très bien situé ! Proche du Souk et de plusieurs restaurants très sympa ! Le personnel est incroyable!!! Fatia et Mohsine sont juste des amours ! D’une gentillesse et des personnes très serviables! Nous avons vraiment adoré ce Riad ! Nous avions pris un soir le souper et c’était super bon ! Les petits déjeuner de Fatia sont au top également !

Le seul point négatif c’est que dans l’une des chambres il y avait pas mal l’odeur des canalisations.. Autrement tout le reste était parfait !!!

It exceeded all our expectations.:))) I can say that this has been the BEST accommodation I have ever stayed in, and I travel at least every month or two. I've been to Marrakech once 6 years ago, but that accommodation is nothing compared to this. There were 10 of us in total, so we had the whole Riad to ourselves. Mohsine, the host, is very nice and helpful. He was available at all times and fulfilled all our requests immediately. He helped us with the taxi, lunch and other information. The lady who cooked lunch for us was a goddess.:) All rooms were very comfortable and clean. There were 5 rooms in total, all with 2 double beds. No one had to sleep in the "living room" as it appears when you book (I think they made an extra room.) This Riad is so beautiful that many times we rather enjoyed our stay and didn't want to go out.:D In the mornings we did yoga on the roof terrace in the sunshine. Every morning we woke up to the sound of birds.:))) The area was completely safe. I can only recommend it to everyone, we will definitely return here.

Beautiful decor, great space and lovely facilities - the two pools and rooftop terrace were a real treat! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, and the breakfasts were delicious!

So, after few bad Experiences in Morocco i need to say that i had low expectations. But this Riad is really the best thing that happend to us! Very clean, healty smell, the best Personal working there! Nice Pool, Terase was real pleasure, Room clean, Location in the Old Medina. Whole Riad ist new, renoveted bud still very traditional. Breakfast was really delicious and the Lady that made it for us was souch a nice woman. Our Manager Mochine is really professional, any time there for us, had so much patient with group of 7 womans! Next Time here i will book the same Riad for sure!
