Bird House - Apartament

Tout était très bien, c'est propre, il y a de la place pour poser ses affaires. La cuisine fonctionne bien et il y a une machine à laver. L'appartement est très calme avec une petite terrasse pour manger dehors. Notre hôte Viviane est adorable et nous a même donné des fruits de son jardin pendant notre séjour.

Viviana’s apartment is tranquil and the perfect place to relax and a great base for exploring Jardin. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a washing machine and your own patio. I was welcomed warmly and made to feel completely at home. I initially booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for two weeks! It’s a hard place to say goodbye to.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4notti a marzo in questo appartamento, e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Ogni giorno a colazione ci davano il buongiorno gli uccellini delle casette nel giardino, in cui i proprietari amorevolmente mettono del cibo. È posizionato a 4 quadre sopra il centro, a 5minuti a piedi, in un quartiere molto tranquillo e di gente brava. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi, ci hanno offerto delle tisane con le piante del loro giardino, e ci hanno sempre aiutato in tutto. Quanto mi manca Jardín, questa casa, e queste belle e brave persone! Jardin è il paese più bello della Colombia! Un abbraccio da Silvio e Floriana, dall'Italia...

Todo. Super cómodo. Es una habitación dentro de la propiedad de los dueños pero todo independiente y con full privacidad. La dueña muy atenta y súper amable y predispuesta. Vende un café riquísimo. Ubicación perfecta, tranquilidad y cerca del centro.

I couldn't tear myself away from this delightful spot. Host Viviana is welcoming and thoughtful. The abundant bird life around the house was transfixing. Kitchen, private patio space, and washing machine provided comfort and convenience. Proximity to el centro was just right--the Bird House is an easy walk to the plaza, but at the edge of town, almost in the coutryside. Good hikes and birdwatching opportunities right out the door.

I loved the patio, which offered table, chairs and umbrella, but a hammock or comfy chair would be icing on the cake in that space!

Everything!! Watching the birds in the morning and afternoon. My lovely, sweet hostess Viviana and her wonderful suggestions and help. Cute little studio.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Bird House. Il s’agit d’un studio aménagé dans une résidence principale. Il bénéficie de beaucoup d’intimité, les propriétaires sont très discrets mais prévenants. Le jardin est merveilleux, comme son nom l’indique, c’est un repère à oiseaux, dont des colibris. Le studio est bien équipé, avec des rangements et une cuisine suffisante pour l’essentiel. Salle de bain propre avec une grande douche. Emplacement calme et très fleuri, vous êtes au début de nombreux chemins de randonnée, bienvenue à Jardin 😊

Peut-être un peu humide si vous êtes très sensible, mais possède un déshumidificateur qui fait son travail.

Juan Carlos et Viviana sont des hôtes charmants et vous reçoivent avec le cœur. Mis à part qq petits aménagements, cette location est conforme . A deux pas du centre et très calme .

Everything! The location: quiet, birds, produce from the garden, easy walk into town and to walking trails. The hosts: incredibly helpful and friendly. A comfortable small apartment with everything needed to cook yourself, washing machine, outside space. Great!

Strong smell of gas under the stove, particularly noticeable when cooking. The ceiling is low, as a 188cm man, I had to duck a lot.

Ich war überwältigt von dem was ich vorgefunden habe. Eine kleine Wohnung im Grünen. Komplett eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Inklusive Waschmaschiene und warmer Dusche. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Nicht zu vergessen die netten Gastgeber, waren immer erreichbar und für einen da. Falls ich wieder einmal nach Jardín komme, dann hier.

Perfekte kleine Ferienwohnung. Sehr, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die jederzeit für uns da war. Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel nutzbar! Ruhige Lage und man gelangt trotzdem schnell zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Jede Menge Vögel zu beobachten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Las instalaciones son cómodas y se encuentra muy bien dotado. Viviana fue muy amable y atenta a cualquier solicitud.

My stay at the Bird House Apartment was by far the most enjoyable, relaxing, convenient, energizing and unforgettable stays of all of my travels. The hosts Juan and Viviana are simply incredible! From beginning to end their kindness and thoughtfullness during my stay was truly appreciated. Upon arrivel they made certain that my comfort was important and this continued until my last day, when I headed to the bus station. I already miss them, and defintely plan on returning to see my new friends once again. They even reached out to make certain that I arrived safely back home. The apartment had everything, from fully equipped kitchen to hot running water in the shower to a very comfortable bed. Waking up each morning to beautiful birdsong and seeing those same birds right outside your sliding glass door was one of the true highlights of my trip. I took many great photos of the birds there. If you travel to Jardín then this is the place to be. I highly recommend Bird House Apartment for your stay. Wonderful hosts with a great location near many of the trails and activities. I really loved it. The apartment is perfectly located with everything you need to make yourself comfortable during the stay. The owners of the place are so sweet, always asking if you need something. I had a lovely time at Bird House and in Jardin and I can't wait to come back.

Super appartement très calme situé à proximité immédiate du centre ville ! L'hôte est extrêmement gentille, très réactive et accueillante. On a fortement apprécié l'observation des oiseaux depuis la terrasse privée ! L'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre. Je recommande à 100% et je reviendrais avec plaisir 😁

Vivi and her husband were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment has everything you need and is close to the main square. We’ve felt very at home while staying here and would love to come back at some point.

The little flat is well maintained and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting in the garden and watching the bird visitors. It is well located in a quiet corner of the town. The hosts who live in the flat upstairs were incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Excellent stay, homely, cosy, clean with lots of utensils etc available in the kitchen area. Very comfortable bed, hot shower and lovely outdoor area. I felt very welcomed and check in was very easy. A wonderful base to explore Jardin! 100% recommend.

Loved our stay here. Vivienne was so kind and helpful! It is in a great location, central but quiet. It was really clean, and had all the facilities that you need.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighbourhood. The modest studio apartment was clean, comfortable and provided most of our desired amenities (scissors would have been welcome). We appreciated the functional kitchen, the patio and greatly enjoyed the variety of birds in the backyard garden.

We loved everything about this apartment! Vivana was so sweet, kind and available when we needed her! The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed to make breakfasts and lunches. We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the birds at the bird feeders in the garden! Highly recommend!

Very functional place … everything well thought out and very pleasant especially the bird feature which loved … the hostess was remarkable … made my visit work like clockwork with her help … and use of the washing machine …😀

Great and peaceful location. Just a few minutes walk from the center. Everything was clean. Room is spacious. Bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything needed. Would highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect.

- The garden and bird feeders were amazing. - Well stocked kitchen for cooking. - Really close to sendero for walking. - Close to town but just on the outskirts. - Hot water. - Washing machine was great for travellers like us! - Excellent value for money - Owners were really lovely and kind. They gave us fresh fruit and herbs from the garden.

- Building work going on near by from 640am - Bed a bit firm, depends on your preferences

I cannot recommend this place enough. We enjoyed this apartment so much we extended our 2 night stay to 4 nights. The photos don't do it justice - this apartment is modern, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. It's the perfect base to rest & relax and take a break from hostel life. There is a smart TV with Netflix. We were able to do laundry as there is a machine & washing powder free to use & a sheltered drying area. We also cooked breakfast here each morning, dined al fresco while watching the birds visit and enjoyed delicious local coffee kindly supplied by the owner. Juan Carlos is a super host! Although he doesn't speak any English he was more than able to tend to all our needs / requests and he even picked some oranges from his garden for us to make freshly squeezed orange juice! Honestly, the most comfortable and relaxing stay.This place is a hidden gem and excellent value. I would definitely book again.

The terrace where you can have your breakfast looking at all the beautiful birds flying around. The owner is super nice and help whenever you have a problem or concern. Very clean.

No open view. A bit humid inside. Don't forget to open the windows. Sometimes noisy in the morning (neighbour working).
