Good location. The host is very sweet and helpful. They also offer scooter rentals and busses to other cities. They also have a restaurant nearby.
No negatives
I had the most wonderful stay at this homestay! From the moment I arrived, the owners made me feel like part of their family, and their kindness and attention to detail were truly remarkable. The lady owner, in particular, was incredibly warm and went out of her way to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The location of the homestay is absolutely perfect for nature lovers. The stunning views surrounding the property were breathtaking, and it was so peaceful to wake up to the sounds of nature every day. Whether it was sitting on the porch or biking around the area, the beauty of the surroundings was unforgettable. I can't recommend this homestay enough. The hospitality, the beautiful location, and the genuine care from the owners made it an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat immersed in nature, this is the perfect place to stay! Thank you very much!!
Friendly staff, nice pool and good views
Very hard beds
The owner Phúc was very helpful and friendly
Everything was perfect!
Lovely outlook, quiet at night
Quite a distance from the town itself - peaceful but need a bike to get into town
Very friendly and helpful hosts that go out of their way to make for a great stay 👍
Family friendly property and budget price. Pool was great considering it was so hot!
The bed was a bit hard and the shower wasn’t great.
The owners were so so so friendly! They even let us check in early after we arrived very early in the morning due to the sleeping bus. We had a great time! The pool was so refreshing and the room was very spacious!

Really nice place with pool, staff very friendly and helpful, room clean and good 👍
Bed a little hard for me
Great location, great breakfast, clean rooms. Very nice place.
Situation in a quiet area, 2 km away from main Tam Coc. Comfortable beds, great a/c, super clean room and bathroom. The hotel over looks a lake, there is a pool you can view it from. It is a very short walk from many restaurants, bars, the Bich Dong Temple & boat pier, and the Ben Thach Bich Boat Pier. The family who own the hotel are very lovely, and very helpful. If you want, they will arrange anything you need: Motorcycles, bicycles, day trips to any where in the region, and of course a taxi back to Ninh Binh.
The peaceful location, close to attractions and walking distance from amenities.
Friendly staff. Great views. Not far from the town
The location was nice and the fact that the hotel had a swimming pool.
No elevator. Getting up on the 4th floor and down with all the luggage in the heat wasn't funny.
The people running the business were lovely and supportive with all our needs.
A lovely family run hotel tucked in the mountainside with splendid views. A home away from home - you are made to feel welcome from the moment of your arrival to the end of your stay. Order your breakfast the night before, and is freshly cooked for you in the morning :-) you don't go here for five star facilities, you go for the homely feel. Being able to swim in the new good sized pool with the views is incredible, will be great when used more by guests. landry was very reasonable and quick turn around. You can walk to a hamlet of food /drink and mini mart options if you want a beer out, or rent the bicycles to get into the main town for more days/night life. Hotel also offered food and drink if you didn't want to venture out. We stayed three nights and it was very relaxing catering to our needs. Would go back if in the area.
The lovely new pool had one too many leaves in and around it for my liking - but that could be personal preference - the view makes it all worth while!
The family is lovely, they will try to help you in everything. The room is big, clean and comfy. The location was perfect for us, but it depends on your travel plans, because it’s 2km away from tam coc center. We love it anyways because is a chill place, near many attractions. We were no lucky with the weather (it rains everyday) but we could enjoy some attractions for being close to the hotel
The view from the hallway is beautiful. Towels were changed daily, trash was taken out daily, the floor was broomed daily and we were brought three bottles of water every day, even when we left on the last morning. The banana pancakes for breakfast were tasty, though only 1 per person. The beds were comfortable. For the price we paid it was a good stay.
The air humidity is terrible. Additionally, the bathroom had no ventilation or window, so when 2 of us took a shower one afternoon, the bathroom tiles were still dripping when you came in the next morning. That also caused the beds and all clothes to always feel clammy.
ULTRA LOVELY STAFF, beautiful location, easy bike and scooter rental with great price, absolutely great stay :)
Everything was Perfect
Good location close to bird park and caves! Easy cycle ride round great scenery! Hotel owner very keen to help in all aspects of visit!
Good sized room, somewhat spoiled by having 2 large double beds! Bikes that were hired out from the hotel left much to be desired - poorly maintained and very old!!!!
Beautiful location although a few minutes out of town. Very attentive and helpful staff.
The property is located in a beautiful and quiet area with stunning views. The owners are extremely kind and helpful and as I had to take a bus late in the evening, they even let me use my room for the rest of my check-out day without any extra cost.
Amazing view, great price, and the staff was very helpful

Good location, nice staff, possibility to rent bicycle.
Great people work there. Can rent a bike. Can get laundry done
Window as broken, bathroom smelt like sewer, didn’t have hot water, no heat. Bed was very hard. Walls were thin. Noisy
Spacious rooms and the friendliest hosts we’ve had in Vietnam!
Nothing
Very nice room, good shower and nice to have breakfast included. Big pool outside along with bikes free to rent for the day.
Little distance away from centre but was fine as had bikes.
The owner and everyone at the location was very nice and kind. The room was clean and had all the facilities and amenities we needed. They were very considerate and took into account all our food restrictions. We felt very welcome and would gladly return anytime.
Everything was perfect.
Despite how basic the hotel is, I would rate it as one of the most pleasant places I've stayed, and that's entirely thanks to the staff. The lady of the house is kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. The location is great, of course, and the views are stunning.
The owners are the nicest people, they will really go out of their way to make you feel happy and comfortable. Breakfast was made to order each morning and they always want to help you we felt very welcomed. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable with a/c, if you take the bicycles out onto the road to the right the views are incredible.
All good
The Family is so lovely ! They give their best to provide you with everything you need. You can get a bicycle free and choose between couple of options for breakfast. Would come again! :)
Location and hosts fantastic ! Ginger, grapefruit, and lemon hot foot bath after a cold, long day walking was an exceptionally great treat
This hotel is in such a beautiful and practical location. It is set against the gorgeous limestone mountains, around the corner from Bich Dong Pagoda and 2kms from Tam Coc. It is a family run business and they are incredibly kind and generous. They helped us with anything we needed.
Nothing. I liked everything about this place!
The owners were the kindest people. Our bus arrived earlier than expected. We knocked their door at 4am (with no reservation for that night) and they woke up and opened the doors with a smile on their face. They treated us very nicely for the following few days.
Location is great for Bich Dong Cave, and the Bird park. Also a nice short bike ride into Tam Coc's many restaurants.
nice pool, near the pagoda but AMAZING staff, really nice guy and he made amazing pancakes. he offered us free fruit and extra waters very nice
it’s not where it says it is on the Booking.com/Apple Maps only trust google which was abit annoying trying to find the hotel (30 minute walk away from the location on booking.com) Also there was a dead cockroach under the bed but I feel like this was probably unlucky for us rather than it being common here
