Ikke luksus, men super fint til den pris 😃

At der ikke var noget varme + varmt vand, og udlejer fortalte ikke på forhånd at varmepumpen ikke virkede. Udlejer havde heller ikke sat varmeblæsere op eller kontaktet mig på forhånd. Opvask fra thekøkken foregår på badeværelset, ret ulækkert.

God seng, nem adgang til nøgle. Det var store lyse værelser. God til kortere ophold.

Der lå lidt chips fra de forrige. Der var koldt, med vi havde godt med ekstra tøj på, da vi havde læst det i anmeldelserne. Så det var vi forberedt på. Så derfor var det ikke et problem.

At der var rent i huset og tæt på alt at var en mikroovn så kunne lave noget mad efter lang tur bar så folk ved godt lave færdigretter ... var desværre ingen kaffe som billede viste men det gik ellers ingen te heller 🙂 og rart først tjekke ud ingen 11 så der ikke er stres på om morgen

Varmen virkede ikke så var rigtig koldt i hele lejligheden kunne ikke gå i bad da ingen tryg på desværre fjernsynet var i stykker men kunne ses på.... men måske havde lidt på væggene så ser hyggelig ud i lejligheden ellers intet som var lidt ireterene

Badeværelsesdøren kunne ikke lukkes grundet fugtskade. Badet havde meget lidt varmt vand, og hele badeværelset var oversvømmet efter bad grundet dårligt afløb. Eventuel opvask foregik i håndvasken i badeværelset. Ingen Wi-Fi Afbrydere defekte, så lyset ikke kunne slukkes.

Eklige und fehl konstruierte Dusche Fettige Teller Fleckiges Sofa und dreckige Bettwäsche Bettwäsche muss selbst mitgebracht werden. Steht aber nicht in der Info des Appartements

Muy tranquilo y espacioso por el precio que tiene

Algún retoque le falta y la cocina es muy incompleta no hay fogones solo microondas, ni fregadero, se hace en el baño donde también está la ducha libre sin plato y resulta incómodo tener que pasar la regleta después de ducharte porque no tiene caída el suelo al desagüe y es resbaladizo

Bon emplacement et wifi de bonne qualité

Très sale, la vaisselle était sale, la porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas, les persiennes du salon ne se ferment pas, beaucoup de lumière ne s'allume plus et la lumière de la salle de bain est constamment allumée sans moyen de pouvoir l'éteindre. J'ai même retrouvé un préservatif usagé derrière le miroir.

Brudno, zaplamiona kanapa, oblepione szafki i ekspres do kawy, brudne miski i naczynia - nie odważyłam się z niczego skorzystać :/ Nie było pościeli - informacja że można ją mieć za dodatkową opłatą, plus informacja ze sprzątanie nie jest w cenie więc jak nie posprzątasz - chyba za właściciela! To obciąża Cię kwota 50€ 😂 Prysznic nad toaletą, jak się umyjesz to można pływać w łazience i nie bardzo jest jak to zebrać bo tylko jakaś śmieszna mała ściągaczka jest. No i za drzwiami kaszlanie, chrząkanie i inne dziwne odgłosy. Przyjechaliśmy o 23, wyjechaliśmy z samego rana bez śniadania bo zbyt obrzydliwe byłoby dla mnie coś zrobić w tej lepiącej kuchni. Najgorsze miejsce w jakim byłam a byłam w wielu.

The price was fair and the was alot of room. How far from the city it was. Was also nice

It was very dirty. The floor was sticky and the sofa smells bad. There was no toilet paper, towels, dish wash brush, the place was disgusting. Trashcan was full, all the plats and glasses in the kitchen was dirty and empty buttels where there.

DO NOT book this property!

Cold, dirty, messy, smells bad, host lacks transperancy in running this hospitality business, VERY bad.

Our host was very responsive for most of the time. But after I expressed our concerns he went silent. Probably for a reason.

This apartment is extremely dirty. Before booking you have no information about the fact that they want you to bring linen yourselves and also DO THE CLEANING! If not they threaten to charge you a cleaning fee. Knowing how booking works it will never be allowed as if not stated beforehand it is not ok. By far the most disgusting place I have ever booked on-line and believe me I have booked many. I did get linen for free but it stinked badly so I almost took it iff again. Also. This doesn't suit 4 people. It does if you use the inflatable mattress that is nowhere mentioned in the booking. Which, let's be honest, I wasn't going to make my 70 year old mother sleep on. And also. This facility is on 2 floors. Only sleeping accommodation being upstairs I couldn't bring my mum up to. My heart breaks as an accommodater myself that people find it ok to offer this to people. Do better and love what you do. Respect what hosting is. Right now it is a disgrace but could easily be an interesting place.

When I got the code key and opened the door, I was very surprised. The hygiene was very bad. I thought I went to the wrong place, so I left immediately and went to the city center to rebook a hotel. I tried to apply for a refund, but was rejected by the landlord! So I gave a bad review for this. Very bad，

Dirty, messy，No stay, smelly shoes and socks when I opened the door, left in two minutes

The bed was comfortable.

The property was really poor. There is no sink in the kitchen, you have to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink which is pretty gross. The shower is over the toilet and the bathroom doesn’t drain so everything is wet. The whole bottom floor stank like a blocked drain. The lights in the lounge don’t work. The skirting on the steep, steep stairs are made of metal and it’s really sore to walk on. Linen not included. Really not a place I would stay again.

No breakfast, quite a way to other things. Learned the bus quickly!

If you are only there for sleeping 1 or 2 days with absolutely no expectations, it's OK. The bedroom is OK At first -W-LAN didn't work, we wrote an eMail to the host, he sent us 2 other Options which worked Out.

- Not cleaned - No oven - No water pressure in the shower, so No hair washing for me with long hair - shower next to the toilet, water is not draining - washing the dishes in the bathroom in a small sink - loud neighbours - light Switches broken, loose contact - No light in the kitchen, electricity only when the light in the corridor is switched on

Good that the host did answer the fone late at night, because the provided pincode for the door wasn't the right one. He had supposedly sent me another, but that email is nowhere to be found.

No made up bed, and bed linen hard to be found. Only one (Already used?) towel hanging in the bathroom, and worst of all: dangerous electric wiring. Lightswitches that only work of you press the wall (loose contacts/) and therefore no electricity in the 'kitchen'.

A very cute apartment. We arrived late, and the apartment was very welcoming.

The curtains are broken, The bathroom door is broken, No wifi provided, Bedding is not provided if it is not stated on the booking page

We have problems with the bathroom. Doors doesn’t close. The water does not run down the drain and the entire shower room is submerged in water. You have to pay for bed sheets or bring yours. There were many beetles. The promised Wi-Fi don’t work .

it’s extremely comfortable and well kept. it’s really peaceful despite being really close to the town centre- I was able to see all the main things in Aalborg within walking distance. great communication from the host.

there genuinely isn’t anything I didn’t like, was really comfortable for my short stay.
