ة كتنبيه لضيوف آخرين. عند الوصول واجهنا عدة ملاحظات على الغرفة: الثلاجة كانت تنبعث منها رائحة كريهة تدل على بقايا طعام سابق وعدم تنظيفها بشكل جيد، والشراشف ومخدات السرير كانت عليها بقع بنية واضحة تعكس تقصيراً في النظافة، إضافة إلى انعدام خدمة الإنترنت طوال فترة الإقامة. حاولنا التواصل مع الإدارة عدة مرات هاتفياً دون أي استجابة، وأرسلنا صوراً توثّق هذه الملاحظات عبر الرسائل، إلا أننا لم نتلقَّ أي رد أو متابعة لحل المشكلة. مستوى خدمة العملاء لم يكن على القدر المطلوب من الاهتمام والاحترافية. بشكل عام، هذه التجربة تحتاج إلى تحسينات جوهرية، ولن تكون خياري An overall disappointing stay that fell short of reasonable expectations. Upon arrival, we noted several issues with the room: the refrigerator had an unpleasant odor, apparently from leftover food residue and inadequate cleaning, and the bedsheets and pillows showed visible brown stains reflecting a lapse in cleanliness standards. In addition, internet service was unavailable throughout the entire stay. We attempted to reach hotel management several times by phone without any response, and we sent photos documenting these issues via message, yet received no reply or follow-up. The level of customer service fell well below what one would expect from a professional establishment. Overall, this stay would require significant improvements, and it would not be my first choice for a future visit

The place the clean and the staff cooperation. The pool was nice and clean. Everything was good.

Nothing just if some chairs can be added to the balcony, would be nice.

Чистота в номере. Это квартира в доме дачного поселка за городом (около 25 км от центра). Отличный общий бассейн в центре поселка. Бассейн очень чистый, сделан кольцом вокруг бара. У бассейна есть бар с пивом (4 OMR). Хозяин - чех, имя Роман. Говорит по-русски. Сезон здесь с октября по май. Мы были в июле. Море холодное, шторм всегда. Собственный бассейн.

Очень подпортило наше впечатление. 1) Сдачей в аренду занимается агентство Wateera. Нам не повезло с менеджером это агентства. В связи с поздним приездом, мы заранее написали в WA и попросили инструкцию позднего заселения. Но так и не получили ответ. В итоге, приехав в офис Wateera, мы нашли его закрытым. Мы потратили 1 час ночью, пока не дозвонились до менеджера, который сказал, что нужно ехать в апартаменты - дверь открыта. Неужели нельзя было заранее написать об этом? 2) Не соответствует описанию (важно): В гостиной размещен 1 угловой диван, который НЕ раскладывается. Вы не сможете разместить на нем 2-х взрослых людей. Таким образом, 4 взрослых в этих апартаментах могут разместиться только с большими неудобствами ( 3) Не соответствует описанию: не 2 ванные комнаты. В номере: - 2 туалета - 2 раковины для умывания - 1 (Один) душ, на втором этаже.

We were really pleased with our stay at this town house in Hawana Salalah as it is a very nice accommodation, modern and with all basic facilities needed. The communication with the property owner was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The check in process was so easy, the guy in the rent management office is super helpful and friendly. We would certainly stay there again next time we are around.

Wonderful apartment, beautiful furniture and an awesome plunge pool outdoors. The bed was super comfortable. The community is also amazing, stunning pools, playgrounds and facilities. Definitely the best unit on the block.

The smoke detector light in the room needs to be switched off or needs to change, its hard to sleep with it. (But i think thatbos a problem with all units) Easy corrections: Softer pillows needed for bed. Also fridge has an aweful smell.
