Lokalita ubytování. Nedaleko dálnice a přístavu trajektu do Německa. Samostatný malý domeček u hlavní cesty. Na dvorku místo pro parkování. Instrukce k odemčení a užívání domku formou sms jasné a optimistické. Domek prošel...možná ještě prochází rekonstrukcí. Jsou nová okna, sedačka a stoly v obytné části, nová velká televize, klimatizace. Pohodlné postele, celkově čisto. WIFI OK. Kuchyně vybavená vším potřebným, mj. horkovzdušnou fritézou.
Tragická situace rozvodů elektro. Mrtvé vypínače, nefunkční ovládání stmívače i klimatizace. Lednice zákeřně ovládaná vypínačem světla....celkem to zničilo celkovou pohodu. Jak je napsáno výše, v kuchyni se nachází spousta spotřebičů...ale žádná zásuvka! Úklid koupelny by také mohl být důkladnější. Baterie byla zasviněná až hanba. Nakonec ten, kdo namotal na zábradlí už tak strmého schodiště světýlka...pochopitelně nefukční....by zasloužil polít dehtem a posypat peřím :-)
De verlichting was minimaal en de aan en uit schakelaars waren niet te vinden.
Verder moeten er nog wat kluswerk gedaan worden

Huset er nedslidt, uopvarmet og i alle rum er der en ubehagelig lugt af indeklemt fugt pga. mange indvendige fugtskader.
Det regner ind i forgangen, og to steder i stuen gror der planter ind gennem fugtige vægge (se fotos).
En væsentlig del af elinstallationerne er ulovlige (se fotos).
Huset tilstand er forsøgt skjult bl.a. ved at stille nyt inventar foran problemerne og ved ufærdige gør-det-selv forsøg med vægbeklædning og maling.

Das Haus hat einen sehr niedrigen Wohlfühlfaktor. Der bauliche Zustand ist sehr einfach. Es ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Möbel sind eher eine Aneinanderreihung einzelner Restbestände, als durchdacht und schön. Die Küche ist nicht schön und eher schmuddelig.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The house and garden have wonderful potential, and the renovated parts are modern and comfortable. A few older areas could use an update, and cleanliness could be improved.
Kind owners, they were very helpful when we had questions. TV with different subscriptions to use, nescafé coffee maker with a variety of coffee and tea to use. Enough towels to use. Everything was available. The fields surrounding the house are so beautiful.
The house was not completely clean. I vacuumed the stairs and second floor, because there was a lot of dust and spiderwebs. Some things were a bit broken like certain bathrooms lights, but it was not a big problem.

Det ene værelse var et repos/gennemgangs værelse. Der var meget nusset, en del spindelvæv. Lidt underlig/mangelfulde installationer.

Gevaarlijke trap, vooral omdat je het licht niet aan kunt doen als je met 4-en bent, omdat anders de 2 op het portaal wakker worden. Met zaklamp zijn er 2 op de trap gestruikeld. 1 is maar op de bank blijven zitten s nachts., bang om de trap nog eens te moeten nemen.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025die Bilder suggerieren etwas völlig anderes, als es tatsächlich ist. es ist ein altes kleines Haus, welches mit dem nötigsten renoviert wurde. sehr schlechte Betten und bei uns kam hinzu, dass es kein warmes Wasser gab. Allerdings hätten wir auch mit warmem Wasser die Dusche nicht genutzt.

The place is a dump. Unclean, bugs everywhere including the beds. Half finished electricity, kitchen is falling apart, the garden is full of old junk and tall grass and weeds. Looks terrible to be honest. We ended up sleeping on the couches since we found lice, spiders and a cockroach upstairs.

Græs og ukrudt stod højt, vi ville ikke sove på første sal, ingen lys på trappen, gelænderet var omviklet af en lyskæde som ikke virkede

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
When we arrived, there was a significant amount of water on the floor in the entrance.
We noticed spider webs here and there throughout the house.
The kitchen was untidy and looked old and poorly maintained. We were glad we didn't have to prepare food there.
The bed was not made at all. The duvet was simply stuffed inside the cover in a messy pile – frankly, an upsetting and disrespectful sight.
Overall, while the house itself is a charming old farmhouse, it is very poorly maintained.
In hindsight, reading more of the negative reviews on Booking.com might have helped us avoid this experience.
This stay did not meet our expectations and certainly did not reflect the standard we had hoped for.

The windows have no insect net so if you want to keep a window open you have to be on the look out for insects coming inside the house from the outside.

A lot of light switches were loose, the curtains in the bedroom did not cover the windows, so a lot of light was coming in very early. The kitchen is very old.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2025This really is a cute little house :-D Everything is there, carport, kitchen, air conditioning, a huge TV, fast WiFi, perfect. You do have to get to grips with the house's electrics a bit, but that is explained well in the welcome message and we had the opportunity to speak to Palle and Shaorong in person, who explained everything in detail, including the history of the house, thanks again for that! There are a few points of criticism, there is still no real storage space for clothes, the kitchen is missing one or two accessories, but we'll keep it the way we know it: buy it and leave it there, now there is also a large pot. :-D If you have problems climbing stairs, you should remember that the sleeping accommodations are reached via a fairly steep staircase. In summary, we felt very comfortable, we had a few days with bad weather and we didn't mind spending them in the house and passing the time with Lego ;-) In terms of transport, the accommodation is very well connected and can be reached in 30 minutes from the ferry. We'll be happy to come back. :-)

Reviewed Oct 12, 2024The location was great as we were catching the ferry in the morning. We had the whole house so there was plenty of room. You had all you needed to cook a meal if needed. The owners instructions were good as we needed to turn on the heating for a while as it was cold.
The bathroom was downstairs which was a bit of a trek several times in the night.
Unfortunately, the double bedroom had not been cleaned properly and there were cobwebs everywhere so I had to vacuum the whole room before bed. The interior of the house has undergone some renovation which is not finished and I'm sure when it is completed, it will be lovely.

There is no heating in the whole house, but there is air conditioning in the living room.
There is just 1 actual bedroom, the other one is just 2 beds in the open space on the first floor.
The host was nice but the house is very expensive for what it offers.

House is currently under renovation but when it is finished, it will certainly be very cosy, even for a longer stay.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2023Parking on the slot, closer to ferry, nice view, bed has a memory foam top. You have space to eat on a big table. Also the kitchen has microwaves. Could be a good stay for 1-2 nights.
House does not seem to be finished, bathroom and kitchen need renovations, overall the renovation work was done poorly with cheap materials, so the pictures could be misleading. Floors felt dusty.
* "Ideal" Location, near the ferry to Germany (15 min) for next morning

* Good bed in the main bedroom
* charmant hosts, who waited for us in the evening to be sure we had everything we would need.

Everything you need was left in the kitchen, there was also Coffee, tea, butter, sugar, salt. Good linens, beds. Nice view from the window . Parking on the territory of the house.
